مطالعه تأثیر کودهای دامی، زیستی و شیمیایی و اندازه بنه بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد زعفران (.Crocus sativus L) | Effect of manure, bio-and chemical- fertilizers and corm size on saffron (Crocus sativus L.) yield and yield components

Persian. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر کودهای زیستی، دامی و شیمیایی و وزن بنه بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد زعفران در شهرستان مه ولات در سال زراعی 91-1390 در قالب طرح اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل با چهار تکرار انجام شد که در آن کود شیمیایی و دامی مرسوم در سه سطح (100 درصد، 50 درصد و عدم مصرف کود دامی و شیمیایی) به عنوان عامل کرت اصلی و عامل کرت فرعی شامل: ترکیب فاکتوریل از کود بیولوژیک در سه سطح (کود نیتروکسین، بیوسوپرفسفات و بدون کود) و اندازه بنه در سه سطح (بنه‌های با وزن 4 تا 6، 8 تا 10 و 12 تا 14 گرم) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج سال اول آزمایش نشان داد که تأثیر کود دامی و شیمیایی بر وزن گل تازه زعفران، طول کلاله و خامه و تعداد گل در واحد سطح معنی‌دار بوده و با افزایش سطوح مصرف کود، مقدار آنها افزایش یافت. همچنین با افزایش اندازه بنه زعفران وزن گل تازه، تعداد گل در واحد سطح و طول کلاله و خامه به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت. بررسی اثر مصرف کودهای بیولوژیک در کشت زعفران نشان داد که بیشترین تعداد گل در واحد سطح (میانگین 4/5 گل در متر مربع) به ترتیب از تیمار مصرف کود نیتروکسین، بیوسوپرفسفات و عدم مصرف کود بیولوژیک بدست آمد. استفاده از کود نیتروکسین باعث افزایش 8/27 درصدی وزن تر گل شد؛ در حالیکه مصرف کود بیوسوپرفسفات تأثیر معنی‌داری بر مقدار این صفت نداشت. طول کلاله و خامه زعفران تحت تأثیر مصرف کودهای بیولوژیک قرار نگرفت.

English. Organic manure and bio-fertilizer are different input from chemical or mineral fertilizers due to source of supplying of several nutrients an improving soil quality as well. In order to investigate the effects of different fertilizers and corm size on yield and yield components of saffron, an experiment was conducted as split plot factorial layout based on a complete randomized block design with four replications under field condition in Mahvelate during growing season of 2011-2012. In this study, manure and chemical fertilizers (in three levels of 0, 50 and 100%) considered as main factor and combination of biological fertilizer (in three levels such as nitroxin, bio superphosphate and without it) and corm weight (in three levels of 4-6, 8-10 and 12-14 g) were considered as sub factor. The results showed that the use of manure and chemical fertilizers had significant effects on fresh weight of flowers, length of stigma and style and number of flowers in saffron as well. These traits increased when fertilizer levels were enhanced. Results revealed that fresh weight of flower, flower number and length of stigma and style of saffron were significantly increased by increasing in corm size. Studying on the effect of biological fertilizers on saffron traits indicated that the most number of flowers obtained when nitroxin, bio superphosphate and no biological fertilizers were applied, respectively. Application of nitroxin fertilizer improved fresh weight of flowers, but application of bio superphosphat fertilizer had no significant effect on this traits. Style and stigma lengths of saffron were not significantly affected by application of biological fertilizers.
