Закономерности онтогенетических преобразований интраорганного артериального русла тимуса индеек

There was studied the features of intra-bodies vessels of turkey thymus of white breed during postnatal ontogenesis. Results of the anatomic and histologic research which allowed to study law of transformations of intra-bodies vessels of turkey thymus are reflected. It is established, that age reorganisation of intra-bodies vessels of turkey thymus is interfaced to development of the basic structural body components. The microvascular thymus channel at the expense of presence hemato-thymus barrier accepts active participation in separation of blood and blood-groove regulation in parenchyma. The maximum factor of thymus blood supply of turkeys is noted in 70 days. Before puberty there is a growth of intra-bodies vessels at the expense of increase in their diameter and a thickness of a wall (mainly media), and after 220 days the haemodynamic potential of body decreases owing to increase of the involutional processes characterized by reduction of vesseldiameter and a thickening of their wall for the account of adventition. In the tabular form the sizes of intracapsular thymic vessels, the sizes of interlobular thymic vessels are presented. | Цель исследования - изучить особенности интраорганных сосудов тимуса индеек белой широкогрудой породы в постнатальном онтогенезе. Отражены результаты анатомических и гистологических исследований, позволивших изучить закономерности преобразований интраорганных артерий тимуса индеек белой породы в период постнатапьного онтогенеза. Установлено, что возрастная перестройка интраорганных артерий тимуса индеек сопряжена с развитием основных структурных компонентов органа. Микрососудистое русло тимуса за счет присутствия гематотимусного барьера принимает активное участие в сепарации крови и регуляции кровотока в паренхиме. Максимальный коэффициент кровоснабжения тимуса индеек отмечен в 70 суток. До полового созревания происходит рост интраоганных артерий за счет увеличения их диаметра и толщины стенки (преимущественно медии), а после 220 суток гемодинамический потенциал органа снижается вследствие нарастания инволюционных процессов, характеризующихся уменьшением диаметра артерий и утолщением их стенки за счет адвентиции. В табличной форме представлены размеры интракапсулярных артерий тимуса, размеры междольковых артерий тимуса.

Determination of the optimal doses of selenium inclusion into premix structure for breeding boars for the maintenance of their higher producing capacity was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Selenium lack in boar rations caused the degenerative changes in seminal glands, low male germ cells concentration and lowering of spermatozoon motility, which subsequently decreased their producing efficiency. Research showed, that selenium inclusion in premix KS-1 structure in quantity of 30 mg per 1 kg in comparison with premix in 20 mg dose have improved the yielding productivity of mature boars: the average quantity of male germ cells per one ejaculate increased on 17,2%, the average quantity of born pigs from per one sow increased on 4,8%. The additional profit per one boar was on 6,06% higher than in control experiment

Results of estimation of the real possibilities of milk production of extra fine grade in the conditions of the Republican unitary enterprise Educational Farm of Belarus State Academy of Agriculture in Mogilev region (Republic of Belarus) were presented. It was established, that carrying out of some organizational and technological actions for decreasing the level of somatic cells in milk made it possible to lower the level of somatic cells in finished products from 494,72 thousand per cube cm up to 289,15 thousand per cube cm. The obtained data corresponded to requirements of the Standard of the Republic of Belarus (STB 1598 - 2006 Cow milk. Requirements at purchases to the grade milk Extra). The realized experiment was developed on the basis of analytical model of cow commercial herd, constructed on the basis of the analysis of results of evaluation of quality of individual tests. The influence of iron deficiency state on metabolic processes and intensity of lipids peroxidation processes at dawn-calving cows was analysed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of study there was determined the intensity of lipids peroxidation processes in blood plasm depending on the level of hemoglobin and red blood corpuscle quantity. It was studied that in animals with low hemoglobin the oxidizing stress proceeded more actively than in animals with the normal hemoglobin level. Data analysis of lipids peroxidation processes showed that pregnancy condition was accompanied by strengthening of mentioned above processes. That fact was proved by the indicators of lipids peroxide oxidations presented both in absolute and in relative units. The content of diene conjugates, containing in 1 mg of lipids, was in 1,3-1,8 times higher at pregnant cows in comparison with non-pregnant ones, trieneketones content - in 1,2-1,6 times. Similar differences were observed in the process of analysis of diene conjugates and trieneketones values rated per 1 ml of plasma. More considerable differences were stated for trieneketones; the analysed indicator was in 1,6-2,1 times higher at pregnant cows

In the process of monogastric animal feeding, including pigs, the special role is played by the quality of coarse grain crops as they compose 70-75% of swine ration structure. Determination of fodder productive effect on fattening swine was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The basis of the analyzed fodder was formed by fodder grain of extra fine grade. Research results showed the following: inclusion of extra fine grade barley (Hordeum vulgare) and wheat (Triticum aestivum) (chosen in accordance with the standard of the Republic of Belarus) into all-in-one mixed fodders SK-26 and SK-31 for fattening swine made it possible to obtain higher productive capacity of the experimental animals in comparison with the identical mixed fodders containing barley and wheat of other grades (chosen in accordance with All-Union State Standard 28672-90); in the experimental groups the average daily weight gain in course of the fattening period was on 34 grams higher, and the average selling weight of 1 head - on 4,1 kg than in the control group. Swine which were fed with the presented mixed fodders with grain extra fine grade showed fewer deviations from the rated value of metabolism (blood serum protein and its fractions, calcium, phosphorus, acid capacity) in comparison with the control groups

