This study; It was aimed to compare serum and rumen content, trace element and serum vitamin levels and rumen content in indigestion cattle with healthy animals. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted on a total of 30 cattle, 10 healthy (control group) and 20 indigestion group. Indigestion diagnosis in animals was determined by anamnesis information, clinical and rumen content examination.Hematologically, there was no statistical difference between indigestion and control groups. Serum magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), zinc (Zn) levels of the measured trace elements decreased in the group with indigestion (p<0.05), while the levels of cobalt (Co) increased significantly (p<0.01). While there was a significant increase (p<0.5) in cattle with indigestion in rumen content Ca values compared to healthy cattle, serum levels were decreased (p<0.05). A positive correlation (p<0.01) was determined between rumen content levels of indigestion cattle and serum Mg levels of control group and rumen content of control group. In addition, a negative correlation was found between serum Ca and rumen content values of cattle with indigestion. In serum vitamin levels, Vitamin B1 (Vit B1) decreased statistically (p<0.05), while Vitamin B12 (Vit B12) was found to increase non-statistically (p>0.05).As a result, it was concluded that the decrease in serum Mg, Ca and Zn values in indigestion animals is important and these trace elements should be used in treatment.

In vitro digestibility study was conducted to determine the effectsof supplementing fractionated Refined,Bleached and Deodorized Palm Stearin(RBDPST) on ruminal digestion. Fractionated RBDPST was soaked in incubation medium consisting of distilled water, buffer solution, trace element solution, micro and macro mineral solution, as well as rumen liquor that was collected from slaughtered cattle. This experiment was conducted at 39°C with an incubation period of 24 hours. Dried napier grass was used as control treatment. Gas producedwas recorded and collected to measure the methane gas produced. Methane gas produced from fractionated RBDPST was found to be relatively lower than control. This indicates that fractionated RBDPST had the ability to function as rumen bypass fat as it was not fully digested in the rumen.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the influence of diets with different ratio of degradable and by-pass proteins on morphological and biochemical blood composition and productivity of bulls of black-and-white breed. In course of the study there was analyzed the average feeding diet of young stock of cattle in accordance with actually eaten fodders; morphological and biochemical blood indexes; live weight and average daily weight gain; results of a control slaughter. Research results showed the feeding at the finishing period of fattening-off with different ratios of degradable and by-pass proteins in ratio 60-65:40-35 made it possible to obtain 1049-1078 grams of live weight gain of bulls per day in the conditions of fodder expenses of 8,22-8,40 fodder units per 1 kilogram of weight gain. As a result the energy of weight gain was 20,1-21,2 mJ. Conversion of metabolizable energy at weight gain stage was at the level 20,4-21,8%. Expenses of metabolizable energy per 1 mJ at weight gain were 4,83-5,05 mJ, and prime cost of body weight gain lowered on 5% in comparison with control.

While studying biochemical values that characterize rumen digestibility based on research agricultural experiment some results were obtained. These results prove that studied diets with increase of energy and raw protein concentration levels in dry matter influence positively at nitrous substances concentration activate micro flora motions and promote bio-synthetic processes in rumen fluid of experimental animals
