There were presented data of morphological analysis of blood and tissues from a place of vaccine administration and organs of immune system (thymus and lien) of rats vaccinated against a canicola fever of pigs by a produced in the Republic of Belarus vaccine containing in its structure various adjuvants. The vaccination was realized in combination with immunostimulative drugs. Level of specific antibodies of rats and rabbits after immunization with the analyzed preparations as well as with and without immunostimulative drugs were analysed.

Evaluation of antagonistic activity of strains of lactic and bifid bacteria, metabolite producers, as well as the treatment and prophylactic efficacy of Laktimet and Batsinil probiotics was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of study there were estimated 29 strains of lactic acid bacillus of different kinds, 13 strains of bifid bacteria and 35 strains of bacillus (Bac. subtilis and Bac. pumilis). There were studied 3 strains of bifid bacteria: Bifidobacterium adolescentis MS-42; Bifidobacterium adolescentis BIM V-01; Bifidobacterium adolescentis BIM V-87; 2 strains of lactic acid bacillus: Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis BIM V-132, Lactococcus casei subsp. rhamnosus BIM V-189; and 6 strains of Bacillus subtilis. Research results showed that the main part of the studied strains had steady antagonistic activity to test-cultures of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria. Zone of growth delay of test-cultures of the main quantity of strains (from 54 up to 92%) was from 11 up to 30. Research results showed that application of cell-free probiotics Laktimet and Batsinil promoted the increasing of resistance by means of increasing or lowering of total protein, insignificant increasing of blood serum bactericidal activity and increasing of phagocytic activity of leukocytes on 7,3%

Investigation of immunity of broiler chickens of Kobb-500 cross vaccinated by national associated viral vaccine and foreign (ABIC, Israel; Vitex XXI vek Seva) vaccines against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis was investigated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of studies there was analyzed the content of immunoglobulin in blood serum, as well as the influence of living vaccines on immunity formation. Research results showed that broiler chickens immunization against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis by national and foreign vaccine produced by ABIC company made it possible to increase the phagocytic activity of pseudoeosinophils, bactericidalal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, that proved the activation of nonspecific protection factors. At the same time in blood serum there was stated the increasing of immunoglobulin number in 1,5-3,0 times in comparison with control groups. Economic efficiency of all analyzed vaccines was analyzed

Morphological and structural changes in bone marrow of piglets which were immunized with produced in the Republic of Belarus SPS vaccine (against salmonellosis (Salmonella), pasteurellosis (Pasteurella) and streptococcus) in combination with immunostimulants and without them were analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Piglets of the first group were vaccinated against salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and streptoccocusis by SPS vaccine. Piglets of the second group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with vitamin C. Piglets of the third group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with immunotstimulant sodium thiosulphate. The fourth (control) group of animals was administrated with normal saline. Animals were immunized twice, intramuscularly with 7 day interval in dose of 4 ml (primary), and 5 ml (secondary). Vitamin С was administrated in dose of 0,05g per head. Sodium thiosulfate was administrated in combination with the vaccine in 30% concentration. Alongside with myelogram there were derived formulas of different cell groups of bone marrow: leucoerythroblastic index; intramedullary index of neutrophil maturity; intramedullary index of eosinophile maturity. Detailed myelogram of piglets on the 14-th day after the second immunization was presented. Research results showed that in all groups of vaccinated animals there was noted the activation of myeloblastic hematogenesis and decreasing of erythropoeisis. Piglet immunization was accompanied by strengthening of myeloblastic hematogenesis, increased number of lymphocytes and plasma cells in bone marrow

