Produtos químicos utilizados no tratamento de sementes no desenvolvimento da soja inoculada com Bradyrhizobium | Chemical products used in the treatment of seeds in the development of the inoculated soybean with Bradyrhizobium

One of the great challenges in the soybean crop nowadays is to increase production without the need of adding new areas of crops. In this aspect the seeds treatment stands out. In the present study, it was aimed to evaluate the effect of chemical treatment, applied in two seasons, in soybean seeds inoculated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum, in the nodulation of the roots of plants in vegetative performance, productivity and on the physiological quality of the seeds produced. Seeds of the cultivar SYN 13671 IPRO (GMR: 7.3) and NS 7000 Ipro (GMR: 6.7) were used, treated with four combinations of chemicals (Standak® Top, Cruiser® 350 FS + Maxim® XL, CropStar® + Derosal Plus® and the Control) applied at two different times (30 days before and on the day of sowing). On the day of seeding, inoculation was performed, with inoculant type liquid containing bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum strains (SEMIA 5079 and SEMIA 5080) with and without adhesive fixatives. Sowing was carried out in the field and 15 days after, the stand was counted. At full flowering (R1/R2) the following were measured: number of nodules, dry matter of nodules, chlorophyll content and nitrogen content. On the day of harvest the following were evaluated: plant height, height of the first pod, number of pods and seeds per plant, weight of a thousand seeds, grain yield and grain size. For the experiment in greenhouse conducted in pots type Leonard the same treatments and the experiment was conducted until the plants reach the phenological stage R1/R2 were carried out, in which the following were evaluated: plant height, SPAD index, dry weight of aerial part, number and dry mass of nodules. The seeds originated from the field experiment were harvested and stored in cold chamber and were subsequently made the following analyzes: germination test, tetrazolium test (force, feasibility and damages by bugs), electrical conductivity test, accelerated aging and seedling emergence test, first count, emergence and dry mass of aerial part). The treatments tested did not affect the productivity of cultivars, which may be applied with 30 days in advance or on the day of seeding. In spite of changes in the number and weight of nodules, the treatments did not affect the biological nitrogen fixation, evaluated by the leaf nitrogen and chlorophyll content. In a greenhouse, the treatments did not affect the nodulation as well as the biological nitrogen fixation, because they do not affect the number and dry mass of nodules and the content of total chlorophyll. In laboratory tests and seedbed, the seed physiological quality (germination and vigor - accelerated aging, electrical conductivity, end, dry matter of plants) are not affected when seeds of parents are treated with the products tested, and also the treatment may be performed 30 days before or on the day of seeding.

Um dos grandes desafios na cultura da soja, na atualidade, é aumentar a produção sem a necessidade de agregar novas áreas de cultivos. Neste aspecto destaca-se o tratamento de sementes. No presente trabalho, objetivou-se avaliar o efeito do tratamento químico, aplicado em duas épocas, em sementes de soja inoculadas com Bradyrhizobium japonicum, na nodulação das raízes das plantas, no desempenho vegetativo, na produtividade e na qualidade fisiológica das sementes produzidas. Foram utilizadas sementes da cultivar SYN 13671 IPRO (GMR: 7,3) e NS 7000 IPRO (GMR: 6,7) tratadas com quatro combinações de produtos químicos (Standak® Top, Cruiser® 350 FS + Maxim® XL, CropStar® + Derosal Plus® e o Controle) aplicados em dois tempos (30 dias antes e no dia da semeadura). No dia da semeadura, efetuou-se a inoculação, com inoculante tipo lÍquido contendo bactérias Bradyrhizobium japonicum (estirpes SEMIA 5079 e SEMIA 5080) com e sem adesivo fixador. Foi realizada semeadura em campo e aos 15 dias após, contabilizou se o estande. No pleno florescimento (R1/R2) foram mensurados: número de nódulos, matéria seca de nódulos, teor de clorofila e teor de nitrogênio. No dia da colheita foram avaliados: altura de plantas, altura do primeiro legume, número de legumes e de sementes por planta, peso de 1000 sementes, produtividade e tamanho de grão. Para o experimento em casa de vegetação conduzido em vasos tipo Leonard foram efetuados os mesmos tratamentos e o experimento foi conduzido até as plantas atingirem o estádio fenológico R1/R2, no qual foram avaliados: altura de planta, índice SPAD, massa seca de parte aérea, número e matéria seca de nódulos. As sementes provenientes do experimento em campo foram colhidas e armazenadas em câmara fria e, posteriormente, foram feitas as seguintes análises: teste de germinação, teste de tetrazólio (vigor, viabilidade e danos por percevejos), teste de condutividade elétrica, envelhecimento acelerado e teste de emergência (IVE, primeira contagem, emergência final e massa seca de parte aérea). Os tratamentos testados não afetam a produtividade das cultivares, podendo ser aplicados com 30 dias de antecedência ou no dia da semeadura. Apesar de ter ocorrido alterações no número e na massa de nódulos, os tratamentos testados não afetam a fixação biológica de nitrogênio, avaliados pelo teor de nitrogênio foliar e de clorofila. Em casa de vegetação os tratamentos testados não prejudicam a nodulação bem como a fixação biológica de nitrogênio, pois não afetam o número e a massa seca de nódulos e o teor de clorofila total. Nos testes de laboratório e canteiro, a qualidade fisiológica das sementes (germinação e vigor - envelhecimento acelerado, a condutividade elétrica, emergência final, matéria seca de plantas) não são afetados quando as sementes dos parentais são tratadas com os produtos testados, podendo ainda o tratamento ser efetuado 30 dias antes ou no dia da semeadura.
