Research of the selection efficiency of boars of Belarusian meaty and Large White breeds for reproduction and productivity indices was realized in the selection and breeding centre Zadneprovski in the Republic of Belarus. The influence of 25-percentage level of boar selection for sperm production with the dominancy of relative average values of an initial population on statistically significant difference within the limits P less than 0,05-0,001 was proved. Application of an evaluation criterion of animal breeding abilities by the degree of frequency of departures from a population level with a value which reflects the intensity of selection in shares of an average quadratic deviation made it possible to raise the breeding value of boar of both genotypes in accordance with the productive qualities of descendants in comparison with average sizes of populations of two breeds on statistically authentic difference at P less than 0,05-0,001. Decreasing in the studied indicators of efficiency of offsprings concerning initial fatherly forms could be explained by a stronger influence of environment conditions rather than genetic predisposition of genotypes to the given traits

Studying of peculiar features of external conformation of replacement gilts used for the further closing stage of commercial cross breeding as well as for the further productivity of first litter gilts was realized in the conditions of a swine breeding stock-rearing farm of the Republic of Belarus. In the modern zootechnic classification it is reasonable to divide pigs into 3 constitutional types of their external appearance: leptosome, transitional, and oerisome. In the conditions of industrial engineering the replacement pigs and sows of transitive type in comparison with individuals oerisome and leptosome types were characterized by higher productivity: early terms of insemination (on 3,2 and 3,3 days, respectively); livability of stores at weaning stage (on 5,8 and 5%, respectively), higher litter size at weaning stage (on 7,1 and 6,3 kg), higher input share into the basic pig stock (on 4 and 6%), and a yield of a gross of body weight gain of litter at fattening with a view to farrow (on 8 and 10%). Piglets of the transitive type sows were characterized by the steadier parameters of metabolism in comparison with stores of leptosome type sows (there were less frequently encountered the disturbances of infringements of trace mineral and calcium and phosphoric metabolism). Research of the influence of biologically active preparations of natural origin on zoological indices and quality of animal products was studied by the example of their application in broiler chicken diets in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. On the basis of realized research it was established, that application of biologically active substances immunoamplifier Alveozan, probiotic Dialakt, probiotic Bifidoflorin liquid, prebiotic Biofon and prebiotic Biofon AIL (produced in the Republic of Belarus) did not render negative effect on quality of animal products (all studied meat samples had high quality). The received results testify to necessity of complex application of the above-stated preparations. Application of biologically active preparations made it possible to increase livability of growing birds on 100%, average live weight increase from 1,9 up to 5,1%, daily average weight gain - from 1,9 up to 5,1%, improvement of feed conversion ratio - from 18,3 up to 21%. All studied biologically active preparations made it possible to restore the physiological environment in poultry intestines, normal flora, to suppress the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. The above mentioned preparations could be applied both with preventive, and with the medical purposes

In the conditions of application of enzyme preparations there is the possibility of inclusion into mixed fodders structure of such cheap fodder grains as rye. Determination of the optimal dose of introduction of the liquid enzymatic fodder additive (xylanase – 8800 units; phytase – 600 units; cellulose – 880 units; r-gluco – 4000 units; a- amylase – 200 units) and its influence on stores productivity during the completion of growing and fattening periods was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed the following: inclusion into mixed fodders of the increased amount of rye grain (without the enzyme additive) for stores feeding during the completion of growing (20%) and fattening (30%) periods did not render negative influence on experimental animals; the optimal dose of the trial enzyme for stores during the completion of growing period - (SK-21 including rye grain - 20%) was 200 ml per 1 t of mixed fodders; the optimal dose of the trial enzyme for stores during the fattening period (KDS-26 including rye -30%) was 150 ml per 1 t of mixed fodders. Application of the experimental fodder additive promoted the increasing live weight gain. There was noted the tendency of the positive influence of the analyzed enzyme on dry and organic matter, fat, dietary fibre and nitrogen-free extractive substances digestibility

