Авторите на статията анализират подробно причините за по-нататъшното консолидиране и обединяване на кооперациите в млечния отрасъл в Германия. Излиза на преден план необходимостта кооперациите да адаптират своите структури към пазарните условия и техните особености. Това трябва да води след себе си по-нататъшно подобряване качеството на продукцията, търсене на нови и избор на по-ефективни пазари, на първо място – чуждестранни.

This article discusses the current state and trends of the development of dairy cooperatives in Germany, with a special emphasis on the evaluation of the influence of globalization on their activity. The authors examine in detail the benefits of further consolidation of cooperatives in the German dairy industry, highlighting the importance of the continuous adaptation of their structures to the specific conditions of the market, which should lead to an increase in the quality of production and an improved efficiency of the products’ market realization, particularly in an international context.
