Влияние препарата Эквикар на восполнение потери электролитов при повышенном потоотделении

For the determination of efficiency of a new produced in the Republic of Belarus preparation Ehkvikar there was modeled a test with a diaphoresis of guinea pigs by means of their staying in a thermostat at a temperature of 45-50 deg C in course of 30 minutes. Before and after the test there was taken a blood test for its analysis. Results of the experiment showed that together with sudo the animals lost 1-2 % of their body. There was stated the increasing of all blood corpuscles as well as lowering in 1,3-1,47 times of such elements as chlorine, sodium, potassium, and also T lymphocytes and bursa-derived lymphocytes. Application Ehkvikar promoted the stabilization of biochemical and morphological parameters of blood, and also the immune status of laboratory animals. Thus, Ehkvikar preparation promoted the compensation of losses of electrolytes with sudor of guinea pigs and in future can be studied by an example of horses for completion of electrolytes losses in the conditions of increased physical exercises.

Results of chemical and toxicological estimation of an energized preparation, intended for increasing of performance ability and sports qualities of horses realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. The energized preparation included honey, lactalbumin hydrolyzate, pollen hydrolyzate, and teotropin. Chemical and toxicological estimation of the preparation included determination of physical, chemical and pharmacological compatibility of components of the preparation, acute and chronic toxicological characteristics, skin-resorbtive poison after single and long-term application at horse skin, topical-product-induced irritation and allergic action of the preparation. Research results showed that all components of the preparation were compatible among themselves. The preparation proved to be a low-hazardous substance (substance hazard category 4) and did not possess skin-absorptive, local-irritating and allergic action.

Selection of an optimal dose of Cryptosporidium parvum agents which were isolated from swine and could cause expressed changes in organs of experimentally infestated mice was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Data about on persistence of homoxenous coccidia Cryptosporidium parvum at laboratory white mice and pathomorphological changes in the bodies of experimental animals were presented. In a mucous coat of intestines there was marked a catarrhal inflammation with mucous membrane necrosis and its infiltration by leukocytes and macrophages.

This article is devoted to a problem of biochemical interaction of selenium and antioxidational system of animals and people organism. The problem we have touched is about the efficiency of influence of organic and inorganic taking place on subcellular level. The advantages of organic selenium are proved, the degree of its bjochemical influence on an antioxidationi status of health are indicated.