As a result of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus research it was revealed that application of immunostimulative drugs of sodium thyosulphate and vitamin С (ascorbic acid) in combination with a vaccine against salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and streptococcosis of pigs promoted the statistically authentic increasing of leukocytes, absolute quantity of T- and B-lymphocytes content in peripheral blood. Also, it promoted the activation of phagocytic activity and digested ability of neutrophils; activization of mieloblastic hemopoiesis and decreasing of erythrocytopoiesis; activization of morphological reactions in a tissue at a place of administration of the vaccine, lymphatic nodules and spleen. | Проведенные исследования показали, что применение иммуностимуляторов натрия тиосульфата и витамина С с вакциной против сальмонеллеза, пастереллеза и стрептококкоза свиней способствует статистически достоверному повышению в периферической крови содержания лейкоцитов, абсолютного количества Т- и В-лимфоцитов, активизации фагоцитарной активности и перевариваемой способности нейтрофилов; активизации миелобластического кроветворения и снижению эритропоэза; активизации морфологических реакций в ткани на месте введения вакцины, лимфоузлах и селезенке.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the activity of alaninaminotranspherase (AIT) and aspartate aminotransferases (AsT), alkaline phosphatase, lactic dehydrogenase, cholinesterase, alpha amylase in blood serum, liver and pancreas of 130-158-day old replacement chicks vaccinated against Newcastle disease. Research results showed that the most essential changes were observed from such enzymes, as AsT and AIT. Increasing of AIT activity in a liver, pancreas and blood serum of immunized hens was stated on the seventh day after vaccine administration. Character of changes can testify both the increasing of synthesis of the mentioned enzymes, and also their posttransmitting activation which took place due to intensification of transamination processes. Changes of activity of alkaline phosphatase, cholinesterase and alpha amylase were the most expressed on the 14th and 21st days of research. It was possible to assume, that there was a stimulation of synthetic function of hepatocytes under the influence of the vaccine. It was possibly the decreasing of enzymatic functions pancreas.

Studying of efficiency of application of modified scheme of hyperimmunization of bull-producers with a designer salmonella polyantigenin in comparative analysis with the production scheme of hyperimmunization was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that engineered polyvalent antigen for hyperimmunization of producer bulls contained in their formula the following serovariants of salmonella in 1:1 ratio: S. typhimurium 371, S. dublin 373, S. choleraesuis 370, and S. enteritidis CB. The obtained antigen was sterile, harmless and had pH 7,3. Hyperimmunization of producer bulls in the experimental scheme revealed in increasing of leukocytes quantity on 57,3 %, banded neutrophils on 86,7 %, B-lymphocytes - on 42,2 %, content of total protein - on 25,6 %, content of Ig G - on 77,8 %, lg M - on 51,6%. After the fifth administration of antigen there was stated the lowering of agglutinating activity of blood serum on 25%, content of Ig G - on 54,4%, Ig M - on 14,6 %, that indicated to the inefficiency of antigen administration and became the basis for termination of hyperimmunization cycle. Immunobiological reaction of bull-producers which were hyperimmunized by the suggested scheme differed from reaction of animals which were hyperimmunized by the production scheme: content of total protein increased on 10,1%, protein content - on 27,3 %, content of lg G - on 24,8 %, lg M - in 23,7%

The prophylactic efficiency of nonspecific blood serum of animals was 80%, that was on 10% higher than serum of convalescents. Therapeutic effectiveness of nonspecific blood serum was 90%, that was on 8% higher than serum of convalescents

Studying of palatability of bait blisters applied for oral immunization of wild carnivores against rabies was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example of foxes which were administrated with liquid viral vaccines against rabies. Foxes were divided into 5 groups with 8 animals in each. Animals of the first group were immunized with a liquid viral vaccine in blister baits Lisvulpen-VBF which was produced from an attenuate strain of rabies virus SAD-BERN (Belarus). Animals of the second group were immunized with liquid viral vaccine Belvak TM BP produced from the cultural living strain KMIEhV-V101 (Belarus). Animals of the rest three groups were immunized with liquid viral vaccine in blister baits which was produced from a modified strain of a fixed attenuate rabies virus KMIEV-94. Foxes of the forth group were additionally fed with ascorbic acid with baits in the doze of 0,1 g, and foxes of the fifth group were fed with 5 ml immune response modifier Nuklevit. All mentioned blister baits were studied in accordance with the following parameters: bait flavor and attraction to animals; form and size of bait; bait consistency; blister and its size in relation to bait; palatability of bait; degree of damage of bait containing a vaccine; quantity vaccine which was got into animal oral cavity; postvaccinal complication. Palatability of liquid viral vaccines in blister baits Lisvulpen-VBF was 96%, Belvak TM BP - 94%, KMIEV-94 - 80%
