Purpose. Determine the optimal timing of explant selection, select sterilizing agents and sterilization regimens, as well as the nutrient medium for the introduction of new perspective varieties of sour cherries (Prunus cerasus L.) and cherries (Prunus avium L.) into in vitro culture. Methods. During the work the method of clonal micropropagation of plants and statistical processing of experimental data were applied.Results. The optimal term of explants selection , the duration of exposure during sterilization, the optimal composition of the nutrient medium at the first stage of microclonal reproduction were determined. A 0.1% solution of mercuric chloride and a 3% solution of “Lizoformin 3000” with exposure to sterilization of 5, 6 and 7 minutes were used to determine the optimal sterilization and sterilizing regimen. The highest yield of sterile explants for both ‘Kseniia’ sour cherries and ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ cherries was obtained with a 7 min sterilization exposure for both sterilizing agents. When using a 0.1% solution of mercury chloride, this figure was higher than in the sterilization with 3% solution of the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” – 71 and 99%, respectively.Conclusions. The efficiency of sterilization and the introduction into in vitro culture of sour cherries ‘Kseniia’ and cherries ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ explants were influenced by the duration of sterilization, the time of selection of explants, the phytosanitary state of the mother plant, the composition of the nutrient medium. A 0.1% solution of mercuric chloride at 7 min exposure was the most effective in obtai­ning aseptic culture from explants removed from donor plants at rest when sprouting buds under controlled conditions. The use of the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” at a concentration of 3% for 6–7 min while sterilizing explants of the studied cultures contributes to their better survival in the environment. The optimal nutrient medium for the cultivation of sour cherry ‘Kseniia’ explants is the medium with the addition of aloe juice, and for cherries ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ – MS + phloroglucinol. The highest sterilization efficiency (99% in ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ and 71% in ‘Kseniia’) was obtained using 0.1% HgCl2 in 7 min exposure. When using the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” with the same sterilization exposure, this indicator was 83 and 52%, respectively. Therefore, we can recommend the use of the prepa­ration “Lizoformin 3000” at 3% concentration with an exposure of  7 min for sterilization of stone cultures | Цель. Определить оптимальные сроки отбора эксплантов, подобрать стерилизующие агенты и режимы стерилизации, а также питательную среду для введения в культуру in vitro новых перспективных сортов вишни (Prunus cerasus L.) и черешни (Prunus avium L.).Методы. В процессе работы применена методика клонального микроразмножения растений и статистические обработки экспериментальных данных.Результаты. Установлен оптимальный срок отбора эксплантов, продолжительность экспозиции при стерилизации, оптимальный состав питательной среды на первом этапе микроклонального размножения. Для определения оптимального режима стерилизации и стерилизующего препарата использовали 0,1% раствор хлорида ртути и 3% раствор препарата «Лизоформин 3000» с экспозицией стерилизации 5, 6 и 7 минут. Наибольший выход стерильных эксплантов как для вишни сорта ‘Ксения’, так и для черешни сорта ‘Василиса прекрасна’ получили при экспозиции стерилизации 7 мин для обоих стерилизующих агентов. Но при использовании 0,1% раствора хлорида ртути этот показатель был выше, чем при стерилизации 3% раствором препарата «Лизоформин 3000» – 71 и 99%, соответственно.Выводы. На эффективность стерилизации и введения в культуру in vitro эксплантов вишни ‘Ксения’ и черешни ‘Василиса прекрасна’ влияли продолжительность стерилизации, время отбора эксплантов, фитосанитарное состояние маточного растения, состав питательной среды. 