Identification of problems in banana production at the "La Loly'' Quivicán farm | Identificación de los problemas en la producción del plátano en la finca “La Loly’’ Quivicán

English. The demand for food globally and nationally is a very important issue for the current situation in our society as it is constantly increasing. To this end, society has diversified many ways to meet this situation with plans to increase production on scales equivalent to the need, so that this activity does not harm the environment and its nature is viable in every way. The objective of the following work is to analyze the concept of "Sustainable agronomic productions, maintaining good practices and production techniques" in a local production entity where the cultivation of bananas of the FIHA 02 variety is the main focus in our study within this center. This research work has as its premise the analysis of the form of production of the FIHA 02 banana variety in the farm "La Loly'' belonging to the municipality of Quivicán in the province of Mayabeque to identify the problems that gravitate in the production of bananas, for this it was analyzed in the Diagnosis matrix, Field tours and observations were carried out during the production stage, interviews with farmers and those in charge of production and the development of an action plan to mitigate the main problem encountered. From this analysis and the comparison with the certified bibliography, it was identified that the main problem was the low production levels and an action plan was developed to reduce the poor productions of this crop in the study farm belonging to the UBPC "Urban Farm".

Spanish; Castilian. La demanda de alimentos a nivel mundial y nacional es un tema muy importante para la situación actual en nuestra sociedad, ya que aumenta constantemente. Para esto la sociedad ha diversificado muchas formas de satisfacer esta situación con planes de aumento de producciones a escalas equivalentes a la necesidad en aras de que esta actividad no perjudique al medio ambiente y su naturaleza sea viable en todos los sentidos. El objetivo del siguiente trabajo es analizar el concepto de “Producciones agronómicas sostenibles, manteniendo buenas prácticas y técnicas de producción” en una entidad de producción local donde el cultivo del plátano de variedad FIHA 02 es el principal enfoque en nuestro estudio dentro de este centro. Este trabajo con carácter investigativo tiene como premisa el análisis de la forma de producción de la variedad de plátano FIHA 02 en la finca “La Loly’’ perteneciente al municipio de Quivicán en la provincia de Mayabeque para identificar los problemas que gravitan en la producción de plátano, para ello se analizó en la matriz de Diagnóstico, se realizaron recorridos y observaciones de campo durante la etapa productiva, entrevistas con los agricultores y encargados de la producción y desarrollar un plan de acción que mitigase el problema principal encontrado. De este análisis y de la comparación con la bibliografía certificada se identificó que el problema principal fue los bajos niveles productivos y se desarrolló un plan de acción que disminuya las malas producciones de este cultivo en la finca de estudio perteneciente en la UBPC “Granja Urbana’’.
