Bulgarian. The humus losses under soil cultivation have attained particularly great size during the last years which reflects on production of agricultural produce. Therefore in both theoretical and applied soil science great attention is always paid to the problems of organic part of soil and its main specific component, Humus. The practical application of this problem has increased still more during the last years because of the great humus loss from the cultivated lands where the complex of measures for its conservation has not been applied. Therefore naturally the interest for study of the Organic Matter nature and properties, the mechanism of its formation and transformation under agricultural use of lands becomes stronger.An attempt is made to show the place and systematize the role and content of the Detritus in the soil.