In process of animal husbandry intensification much attention should be given to maintenance of the high-grade balanced feed of animals. Forage supplement Profat (Protected Fat) is a protected fat in dry-sand mould with 84% of fat content. Application of 0,5-0,8 kg of dry fat supplement in cows diets per 1 head a day (4,7-10,0% in mixed forage content) promotes the increasing of prime cost of milk yield with basic fatness at 1,8-2,8% within fatness growth at 0,1-0,24% without protein content decrease. During the analysis of morphological and biochemical blood structure there was not established any considerable inter-group distinctions. At the same time, it is necessary to notice, that in blood of animals of two experimental groups there was stated a little bit higher protein content. However, in proportion to application of experimental fat additive up to 0,8 kg per head a day the protein content decreased. The increased number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin content in blood of animal of trial groups proved the strengthening of metabolic processes. In blood of trial groups it was noted high quantity of vitamin A and phosphorus as well as lower amount of calcium

The purpose of research is to study influence of fodder additive Water Trit liquid on dynamics of live weight, natural resistance and determination of an optimal dose for pigs on growing. Thanks to рН decrease of intestines contents and presence of organic acids the additive is applied for disease prevention. Presence of organic acids stimulates the development of useful Lactobacillus micro flora in intestines gleam. From the received data positive influence of the fodder additive on a gain of body weight is visible. In the beginning of experiment the difference in body weight of a control and a trial groups was insignificant and made from 9,2 kg to 9,4 kg in the experimental group, and 9,3 kg - in the control group. In the end of experiment the difference in body weight was essential: 28,6 kg, 30,5 kg, 29,5 kg in the trial groups and 28,05 kg in the control. After application of the fodder additive Water Trit liquid in the trial groups there were noted the raised daily average weight gains: on 2,6% in the second, on 13,4% (P less than 0,05) - in the third and on 8,5% - in the fourth group in relation to control group. For studying of the influence of the fodder additive on animal organism there was carried out the blood testing: phagocytosis, bactericidal activity of blood serum, lysozyme activity of blood serum. Indexes on phagocytal index at animal of the control and trial groups were in the beginning of experiment approximately at one level. At 45-day age the indexes in the second and fourth trial groups were above the control ones on 5,2% and 8,9%, respectively. By the end of the experiment the phagocytal index in all four groups changed insignificantly. At studying of lysozyme activity of blood serum at pigs the given research have shown, that at 30-day age the indexes in the third and fourth trial groups were above the control, and indexes in the first group were above the standard of the control. At 70-day age the highest lysozyme activity of blood serum was in the second trial group and has made +16,0% to the control. It is necessary to notice, that on the 70th day this indicator was above the control in all three trial groups