The influence of various light regimes on productive indices of broiler chickens cultivation of СОВВ cross taking into consideration the course of some exchange processes was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were formed 4 groups of one-day-old chickens with the approximately identical body weight. For the chickens of a control group there was used the standard for Belarusian poultry farms light regime, i.e. 23 hours of light and 1 hour of darkness (23L:1D), in three experimental groups there were used the following light regimes: first - (3L:1D) х 6, second - (2L:1D) х 8, third - (1L:1D) х 12. The predetermined conditions were set by means of filament lamps with 15 W capacity. Throughout the whole experiment there was realized the identical feeding level for all groups: during the first growing period (1-30 days) chickens were fed with mixed fodder PK 5B containing 22% of crude protein and 296,6 kcal of exchange energy, during second period (31-42 days) - PC 6B containing 20% of crude protein and 332,2 kcal. In the applied mixed fodders there was used enzyme Rovabio. Research results showed that metabolic processes occurring in chicken body in the majority opf cases depended on application of various light regimes. Interchange of light and darkness periods (3 hours of light and 1 hour of darkness) х 6 at light exposure in 15 lk rendered the positive effect on the activity of endocrine systems of chickens of СОВВ crosses. In mentioned above group of chickens the hormones directed their metabolic processes towards increasing the productive indices, namely: daily average gain of chickens of the first group was authentically higher than the same index in the second and the third groups on 13,6% and 17,9%, respectively

Research of the selection efficiency of boars of Belarusian meaty and Large White breeds for reproduction and productivity indices was realized in the selection and breeding centre Zadneprovski in the Republic of Belarus. The influence of 25-percentage level of boar selection for sperm production with the dominancy of relative average values of an initial population on statistically significant difference within the limits P less than 0,05-0,001 was proved. Application of an evaluation criterion of animal breeding abilities by the degree of frequency of departures from a population level with a value which reflects the intensity of selection in shares of an average quadratic deviation made it possible to raise the breeding value of boar of both genotypes in accordance with the productive qualities of descendants in comparison with average sizes of populations of two breeds on statistically authentic difference at P less than 0,05-0,001. Decreasing in the studied indicators of efficiency of offsprings concerning initial fatherly forms could be explained by a stronger influence of environment conditions rather than genetic predisposition of genotypes to the given traits

In the conditions of biogeochemical zone of the Republic of Belarus the most important role in mineral metabolism is played by such major mineral elements as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements - cobalt, cupper, iron, iodine, zinc, manganese, and selenium. Based on the above there was determined the interrelation between the content of these minerals in fodder and blood of milking and dry pregnant cows. As a result of realized study it was found out that the content of major mineral elements and trace elements in fodder did not always correspond to their level in blood. In the conditions of insufficient supply of Ca, F, Mg, K, Fe, Си and Co in cow diets, the level of potassium in blood was lower standard and the other analysed minerals were within the standard limits. There was stated the direct correlation relationship between the level of some biochemical indices and content of mineral substances in cow diets. Positive correlation was stated between the content of calcium and magnesium and cholesterin level in blood

Research of the influence of biologically active preparations of natural origin on zoological indices and quality of animal products was studied by the example of their application in broiler chicken diets in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. On the basis of realized research it was established, that application of biologically active substances immunoamplifier Alveozan, probiotic Dialakt, probiotic Bifidoflorin liquid, prebiotic Biofon and prebiotic Biofon AIL (produced in the Republic of Belarus) did not render negative effect on quality of animal products (all studied meat samples had high quality). The received results testify to necessity of complex application of the above-stated preparations. Application of biologically active preparations made it possible to increase livability of growing birds on 100%, average live weight increase from 1,9 up to 5,1%, daily average weight gain - from 1,9 up to 5,1%, improvement of feed conversion ratio - from 18,3 up to 21%. All studied biologically active preparations made it possible to restore the physiological environment in poultry intestines, normal flora, to suppress the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. The above mentioned preparations could be applied both with preventive, and with the medical purposes

Application of protein, vitamin and mineral supplement in diets of 1-3 months old calves in rate of 5% per weight instead of a part of sunflower cake, containing rape, peas, lupin and vitamid on a basis of halites, phosphite, phosphate, sapropel and a mineral-vitamin preparation in structure of grain forage against winter rations on the basis of rich in herbs hay (5%), milk (68%), mixed fodder (20%), whole grain (7%), and also summer rations with grass and legume mixture (7%), hay (1%), milk (65%), mixed fodder (20%), integral grain (7%) makes it possible to receive daily average weight gain of calves at level 833-867 grams at expenses of forages for 1 centner of weight gain on 3,3-3,4 сentner of forage units. Introduction into rations of the protein, vitamin and mineral supplement on the basis of local protein and mineral raw materials in number of 10% per weight in structure of mixed fodder for calves at the age of 3-6 months old against the background of winter diets with haylage (28%), mixed fodder (64%), molasses (8%), as well as summer diets with grass and legume mixture (30%), mixed fodders (66%), molasses (4%) makes it possible to receive daily average weight gains of calves on 944-967grams at expenses of forages of 4,0-4,1 сentner of forage units. Feeding of 1-6 months old calves with mixed fodders with inclusion of 5-10% of protein, vitamin and mineral supplement per weight with grain high-protein crops against the background of winter and summer diets with a ratio of the deconjugate protein to the non deconjugate one - 65:35 (in control group - 71:29) instead of sunflower cake makes it possible to receive the daily average weight gain at the level of 900-927 grams at expenses of forages 3,7-3,8 сentner per forage unit. Cost of presented mixed fodders decreases on 14%, and the cost price per 1 centner gain - on 7-8%
