تبنت الجزائر عدة برامج تنموية تهدف جميعها إلى ضمان الأمن الغذائي والدساهمة في تقدم الاقتصاد الوطني ومن بين هذه البرامج خيار الامتياز الفلاحي الدتضمن في السياسة التنموية والذي يجب أن يكمل الاستثمار الزراعي ويجسد الدفهوم. للتنمية الدستدامة؛ تتكون مساهمتنا من خلال هذا العمل البحثي الحالي من تحليل تشخيصي لمحيط خشم 1 ، بناءً على العمل الذي تم إجراؤه سابقًا، أي الدراسات وأطروحات نهاية الدراسة والنهج الديداني الذي يتم تنفيذه حاليًا. الذدف الدنشود هو الاستفسار حول حالة المحيط، أي التقدم أو الركود أو الانحدار. وخلصنا إلى أن معظم الدشاريع والبرامج انطلقت بفضل الدعم اللوجيستي والدالي والإداري من الدولة. والوضعية حاليا هي على النحو التالي: - معظم الدزارع غير مستغلة بالكامل. - معظم الدزارعين يشترون مزارعهم من أصحابها الأصليين من خلال يد ثانية أو ثالثة. - تعتمد جميع الدزارع على زراعة النخيل ثم على زراعة الخضروات وعلى الزراعات الأخرى بشكل أقل. -التربية الدوجودة هي تربية الحيوانات العائلية. - الاعتماد على اليد العاملة في مواسم الحرث والجني. - الدعدات الدوجودة بشكل أساسي هي وسائل النقل الشخصية التي يتم استخدامها في نقل الدنتجات. - الزراعة مصدر دخل لغالبية الدزارعين. - مستقبل المحيط والدزارع يعتمد على إزالة العوائق أولاً ثم اعتماد الأساليب الحديثة.

L’Algérie a adopté plusieurs programmes de développement, qui visent tous à assurer la sécurité alimentaire, et contribuer à faire progresser l'économie nationale, Parmi ces programmes, l'option de la concession agricole inscrite dans la politique de la mise en valeur, qui devait apporter un complément à l'investissement agricole et incarner le concept de développement durable; Notre contribution à travers ce présent travail de recherche consiste en une analyse diagnostic du périmètre khchem Errih 1 on se basant sur les travaux réalisées antérieurement à savoir études et mémoires de fin d’études et une approche de terrain réalisée actuellement l’objectif recherché est de s’enquérir sur la situation du périmètre a savoir progression stagnation ou régression. Nous avons conclu que la plupart des projets et programmes lancés grâce au soutien logistique, financier et administratif par l'État. Sont actuellement comme suit : - La plupart des exploitations ne sont pas pleinement exploitées. - La plupart des agriculteurs ont acheté leurs exploitations aux propriétaires d'origine par Deuxième ou troisième main. -Toutes les exploitations dépendent de La Phoeniciculture, puis viennent les cultures maraîchères et Les autres cultures. -L'élevage existant est un élevage familial. -L'adoption de la force de travail dans les saisons de labour et de récolte. -Les équipements majoritairement présents sont les moyens de transport personnels qui servent à Transporter les produits. -L'agriculture est une source de revenu de la majorité des agriculteurs. -L'avenir du périmètre et des fermes dépend de l'élimination des obstacles d'abord, puis de L’adoption de méthodes modernes ensuite.
