Influence of cultivation technologies on the formation of nitrogen-fixing potential of soybean varieties | Вплив технологій вирощування на формування азотфіксуючого потенціалу сортів сої

English. The article presents the results of studies on the nitrogen-fixing activity of soybean varieties, which depends on the use of basic, intensive and biologized cultivation technologies in the conditions of the Ciscarpathian region. Changes in the parameters of the above-ground part and root system of plants, the number and mass of nodule bacteria, as well as root residues in the soil in the flowering phase were determined. A correlation between the root mass and nodule bacteria, as well as between the number and mass of the bacteria themselves, is established. The influence of technologies on the formation of plant mass in the BBCH 59 phase (flowering) is studied and a difference between varieties fluctuating from 0.4 to 1.9 g (basic technology), from 1.0 to 2.1 g (intensive) and from 1.3 to 2.9 g (biologized) is revealed. The ratio between the plant mass and the root system was determined, and the presence of root residues was calculated: 5.38–5.99 t/ha with the basic technology, 5.85–6.40 t/ha with the intensive technology, and 6.37–7.27 t/ha with the biologized technology. It was substantiated that the increase in the number and mass of nodules on the plant occurs due to the pre-sowing treatment of seeds with the Optimize 400 inoculant (1.8 l/t) and the Fertigrain Start CoMo biostimulator (1.0 l/t). It was found that increased moisture supply in 2024 contributed to the growth of all the studied indicators.

Представлено результати досліджень щодо азотфіксуючої здатності сортів сої, яка залежить від використання базової, інтенсивної та біологізованої технологій вирощування в умовах Передкарпаття. Визначено зміни параметрів надземної частини та кореневої системи рослин, чисельності і маси бульбочкових бактерій, а також наявності кореневих решток у ґрунті в фазі цвітіння. Установлено кореляційний зв’язок між масою кореня і бульбочкових бактерій, а також між кількістю і масою самих бактерій. Досліджено вплив технологій на формування маси рослин у фазі ВВСН 59 (цвітіння) і виявлено різницю між сортами, що коливається від 0,4 до 1,9 г (базова технологія), від 1,0 до 2,1 г (інтенсивна) і від 1,3 до 2,9 г (біологізована). Визначено співвідношення між масою рослин і кореневої системи та розраховано наявність кореневих решток: 5,38–5,99 т/га для базової технології, 5,85–6,40 т/га ‒ інтенсивної та 6,37–7,27 т/га ‒ біологізованої. Обґрунтовано, що збільшення кількості і маси бульбочок на рослині відбувається завдяки передпосівній обробці насіння інокулянтом Оптімайз 400 (1,8 л/т) та біостимулятором Фертігрейн Старт КоМо (1,0 л/т). З’ясовано, що підвищене вологозабезпечення в 2024 р. сприяло зростанню всіх досліджуваних показників.