0,1% раствор хлорида ртути при экспозиции 7 мин был наиболее эффективен при получении асептической культуры с эксплантов, изъятых из донорных растений в состоянии покоя при проращивании почек в контролируемых условиях. Использование препарата «Лизоформин 3000» в концентрации 3% в течение 6–7 мин при стерилизации эксплантов исследуемых культур способствовало их лучшей приживаемости на среде. Оптимальной по составу питательной средой для культивации эксплантов вишни ‘Ксения’ была среда с добавлением экстракта алоэ, а для черешни ‘Василиса прекрасна’ – MS + флороглюцинол. Самая высокая эффективность стерилизации (99% у сорта ‘Василиса прекрасна’ и 71% у сорта ‘Ксения’) получена при использовании 0,1% HgCl2 в экспозиции 7 мин. При использовании препарата «Лизоформин 3000» при такой же экспозиции стерилизации этот показатель составлял 83 и 52% соответственно к культуре. Исходя из этого можно рекомендовать использовать препарат «Лизоформин 3000» в 3% концентрации с экспозицией 7 мин для стерилизации косточковых культур. | Мета. Purpose. The adaptation of regenerant plants to environmental conditions is the final stage of micropropagation. According to a number of authors, when in vitro plants are transferred to in vivo non-sterile conditions, a significant percentage of mortality is recorded. In a previous publication, the regenerative capacity of strawberry (Fragaria vesca L.) in vitro tissues on MS culture medium (Murashige & Skoog, 1962) and a regenerants was obtained (Chornobrov O. Yu., 2019).The objective of the study is to develop an optimal protocol of acclimation of in vitro F. vesca plants to in vivo conditions.Methods. Biotechnological and statistical methods of research were applied. For the research ‘Ruiana’ and ‘Zhovte Dyvo’ cultivars were used with in vitro cultivation cycle of 30–35 days. Prepared plants were planted in 0.33 L plastic contai ners, one piece in a mixture of coconut substrate and perlite (3:1). Plants were kept under high relative humidity (85–90%) conditions for 3–5 days, 6–8 days and 10–14 days. The studies were carried out in the Plant Biotechnology Laboratory of SS of NULES of Ukraine “BFRS” during 2019–2020. Results. The duration of Fragaria vesca regenerant plants exposure in conditions of high relative humidity significantly affected adaptation efficiency. The proportion of ‘Ruiana’ and ‘Zhovte Dyvo’ plants adapted to the greenhouse conditions were 47.6 ± 2.5% and 60.0 ± 1.7%, respectively, when the plants were kept for 10–14 days. A significant efficiency of plant adaptation (more than 70%) was obtained under condition of preliminarily exposure the roots of the plants in an auxin solution for 25–30 minutes with daily application of 30% solution of glycerine as foliar spray. The plants adapted to the greenhouse conditions had pigmentation characteristic of the variety, without signs of chlorosis and vitrification.Conclusions. An optimal protocol for in vitro adaptation of F. vesca cultivars to in vivo conditions was developed and viable plants were obtained. Further research will be aimed at studying the growth and development of F. vesca regenerant plants in open ground. | Мета. Адаптація рослин-регенерантів до умов довкілля – заключний етап мікроклонального розмноження.За даними низки авторів, при перенесені рослин in vitro в нестерильні умови закритого ґрунту фіксують знач­ний відсоток відпаду. У попередній публікації досліджено регенераційну здатність тканин рослин суниці (Fragaria vesca L.) in vitro на живильному середовищі MS та одержано регенеранти (Чорнобров О. Ю., 2019). Мета дослід­ження – розроблення оптимального протоколу адапта­ції рослин-регенерантів сортів F. vesca до умов in vivo.Методи. Для досліджень використовували рослини суниці сортів ‘Руяна’ і ‘Жовте диво’ із циклом культивування in vitro 30–35 діб. Рослини висаджували в пластикові контейнери (об’єм – 0,33 л) по 1 шт. у суміш кокосового субстрату та перліту (3:1). Рослини витримували в умовах високої відносної вологості повітря (85–90%) упродовж 3–5 діб, 6–8 діб і 10–14 діб. Дослідження проводили в науково-дослідній лабораторії біотехнології рослин ВП НУБіП України «Боярська ЛДС» упродовж 2019–2020 рр.Результати. Тривалість витримування рослин-регенерантів F. vesca в умовах високої ВВП достовірно впливала на ефективність адаптації. За витримування упродовж 10–14 діб частка адаптованих до умов закритого ґрунту рослин становила для сорту ‘Руяна’ 47,6 ± 2,5% і 60,0 ± 1,7% для сорту ‘Жовте диво’. Значну приживлюваність рослин (понад 70%) одержано за умов попереднього витримування кореневої системи в розчині ауксинів упродовж 25–30 хв із щоденним обприскуванням листків 30%-м гліцерином. Адаптовані до умов закритого ґрунту регенеранти мали характерну для сорту пігментацію, без ознак хлорозу та вітрифікації.Висновки. Розроблено оптимальний протокол адаптації сортів F. vesca in vitro до умов in vivo та одержано життєздатні рослини. Подальші дослідження будуть спрямовані на вивчення росту й розвитку рослин-регенерантів F. vesca в умовах відкритого ґрунту

