English. Quarantine pathogen such as yellow potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis) has been a threat to potato crops around the world for years. So far, in Poland, the only identified is the pathotype Ro1. Due to the presence of white potato cyst nematode and other pathotypes of yellow potato cyst nematode in European countries, there is a need to constantly monitor the occurrence of unknown species and pathotypes of nematodes and prevent the emergence of new disease outbreaks. This article presents the biology and spread of yellow potato cyst nematode and methods to reduce and eliminate the pathogen's population in places considered infected.
Show more [+] Less [-]Polish. Mątwik ziemniaczany (Globodera rostochiensis) od lat stanowi zagrożenie upraw ziemniaka na świecie. W Polsce dominującym patotypem tego gatunku mątwika jest patotyp Ro1. Ze względu na obecność innych patotypów mątwika ziemniaczanego oraz patotypów gatunku mątwika agresywnego w państwach europejskich istnieje potrzeba stałego monitoringu pojawów nieznanych gatunków i patotypów nicieni w celu zapobieganiu powstawania nowych ognisk choroby. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia biologię, drogi rozprzestrzenia się mątwika ziemniaczanego oraz metody pozwalające ograniczyć i wyeliminować populację patogena w miejscach uznanych za porażone.