There was realized the estimation of influence of application of biometals in a ration of chickens-broilers of different age on the content in their blood macro-and microelements. It is possible to make the conclusion, that in blood of chickens-broilers the tendency to decrease with the years concentration of calcium and magnesium, to increase of level of phosphorus, zinc and copper, and also increase the content of cobalt with 23-day age to 33-day and its insignificant decrease by 45 day of a life of chickens takes place. At the same time application in a ration of chickens-broilers of biometals sodium-ferrum-ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Na-Fe-etda) from calculation of 2,5 mg/kg, sodium-zinc-ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Na-Zn-etda) - 5,5 mg/kg, sodium-cobalt- ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Na-Co-etda) - 5,5 mg/kg and sodium-cuprum-ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Na-Cu-etda) - 3,5 mg/kg of body weight in the basic weight led to small increase of level macro- and microelements in blood of chickens-broilers and did not render negative influence on safety and a gain of body weight of chickens in trial group. Data on concentration of macro- and microelements in blood and a body weight gain of chickens-broilers are presented. | Целью работы является оценка влияния применения биометаллов в рационе цыплят-бройлеров разного возраста на содержание в их крови макро- и микроэлементов. Можно сделать заключение, что в крови цыплят-бройлеров имеет место тенденция к снижению с возрастом концентрации кальция и магния, повышению уровня фосфора, цинка и меди, а также увеличению содержание кобальта с 23-дненвного возраста к 33-дневному и незначительному снижению его к 45-му дню жизни цыплят. В то же время применение в рационе цыплят-бройлеров биометаллов натрий-ферум-этилендиаминтетраацетат (Na-Fe-etda) из расчета 2,5 мг/кг, натрий-цинк-этилендиаминтетраацетат (Na-Zn-etda) - 5,5 мг/кг, натрий-кобальт-этилендиаминтетраацетат (Na-Co-etda-) - 5,5 мг/кг и натрий-купрум-этилендиаминтетраацетат (Na-Cu-etda) - 3,5 мг/кг живой массы в основной своей массе приводило к небольшому повышению уровня макро- и микроэлементов в крови цыплят-бройлеров и не оказывало негативного воздействия на сохранность и прирост живой массы цыплят опытной группы. Представлены данные по концентрации макро- и микроэлементов в крови и прирост живой массы цыплят-бройлеров.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed high productive traits of meaty calves and cross breeds bred in accordance with a system cow-calf, as well as the possibilities of using veal meat obtained in ecologically safe areas for infant food production. At the age of 6,5-7 months the weight of fresh carcass of bull-calves of sharolez breed in comparison with aberdin-angus х black-motley herdmates was on 41,6 kg (Р less than 0,001) higher, carcass yield and slaughter yield – on 13,8% (Р less than 0,001) and 13,6% (Р less than 0,001), respectively. The fat content in sharolez meat was 4,9% against 8,9%; protein - 21,9% against 18,8%. The black-motley suckling bull-calves surpassed their herdmates which were grown up by technology of dairy cattle breeding at the age of 6-6,5 months according to indexes of weight of fresh carcass - on 16,3 kg or 21,7% (Р less than 0,01); according to indexes in a slaughter yield - on 16,6% (Р less than 0,001); and according to indexes meat flesh in a carcass - on 1,5%. According to quality indexes, amino acid structure, acceptable concentration of toxic elements content, pesticides, antibiotics, radionuclides and other harmful substances the veal meat of calves which were bred on a system a cow-calve in ecologically pure zones proved to be important meat raw materials to produce infant food products.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were studied the productive and interior indexes of bull calves which were fed with dried distiller's grains. Inclusion into bull calves diets of the mixed fodder containing 33% of dried distiller's grains made it possible to increase the concentration of volatile fatty acids on 16-18%, albuminous nitrogen - on 4-7%, quantity of infusorians - on 16-17%, as well as to reduce the ammonia level in a ruminal liquid from 23,4 up to 17 mg%. Inclusion of 33% of dried distiller's grains into structure of mixed fodder and feeding the same quantity of fresh distiller's grains promoted increasing of nutrient digestibility on respectively 4,0-5,9% and 3,5-4,5%, nitrogen retention - on 13%. Increasing of level of dried distiller's grains in structure of grain forage up to 67% increased the digestibility of nutrients on 1,5-2% and nitrogen retention - on 4%. Substitution in mixed fodder for bull-calves of 33 and 67% of fodder grain by dried distiller's grains made it possible to increase daily average live weight gain of animals respectively on 10 and 4%. Feeding of dried and fresh distiller's grains at simultaneous introduction in rations of complex mineral additive promoted the activation of metabolic processes that was proved by increasing of crude protein of blood at 6-7% and 5-8%, as well as decreasing of concentration of urea - on 25 and 22% respectively. Use of 33% of dried distiller's grains as a part of mixed fodder for cattle young stock proved to be economically effective and allowed to lower the cost price of a live weight gain on 10-11%. Feeding with fresh distiller's grains allowed to lower the prime cost price on 7% and to receive additional profit.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the efficiency of application of an adsorbent mycotoxins Toxfin Dry (Belgium) for lowering of toxicity load on broiler chickens. In the course of the study there was given attention to poultry productivity, viability and forage expenses for broiler chickens breeding. There was developed a scheme of Toxfin Dry preparation feeding to broiler chickens. There were presented the results of weighing of control and experimental broiler chickens during the breeding periods; the basic zootechnical indices in the conditions of introduction Toxfin Dry; economic efficiency of its application. Research results showed that introduction of a mycotoxin adsorbent Toxfin Dry into diets of broiler chickens promoted the improvement of digestion and absorption of mixed fodder nutrients in a gastroenteric tract, that in its turn promoted the increasing daily average weight gain on 4,3%, broiler stock viability - on 2,6%; and to decrease the expenses for forages on 13,9%. On the basis of obtained experimental data it was recommended to include the mycotoxin adsorbent Toxfin Dry into rations of broiler chickens as a dry mix with mixed fodder in a dose of 5 g/kg of forage dry matter.