To reveal the peculiarities of leaf area formation and a structure of lentils variety ‘Antonina’ yield depending on the elements of cultivation technology: ino culation with nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms and the use of foliar growth stimulants.Methods. Field, laboratory. The experimental scheme included inoculation of seeds with nitrogen-fixing microorganisms (Ryzogumin), application of phosphate-solubili zing microorganisms (Polimixobacteryn and Biophosphoryn) into the row zone, and foliar feeding with a growth stimulator (Alga 600).Results. The results of studies of the leaf area formation peculiarities and the structure of lentils yield depending on the influence of cultivation technology elements are given in the article. It was found that the maximum indicators of the leaf area were formed by lentils in the flowering phase, which on average in the experiment was at the level of 37.5 thousand m2/ha, and in the control variant – only 32.0 thousand m2/ha. By inoculating the seeds with Rhyzogumin, applying phosphate-solubilizing biopreparation and foliar feeding, we obtained the maximum parameters of the leaf surface of lentil plants in the experiment. Thus, in the variant of inoculation with Rhyzogumin, application of Biophosphoryn and treatment with Alga 600 lentil plants formed a leaf area of 40.3 thousand m2/ha. However, due to the use of the phosphate-solubilizing biopreparation Polimixobacteryn and Alga 600 on the background of seeds inoculation with Rhyzogumin, the leaf area was formed at the level of 39.9 thousand m2/ha.Conclusions. When the seeds were treated with nitrogen-fixing microorganisms (Rhyzogumin) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (Polimixobacteryn and Biophosphoryn), the yield of lentils increased significantly. Thus, in the experimental plots in the variants with Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn the yield was – 1.64 t/ha, and in the combination Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn + growth stimulator Alga 600 the yield of lentils was – 1.90 t/ha. Seed inoculation had a positive effect on plant height. The best results were obtained when the seeds were treated with Ryzogumin in combination with Biophosphorin and Polimixobacteryn – 44.5 and 44.1 cm, respectively. | Мета. Установити особливості формування площі листя та структури врожаю сочевиці ‘Антоніна’ залежно від елементів технології вирощування: інокуляції азотфіксувальними й фосфатмобілізувальними мікроорганізмами та застосування позакоренево стимуляторів росту. Методи. Польові, лабораторні. Схема досліду передбачала інокуляцію насіння азотфіксувальними мікроорганізмами (Ризогумін), унесення в зону рядка фосфатмобілізувальних мікроорганізмів (Поліміксобактерин і Біофосфорин) та позакореневе підживлення стимулятором росту (Альга 600).Результати. У статті наведено результати досліджень щодо вивчення особливостей формування площі листя та структури врожаю сочевиці залежно від впливу елементів технології. У результаті проведених досліджень визначено, що у фазі цвітіння рослин сочевиці утворювали максимальні показники площі листя, яка в середньому по досліду була на рівні 37,5 тис. м2/га, а от на контрольному варіанті – лише 32,0 тис. м2/га. За інокуляції насіння Ризогуміном та внесення фосфатмобілізувальних препаратів і позакореневого підживлення отримали максимальні параметри листкової поверхні рослин сочевиці в досліді. Зокрема, у варіанті інокуляції Ризогуміном, унесення Біофосфорину та оброблення Альга 600 рослини сочевиці формували площу листя 40,3 тис. м2/га. А от у разі застосування на фоні інокуляції насіння Ризогуміном фосфатмобілізувального препарату Поліміксобактерин та Альга 600 була сформована площа листя на рівні 39,9 тис. м2/га.Висновки. За оброблення насіння азотфіксувальними мікроорганізмами (Ризогумін) та фосфатмобілізувальними бактеріями (Поліміксобактерин та Біофосфорин) урожайність сочевиці суттєво збільшувалася. Зокрема, у варіанті застосування Ризогумін + Поліміксобактерин урожайність становила 1,64 т/га, Ризогумін + Поліміксобактерин + стимулятор росту Альга 600 – 1,90 т/га. Інокуляція насіння позитивно вплинула й на висоту рослин. Ліпші результати отримано за оброблення насіння Ризогуміном у поєднанні з Біофосфорином та Поліміксобактерином – 44,5 і 44,1 см відповідно.

