Разрабатывали компоновочно-конструктивную схему двухниточного поливного модуля (ПМ) системы капельного орошения, обеспечивающую эффективный капельный полив многолетних древесных плодовых культур, возделываемых в садовых насаждениях. Основные требования к схеме ПМ: обеспечение требуемой доли площади увлажнения, обеспечение регламентируемого расстояния между штамбом древесного растения и ближайшей к нему капельницей не менее 0,2 м, обеспечение возможности периодического изменения положения капельниц относительно штамба растения. При разработке схемы ПМ использовались методы поискового конструирования. Предложена конструктивная схема двухниточного ПМ, предназначенного для капельного полива одного ряда растений в многолетнем древесном плодовом насаждении, которая включает две симметрично расположенные относительно оси ряда растений поливные линии с устроенными в них капельницами. Для использования в качестве поливных линий рекомендуются капельные трубки с толщиной стенки от 0,8 до 1,2 мм. Капельные линии располагаются на опорах на высоте 50 см от поверхности земли и имеют возможность изменения позиции относительно оси ряда растений. Головной и концевой узлы ПМ подключены к подающему и отводящему трубопроводам через гибкие водоводы. В концевой части ПМ предусмотрена возможность сбора и отвода промывной воды (раствора). Предложенное конструктивное решение двухниточного ПМ капельной оросительной сети, позволит увеличить долю площади увлажнения от площади питания каждого растения до нормативных значений, обеспечит эффективный полив корнеобитаемого почвенного пространства на разных стадиях роста и развития растений, замедлит процессы деградации почв при капельном поливе. | There was develop a design-layout scheme for a two-line watering module (WM) of a drip irrigation system, providing effective drip irrigation of perennial tree fruit crops cultivated in garden plantings. The main requirements for developing a WM scheme are: ensuring the required proportion of moisture area, ensuring a regulated distance between the woody plant stem and the nearest emitter at least 0.2 m, ensuring the possibility of periodically changing the emitter position relative to the plant stem. When developing the scheme of the WM, the methods of search design were used. A constructive scheme of a two-line irrigation module intended for drip irrigation of one row of plants in a perennial tree fruit plantation is proposed, which includes two irrigation lines symmetrically located relative to the axis of a row of plants with emitters arranged in them. Drip tubing with wall thickness from 0.8 to 1.2 mm is recommended for use as irrigation lines. Drip lines are located on supports at a height of 50 cm from the earth's surface and have the ability to change their position relative to the axis of a row of plants. The head and tail structure of the IM are connected to the supply and discharge pipelines through flexible water conduits. The end part of the WM provides for the possibility of collecting and discharging wash water (solution). The proposed constructive solution for a two-line WM of a drip irrigation network will allows: increasing the proportion of the moistening area from the area of nutrition of each plant to the standard values, will ensure effective watering of the root-inhabited soil space at different stages of plant growth and development, slow down the processes of soil degradation during drip irrigation.
