Belarus concerns a biogeochemical province with the lowered content in environment of such microelements, as iodine, selenium, copper, cobalt, manganese, zinc and some other. It conducts to infringement of intensity and an orientation of processes of an exchange of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and finally - to decrease in their growth and development of an organism of young growth. High cost of foreign preparations for treatment and preventive maintenance of an alimentary anaemia, low bioavailability of iron and toxicity do not provide purposeful disesase control and immunodeficiencies arising on its background. The special urgency is got by research of means of complex preventive maintenance of an alimentary anaemia and immunodeficiencies. It has been established that the recipes N1-3 have proved to be non-toxic for laboratory animals and have no effect on the meat quality.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized an experimental study of a new method treatment of calves diseased with abomasoenteritis by means of application of a preparation Ranitidin. As a result of realized research it was established that the preparation had an expressed therapeutic activity. Inclusion of Ranitidin preparation into the complex therapeutic regimen of calves sick with abomasoenteritis with the enteral feeding once in day in a dose of 0,15 g promoted the reduction of duration and decrease in severity of the disease. There were presented the results of biochemical blood indicators in trial and control groups of calves, haematologic indices in trial and control groups of calves prior to the beginning of experiment and in the end of the test.

Data оn evaluations of therapeutic efficacy of albendazol and fenbendazol agaonst acute and chronic forms of larval cestodiasis of animals were studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example of experimentally infested sheep and rabbits. Application of albendazol and fenbendazol both separately and in complex with antioxidant vitamin and mineral additive against the chronic forms of cysticercosis tenuicollis and cysticercosis pisiform was inefficient. But application of albendazol against acute form of cysticercoses caused the lowering of invasion intensity in shepp and rabbits in 3 times, fenbendazol – in 2,6 times. Application of anthelmintic agents in complex with vitamin and mineral composition promoted the lowering of invasion intensity (in 5 and 4,1 times, respectively) and prevented the disease development in 60% of animals.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied a therapeutic effectiveness and influence on milk productivity of 22% Timbendazole after spontaneous infestation of cows with fascioliasis (Fasciola hepatica). As a result of studies the Timbendazole 22% proved to be highly efficient against Fasciola hepatica in cattle – from 92,9% up to 100% (in comparison with Albendatimum-100 granulated material the efficiency of which was 88-90%). As a result of cows treatment by anthelmintics – Timbendazole 22% and Albendatimum-100 against Fasciola hepatica there was stated the substantial increasing of milk productivity of animals (on 23,4 and 11,0%, respectively) in comparison with animals which were not administratec with mentioned above preparations.

Influence of polyphepan with lactulose on dynamics of hematological parameters for the preventive maintenance of gastroenteritis of piglets was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that application of the presented preparation provided normalization of haemotological parameters of blood, reduction of a level of organism intoxication that was characterized by lowering of concentration lipid peroxidation components.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example model of a purulent wound at rats there was realized an experimental study of pharmacological activity of a medical remedy PhytoMP (containing active substances of Macleaya microcarpa (Maxim.) Fedde of Papaveraceae family; and Plantago major L. of Plantaginaceae family) in the form of powder. It was established, that the intensity wound-healthing effect depended on a ratio of the components plume poppy / greater plantain 1 + 1:1, 2:1, 1:2. Studying of the remedy safety showed that PhytoMP in the maximal dozes was not toxic for animals after a single unitary intragastric administration in dose of 50000 mg/kg to mice and in dose of 20833 mg/kg to rats. The mentioned above indexes surpassed the recommended for human dose after application tonsilles (1,428 mg/kg) in 35014 and 14589 times, and also the recommended for human doses for application at a wound with size of 2x2 square cm (11,424 mg/kg) - in 4377 and 1824 times, respectively.

Results of treatment and preventive maintenance of mastitis of lactating nonmilking cows and heifers with the help of a new probiotic preparation Lactosan realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. The developed new environmentally safe antimastitis preparation Lactosan contained lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus in amount not less than10E7 CFU/cm3 did not render irritating action on mucous membranes, did not cause a sensitization and according to its toxicity indexes could be concern to low-hazardous substances. Therapeutic effectiveness of Lactosan against subclinical mastitis was 84,2-94,1%; in case of serous and catarrhal mastitis – 63,2-68,4%; and after two therapy regimen – 79,0-84,2%.

The nonspecific resistance of cows at the interlactation period was studied for the forecasting of the postnatal period progress in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Influence of the complex preparations Erimetrinis and Richometrinum on restoration of cow reproductive function was investigated. It was established, that the developed new complex preparation Erimetrinis possessed the uterotonic, antiphlogistic, pathogenetic and stimulating action. Evaluation of the presented preparation was tested have under production conditions and confirmed its high efficiency. After application of Erimetrinis there was noted a fast restoration of both endometrias histostructure, indices of cellular protection, and cow clinical characteristic. Microflora which was discharge from cow uterus content, which were sick with postnatal purulo-catarrhal endometritis, was sensitive and high-sensitivity Erimetrinis and had a zone of growth inhibition from 19,6 up to 36,1 mm, while after Richometrinum application it was sensitive except for staphylococcus and diplococcus in which the growth inhibition zone was from 15,1 up to 15,4 mm. Study of indicators of bactericidal activity of cow blood serum in course of treatment with the Erimetrinis it was established, that starting from the fourth day of the treatment the analysed indicator increased up to 56%, and by the moment of the clinical recovery it was 82,4+/-2,16%. Indicators of lysozymic activity of blood serum at the moment of cow recovery were 13,4+/-1,35 mmol/l. Essential changes were marked in the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, phagocytic numbers and phagocytic index. Cows which were subjected to treatment with Richometrinum all mentioned above indicators were increasing starting from the tenth day of treatment beginning, and clinical recovery was stated on 7,4 days later than after Erimetrinis application