Thus, in the variant of inoculation with Rhyzogumin, application of Biophosphoryn and treatment with Alga 600 lentil plants formed a leaf area of 40.3 thousand m2/ha. However, due to the use of the phosphate-solubilizing biopreparation Polimixobacteryn and Alga 600 on the background of seeds inoculation with Rhyzogumin, the leaf area was formed at the level of 39.9 thousand m2/ha. Conclusions. When the seeds were treated with nitrogen-fixing microorganisms (Rhyzogumin) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (Polimixobacteryn and Biophosphoryn), the yield of lentils increased significantly. Thus, in the experimental plots in the variants with Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn the yield was – 1.64 t/ha, and in the combination Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn + growth stimulator Alga 600 the yield of lentils was – 1.90 t/ha. Seed inoculation had a positive effect on plant height. The best results were obtained when the seeds were treated with Ryzogumin in combination with Biophosphorin and Polimixobacteryn – 44.5 and 44.1 cm, respectively.

Результаты. Определены морфологические особенности листьев сортов английских роз. Изучены количественные (длина сложного листа, количество листовых пластинок, площадь листовой пластинки, общая площадь листа) и качественные (форма листовой пластинки, форма края листовой пластинки, форма основания листовой пластинки, форма верхушки листовой пластинки) показатели. Выделены сорта английских роз, которые имеют максимальные и минимальные значения по этим показателям. Выводы. Установлены морфологические особенности и определены биометрические показатели листов английских роз из коллекции Государственного дендрологического парка «Александрия» НАН Украины. Определена амплитуда изменчивости морфологических признаков исследуемых сортов. Особенности морфологического строения и биометрических параметров листов растений сортов английских роз могут быть диагностическими признаками для определения сортов в границах вида. Для озеленения преимущество имеют растения с увеличенной фотосинтетической продуктивностью листового аппарата, что является характерным для сортов ‘James Galway’ и ‘A Shropshire Lad’. | Мета. Виділено сорти англійських троянд, які мають максимальні та мінімальні значення за цими показниками.Висновки. Виявлено морфологічні особливості та визначено біометричні показники листків англійських троянд з колекції Державного дендрологічного парку «Олександрія» НАН України. Встановлено амплітуду мінливості морфологічних ознак досліджуваних сортів. Особливості морфологічної будови та біометричних параметрів листків рослин сортів англійських троянд можуть бути діагностичними ознаками для визначення сортів у межах виду. В озелененні переважають рослини із збільшеною фотосинтетичною продуктивністю листкового апарату, яка властива сортам ‘James Galway’ та ‘A Shropshire Lad’.

