Evaluation of Tractor+Harrow Operation Indicators in Soil Farming | Evaluación de indicadores de operación tractor+grada en labores de preparación de suelos

English. In the Agroindustrial Company “Victoria de Girón”, the soil pulverization is carried out with a Belarus tractor model 1523 and the “La Sidero” harrow, recently acquired. There is very little information on the behavior of this combination being necessary to carry out its technological and operation evaluation, in order to know the behavior of the main indicators and to establish criteria for its more efficient use, which is the objective of this work. Five days of tests were studied, for which a photochronometry was made, determining the behavior of the times of the operations in the working day, the productivity indexes according to the different times and the operation coefficients and quality indicators of the work. The results obtained showed a favorable behavior of the shift time, which ranged between 83.8 and 86.3 % of the total time of the day. Operating time, productive time and clean work time remained very stable during the five days; however, a marked difference was found between clean work time and the total time of the day, greater than 3 hours. The coefficients of technical safety (0.95) and of use of productive time (0.84) showed a good performance and a high technical reliability; on the contrary, the exploitation safety coefficient (0.61) and productivity per hour of operation time (0.62 ha) were low.

En la Empresa Agroindustrial “Victoria de Girón”, la labor de mullición se realiza con el agregado tractor Belarus modelo 1523 y la grada “La Sidero”, de reciente adquisición, de los cuales se tiene muy poca información de su comportamiento, es por ello que se hace necesario realizar su evaluación tecnológica y de explotación, con vista a conocer el comportamiento de los principales indicadores y establecer criterios para su uso más eficiente, lo cual constituye el objetivo de este trabajo. Se estudiaron cinco jornadas de ensayos, para lo cual se realizó un fotocronometraje determinándose el comportamiento de los tiempos que conforman la jornada laboral, los índices de productividad de acuerdo con los diferentes tiempos y los coeficientes de explotación e indicadores de calidad de la labor. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron un comportamiento favorable del tiempo de turno, que osciló entre un 83,8 y un 86,3% del tiempo total de la jornada; el tiempo operativo, tiempo productivo y tiempo de trabajo limpio se mantuvieron muy estables durante las cinco jornadas; sin embargo, se encontró una diferencia marcada entre el tiempo de trabajo limpio y el tiempo total de la jornada, superior a las 3 h. Los coeficientes de seguridad técnica (0,95) y de utilización del tiempo productivo (0,84) mostraron un buen desempeño del agregado y una alta fiabilidad técnica; por el contrario, el coeficiente de seguridad de explotación (0,61) y la productividad por hora de tiempo de explotación (0,62 ha) fueron bajos.
