Relevance. In the modern production of greenhouse products, with hydroponic cultivation of crops, one of the safe ways to increase the quantity, quality of cucumber products and plant protection is the use of microbiological preparations.Methodology. The purpose of our work was to assess the effect of a complex of microbiological preparations on the productivity of cucumber hybrids in winter and spring turnover. The study was conducted in industrial greenhouses during 2021-2022. Long-fruited (Lohengrin F1) medium-fruited (Mewa F1 and Svyatogor F1) and short-fruited (Valigora F1) parthenocarpic cucumber hybrids were selected as research objects. The preparations were applied five times, at 30-day intervals throughout the entire growing period, the first application when planting plants in the production department. Measurements of economically valuable and chemical indicators were carried out weekly. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA methods were used for statistical data analysis.Results. As a result of the research, a positive stimulating effect of a complex of microbiological preparations on the accumulation of raw and dry biomass, an increase in yield and its quality in the studied cucumber hybrids was revealed. The final yield when applying microbiological preparations increased on average from 4.1 to 5.5 kg/m2 in all cucumber hybrids over the two years of study, while the yield of standard products in the total crop structure increased by 2.7% - 6.4%.

Relevance. Currently, greenhouse complexes use water for irrigation from open surface sources (ponds, lakes, rivers) and underground water from wells, adding a return (drainage) solution to it. At the same time, water from both open sources and drainage solution often becomes a source of emergence and spread of phytopathogenic infection in greenhouses, which brings economically significant crop losses. In this regard, the need to develop guaranteed methods and methods for the disinfection of drainage water and water from open sources is relevant. One of the methods of water disinfection is the use of ultraviolet irradiation, but for the effective use of irradiation, it is necessary to ensure the minimum effective UV dose. This UV dose is typical for each pathogen.Results. Work was carried out to experimentally establish doses of UV irradiation that allow complete inactivation of vegetative cells and spores of bacteria and fungi (Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Pythium debaryanum, Fusarium oxysporum, Verticillium dahliae, Phoma destructiva) in a solution prepared on the basis of distilled water. A dose of UV irradiation of 40 mJ/cm2 ensured complete inactivation of the bacterial pathogen, and a dose of 60 mJ/cm2 showed complete inactivation of the pathogens of the studied fungal infections.

Problems of proper nutrition and health of citizens are becoming increasingly important every year. A significant number of chronic non-communicable diseases have been observed in Russia and its regions for several years. Thus, according to the Territorial body of the Federal state statistics service for the Irkutsk region in 2017, the mortality rate from diseases of the circulatory system was 615 people per 100 thousand people, 218 people per 100 thousand people died from neoplasms. The reason for the increase in the incidence of population researchers believe the change in socio-economic structure, lifestyle and diet. At the same time, the President of the Russian Federation defined the task of achieving the average life expectancy of Russians at the level of 78 years in the may Decree of 2018. Currently, for the Irkutsk region, this figure is at the level of only 69 years and at the current rate of growth by 2024 will reach only 75 years. In this regard, we need a set of measures aimed at improving the health, living and working conditions of citizens of the country, which can be implemented, including through ensuring a normal diet of life and consumption of basic products, including vegetables, at a level not lower than the rational norms of their consumption. The article presents an assessment of the capacity and potential of the market of vegetable products on the materials of the Irkutsk region, the main producers, exporters, importers of vegetables, the forecast of shortage of vegetables. Social efficiency in achieving the proposed performance indicators will be determined by increasing the life expectancy of the population, reducing morbidity, improving the quality of life of those suffering from diseases associated with malnutrition, and the ratio of the obtained favorable social results to the costs to achieve them. Economic efficiency will be expressed by assessing the impact of the results achieved in the framework of program activities on the formation of the gross product, ensuring the dynamics of economic growth and increasing productivity, as stated in the presidential decree and Federal national projects until 2024. The practical application of vegetable demand calculations in accordance with rational consumption norms can be used in the process of marketing research to identify the potential market entry of new players or increase the production of fresh vegetables by their existing producers.