Purpose. To analyse of the denomination practice of the main species and subspecies of wheat.Results. Modern systems of the genus Triticum are based on different morphological and genetic criteria, and number from 7 (10) to 27 species. In Ukraine there are cultivated species and subspecies: common wheat (T. aestivum), dwarf wheat (T. aestivum subsp. sphaerococcum; T. sphaerococcum), club wheat (T. aestivum subsp. compactum; T. compactum), spelt (T. aestivum subsp. spelta; T. spelta), einkorn (T. monococcum L.), durum (T. durum; T. turgidum subsp. durum), Persian wheat (T. carthlicum; T. turgidum subsp. carthlicum, T. persicum), Polish wheat (T. polonicum, T. turgidum subsp. polonicum), and emmer (T. turgidum subsp. dicoccon), or Farro wheat (T. farrum, T. dicoccon, T. dicoccum). Next to the system of botanical names, there is an agrobiological one, which is based on the crop names, but is less ordered. Historically, it, like the botanical one, arose from the trivial names of plants, but was formed spontaneously and still remains unnormalized and unsystematic. Because of this, the same taxon may have more than a dozen names that are used by different authors in agronomy. At the same time, the correct translation of the species name T. aestivum – pshenytsia litnia (in Ukrainian) is found in only one source out of fourteen analyzed. The translation of Latin subspecies level trinomials by Ukrainian binomials smooths the differences between the morphological and genetic systems of the genus Triticum. In the scientific style of the Ukrainian language, the direct word order dominates in which the adjective precedes the noun, with the exception of the scientific species names of plants. This makes it easy to distinguish names that refer to different terminological systems. "Tverda pshenytsia" (in Ukrainian) is the crop name in the agrobiological nomenclature, and "pshenytsia tverda" (in Ukrainian) is the species name in the botanical nomenclature.Conclusions. Due to the processing of etymology, the Ukrainian scientific names of the main wheat taxa, which correspond to the original Latin names, are streamlined. In an unorganized agrobiological system of names of agricultural plants, a mixture of botanical names of taxa and crop names is used, which sometimes coincide to some extent. The crop names and the names of taxa differ from each other, respectively, direct and reverse word order in Ukrainian language. An erroneous or unconscious substitution of some names with others and neglect of the rules of the Ukrainian language leads to undesirable confusion. It can be overcome on the basis of observance of the standards of the literary Ukrainian language and the Rules of Plant Nomenclature, Taxonomy and Cultonomy. | Цель. Анализ практики наименований основных видов и подвидов пшеницы.Результаты. Современные системы рода Triticum основываются на разных морфологических и генетических критериях, и насчитывают от 7(10) до 27 видов. Purpose. To study the stability and plasticity of spring rapeseed varieties, in order to assess their adaptability potential in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones, and also select the most ecologically plastic varieties among them.Methods. Field, laboratory, analytical and statistical.Results. Seven varieties of spring rapeseed, included in the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, were studied on indicators of plasticity and stability of yield traits, weight of 1000 seeds, protein and oil content. The highly plastic intensive varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘DK 7160 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were selected for yield among the studied varieties, which are able to respond appropriately to changing of growing conditions. Varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘DK 7160 CL’ belong to intensive varieties for the parameter of weight of 1000 seeds. The variety ‘Sunder’ was also highly plastic for this parameter. The varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Bilder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, according to their protein content, belong to the intensive type varieties that are capable of combining sufficiently high valu­es of the studied parameter with its stability under changing conditions. Variety ‘DK 7150 CL’, which was low-plastic, has a rather low positive value of the average group deviation of the reaction stability coefficient, therefore, it can be attributed to widely adapted genotypes. Varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sander’ belong to highly plastic intensive varieties in oil content. Varieties ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ are showed high stability for yield, varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Sunder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ for weight of 1000 seeds. The varie­ties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were highly stable in protein content, in oil content – varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’.Conclusions. It were established that high-intensity varieties for yield and weight of 1000 seeds in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones are ‘DC 7160 CL’ and ‘DK 7150 CL’, for protein content – varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, for oil content – varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sunder’. The evaluation of the plasticity and stability of rapeseed varieties, which were included in the State register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, makes it possible to select varieties that belong to the intensive type. According to the research results, varieties which are able to successfully adapt to the limiting environmental factors and stress in various soil and climatic zones have been selected. | Цель. Изучить стабильность и пластичность, по которым оценивают потенциал адаптивности сортов рапса ярового в условиях Степи, Лесостепи и Полесья, а также выделить среди них наиболее экологически пластичные сорта.Методы. Полевой, лабораторный, аналитический и статистический.Результаты. Были исследованы 7 сортов рапса ярового, внесенных в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных для распространения в Украине, по показателям пластичности и стабильности признаков урожайности, массы 1000 семян, содержания белка и масла. По признаку урожайности среди исследуемых сортов были выделены высокопластичные интенсивные сорта ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’, которые способны соответствующим образом реагировать на изменение условий выращивания. К интенсивным сортам по признаку массы 1000 семян принадлежали сорта ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ и ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’. Сорт ‘Сандер’ также оказался высокопластичным по этому признаку. Сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’ по признаку содержания белка относились к сортам интенсивного типа, которые способны сочетать достаточно высокие значения исследуемого признака с его стабильностью в меняющихся условиях. Сорт ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, который оказался низкопластичным, имел достаточно низкое положительное значение среднегруппового отклонения коэффициента стабильности реакции, поэтому его можно отнести к широко адаптированным генотипам. По признаку содержания масла к высокопластичным интенсивным сортам принадлежали сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’. Высокой стабильностью по урожайности характеризовались сорта ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’, по массе 1000 семян – сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Сандер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’. Высокостабильными по признаку содержания белка оказались сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’, по содержанию масла – ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’.