Molluscs associated with semi-protected vegetable system of the municipality of Morón, Ciego de Ávila | Moluscos asociados a sistemas de hortalizas semiprotegidas del municipio de Morón, Ciego de Ávila

English. The arable area of the organoponic and semi-protected is formed on substrate, based on organic materials, these constitute, for the most part, food for terrestrial molluscs. The malacofauna present in the semi-protected organoponics systems of the Morón municipality is unknown, which is why the objective of this study was to determine the molluscs that inhabit this agroecosystem and the plant species to which it is associated. The study was carried out in the period between March and April 2017 in three semiprotected areas of the Morón municipality. A 1 m2 square frame was placed in each bed. 10 micro-plots were sampled in each bed where the vegetation was checked and the soil was removed in the first five cm. The data on the abundance of molluscs was subjected to a Kruskal-Wallis test and a non-parametric Dunn test was used to locate the differences. All analyzes were carried out with the R statistical package (R Core Team, 2016). In the sampled semi-protected cultures were found, five families, grouped intofive genera and equal number of molluscs species were identified, Praticolella griseola (Pfeiffer, 1841); Succinea sp.; Subulina octona (Bruguiere, 1792); Zachrysia auricoma (Férussac, 1822) and Veronicella cubensis (Pfeiffer, 1840).

El área cultivable de los organopónicos y semiprotegidos es formado sobre sustrato a base de materiales orgánicos, los que constituyen, en su mayoría, alimento para los moluscos terrestres. La malacofauna presente en los sistemas de organoponía semiprotegida del municipio de Morón es desconocida, de ahí que el objetivo de este estudio fue determinar los moluscos que habitan este agroecosistema y las especies vegetales a las que se asocia. El estudio se realizó en el período comprendido entre marzo y abril de 2017 en tres semiprotegidos del municipio de Morón. En cada cantero se colocó un marco cuadrado de un 1 m2. Se muestrearon 10 microparcelas en cada cantero donde se revisó la vegetación y se removió el suelo en los primeros 5 cm. El dato de abundancia de moluscos fue sometido a una prueba de Kruskal-Wallis, y para localizar las diferencias se utilizó una prueba no paramétrica de Dunn. Todos los análisis fueron llevados a cabo con el paquete estadístico R (R Core Team, 2016). En los cultivos semiprotegidos muestreados se identificaron cinco familias, cinco géneros e igual número de especies de moluscos: Praticolella griseola (Pfeiffer, 1841), Succinea sp., Subulina octona (Bruguiére, 1792), Zachrysia auricoma (Férussac, 1822) y Veronicella cubensis (Pfeiffer, 1840).