Выводы. Высокоинтенсивными сортами по признакам урожайности и массы 1000 семян в зонах Степи, Лесостепи и Полесья являлись ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ и ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, по содержанию белка – сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’, по содержанию масла – сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’. Оценка пластичности и стабильности сортов рапса, которые были внесены в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных к распространению в Украине, позволяет выделить сорта, которые принадлежат к интенсивному типу. По результатам исследований выявлено сорта, которые способны успешно адаптироваться к лимитирующим факторам окружающей среды и стрессовых явлений в различных почвенно-климатических зонах. | Мета. Було досліджено 7 сортів ріпака ярого, внесених до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні, за показниками пластичності та стабільності ознак урожайності, маси 1000 насінин, умісту білка та олії. За ознакою врожайності з-поміж досліджуваних сортів було виділено високопластичні інтенсивні сорти ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’, що здатні відповідно реагувати на зміну умов вирощування. До інтенсивних сортів за ознакою маси 1000 насінин належали сорти ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ та ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’. Сорт ‘Сандер’ також виявився високопластичним за цією ознакою. Сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’ за ознакою вмісту білка належали до сортів інтенсивного типу, що здатні поєднувати досить високі значення досліджуваної ознаки з її стабільністю у мінливих умовах. Сорт ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, який виявися низькопластичним, мав достатньо низьке позитивне значення середнього групового відхилення коефіцієнта стабільності реакції, тому його можна віднести до широко адаптованих генотипів. За ознакою вмісту олії до високопластичних інтенсивних сортів належали сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’. Високою стабільністю за врожайністю характеризувались сорти ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’, за масою 1000 насінин – сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Сандер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’. Високостабільними за ознакою вмісту білка виявились сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’, за вмістом олії – ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’.Висновки. Високоінтенсивними сортами за ознаками врожайності та маси 1000 насінин у зонах Степу, Лісостепу та Полісся були ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ та ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, за вмістом білка – сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’, за вмістом олії – сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’. Оцінювання пластичності та стабільності сортів ріпака, які були внесені в Державний реєстр сортів рослин, придатних до поширення в Україні, дозволяє виділити сорти, що належать до інтенсивного типу. За результатами досліджень виявлено сорти, що здатні успішно адаптуватися до лімітуючих факторів навколишнього середовища і стресових явищ у різних ґрунтово-кліматичних зонах.

Purpose. To study the stability and plasticity of spring rapeseed varieties, in order to assess their adaptability potential in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones, and also select the most ecologically plastic varieties among them. Methods. Field, laboratory, analytical and statistical. Results. Seven varieties of spring rapeseed, included in the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, were studied on indicators of plasticity and stability of yield traits, weight of 1000 seeds, protein and oil content. The highly plastic intensive varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘DK 7160 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were selected for yield among the studied varieties, which are able to respond appropriately to changing of growing conditions. Varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘DK 7160 CL’ belong to intensive varieties for the parameter of weight of 1000 seeds. The variety ‘Sunder’ was also highly plastic for this parameter. The varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Bilder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, according to their protein content, belong to the intensive type varieties that are capable of combining sufficiently high valu­es of the studied parameter with its stability under changing conditions. Variety ‘DK 7150 CL’, which was low-plastic, has a rather low positive value of the average group deviation of the reaction stability coefficient, therefore, it can be attributed to widely adapted genotypes. Varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sander’ belong to highly plastic intensive varieties in oil content. Varieties ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ are showed high stability for yield, varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Sunder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ for weight of 1000 seeds. The varie­ties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were highly stable in protein content, in oil content – varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’. Conclusions. It were established that high-intensity varieties for yield and weight of 1000 seeds in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones are ‘DC 7160 CL’ and ‘DK 7150 CL’, for protein content – varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, for oil content – varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sunder’. The evaluation of the plasticity and stability of rapeseed varieties, which were included in the State register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, makes it possible to select varieties that belong to the intensive type. According to the research results, varieties which are able to successfully adapt to the limiting environmental factors and stress in various soil and climatic zones have been selected.

Purpose. Determination of molecular genetic polymorphism of lettuce cultivars of Ukrainian breeding by EST-SSR markers. Methods. Molecular genetic analysis, statistical methods. Results. The results of molecular genetic polymorphism study of 7 lettuce cultivars by 7 EST-SSR markers are presented. As a result of the analysis by studied markers, 37 alleles were detected with an average 5.29 alleles per locus. The KSL-92 marker, which identified 7 alleles, proved to be the most polymorphic (PIC – Polymorphism Information Content 0.98). The lowest PIC value (0.57) was noted for the KSL-37 marker by which 3 alleles were identified. For assessing the genetic diversity of lettuce cultivars by EST-SSR markers, genetic distances between cultivars were determined based on Jaccard’s similarity coefficient. It was determined that the most similar cultivars with genetic distances 0.17 were ‘Zorepad’ and ‘Malakhit’, ‘Malakhit’ and ‘Dublianskyi’, ‘Dublianskyi’ and ‘Smuhlianka’, ‘Krutianskyi’ and ‘Smuhlianka’. The most distant cultivar was ‘Skarb’ with a genetic distance 0.00 compared to other studied cultivars. According to the calculated genetic distances, the cultivars ‘Zorepad’ and ‘Malakhit’, ‘Malakhit’ and Dublianskyi’, which belong to the same variety Lactuca sativa L. var. secalina have a strong genetic similarity. The cultivars‘Skarb’ and ‘Pohonych’, which belong to the varieties Lactuca sativa L. var. longifolia and Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana, respectively, were genetically distant, what was confirmed by genetic distances values. It was determined that the Shannon index within the lettuce variety by 7 EST-SSR markers is 0.61, between varieties – 0.96, the average value is 1.57. Conclusions. According to the results of studies of 7 lettuce cultivars, it was found that the highest polymorphism was determined by the KSL-92 marker, the minimum of alleles number (3 alleles) was identified by KSL-37 marker. Based on calculated genetic distances, it was noticed that lettuce cultivars, genetic distances between which are 0.17, were the most similar. The most distant cultivar based on 7 EST-SSR markers was ‘Skarb’ cultivar. | Цель. Определение молекулярно-генетического полиморфизма сортов салата посевного отечественной селекции с помощью EST-SSR маркеров.Методы. Молекулярно-генетический анализ, статистические методы.Результаты. Согласно рассчитанным генетическим дистанциям сорта ʻЗорепад’ и ʻМалахит’, ʻМалахит’ и ʻДублянский’, которые относятся к одной разновидности Lactuca sativa L. var. secalina, имели высокую степень генетической близости. Сорта ʻСкарб’ и ʻПогоныч’, которые относятся к разновидностям Lactuca sativa L. var. longifolia и Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana, соответственно, были генетически отдаленными, что подтверждают значения генетических дистанций. Значение индекса Шеннона внутри разновидности салата посевного по исследуемым EST-SSR маркерам составляло 0,61, между разновидностями – 0,96, среднее значение – 1,57.Выводы. Наиболее высокий уровень полиморфизма был отмечен по маркеру KSL-92, наименьшее количество аллелей (3 аллели) было идентифицировано с помощью маркера KSL-37. Найвищий рівень поліморфізму було зауважено за маркером KSL-92, найменшу кількість алелів (3 алеля) було ідентифіковано за маркером KSL-37. Сорти, генетичні дистанції між якими становили 0,17, виявились найближчими. Найвіддаленішим сортом за досліджуваними EST-SSR маркерами виявився сорт ‘Скарб’.

Field, biochemical methods, analysis of variance.Results. The rates of the influence of the growing zone, the conditions of the growing season of the year and the soybean variety on the yield, weight of 1000 seeds, the content of crude protein and oil, and protein and oil collection were determined. The greatest influence on the yield of the studied varieties had a growing zone – 55%. On average the maximum yield was obtained in Forest-steppe zone 2.48–3.58 t/ha, the lowest – in Steppe zone (1.33–1.89 t/ha) for 2017–2018. In the same period the weight of 1000 seeds on average was 125.1–169.9 g in the Steppe zone, in Forest-Steppe zone it was 130.2–207.8 g and 143.9–188.0 g in Fo­rrest zone. According to the results of analysis of variance, it was determined that the growing zone has the greatest influence on weight of 1000 seeds – 31%, variety – 21% and conditions of the growing season of the year – 13%. The main characteristics of soybean quality are the content of crude protein and oil in seeds. The highest level of crude protein was observed in soybean variety in Forest-Steppe zone – 37.5–44.0%. In Forrest zone, the crude protein content was 34.4–41.7%, in the Steppe zone 35.4–40.1%. The maximum level of this characteristic was observed in variety ‘NS Diyana’ – 44.0% in Forest-Steppe zone, in Forrest zone – in the variety ‘Alexa’ 41.7%, in Steppe zone – in variety ‘NS Diyana’ 40.1%. Thus, the growing zone (31%) and variety (25%) had the greatest influence on the content of crude protein; the interaction of factors (variety and growing zone) affected 17%. The average oil content for 2017‑2018 ranges from 19.8 to 24.2%. High oil content was noted in ‘Adsoy’ variety in Forrest and Forest-Steppe zones, 24.2 and 22.6%, respectively, and ‘Azimut’ – 23.8% in Steppe zone. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the growing zone to a greater extent affected the oil content in soybean seeds by 25%, variety – 21%, and the interaction of factors of the variety and gro­wing zone by 21%.Conclusions. According to the results of multifactor analysis of variance, it was determined that the growing zone had the greatest influence on the studied parameters. Определены доли влияния зоны выращивания, условий вегетационного периода года и сорта сои на урожайность, массу 1000 семян, содержание сырого протеина и масла, сбора белка и масла. Наибольшее влияние на показатель урожайности исследуемых сортов имела зона выращивания – 55%. В среднем за 2017–2018 гг. максимальная урожайность получена в зоне Лесостепи – 2,48–3,58 т/га, самая низкая – в зоне Степи 1,33–1,89 т/га. Значение показателя массы 1000 семян в среднем за 2017–2018 гг. составляют в зоне Степи – 125,1–169,9 г, в Лесостепи – 130,2–207,8 г и 143,9–188,0 г в зоне Полесья. По результатам дисперсионного анализа было определено, что на массу 1000 семян наибольшее влияние имела зона выращивания – 31%, меньшее влияние оказывал сорт – 21% и условия вегетационного периода года – 13%. Основные показатели качества сои культурной – содержание сырого протеина и масла в семенах. Наибольшие значения содержания сырого протеина отмечено в зоне Лесостепи – 37,5–44,0%. В зоне Полесья содержание сырого протеина составило 34,4–41,7%, в зоне Степи – 35,4–40,1%. Максимальные значения этого показателя были отмечены у сорта ‘НС Дияна’ – 44,0% в зоне Лесостепи, в зоне Полесья – у сорта ‘Алекса’ – 41,7%, в степной зоне ‘НС Дияна’ – 40,1%. Таким образом, наибольшее влияние на содержания сырого протеина имел фактор зоны выращивания (31%) и сорт (25%), взаимодействие факторов сорта и зоны выращивания влияло на 17%. Содержание масла в среднем за 2017–2018 гг. составляло от 19,8 до 24,2%. Высокое содержание масла было отмечено у сорта ‘Адсой’ в зоне Полесья и Лесостепи – 24,2 и 22,6%, соответственно, а также у сорта ‘Азимут’ – 23,8% в степной зоне. По результатам дисперсионного анализа было определено, что на показатель содержания масла в семенах сои больше всего влияли зона выращивания на 25%, сорт – 21%, и взаимодействие факторов сорта и зоны выращивания на 21%.Выводы. Наибольшее влияние на исследуемые показатели имела зона выращивания. Определено, что доля влияния зоны выращивания сортов сои составляет 25–55% в зависимости от исследуемого показателя. Определено, что доля влияния сорта составляла 4–25%, условия вегетационного периода года влияли на 1–26%. | Мета. Таким чином, найбільший вплив на вміст сирого протеїну мав фактор зони вирощування (31%) та сорту (25%), взаємодія факторів «сорт» та «зона вирощування» впливала на 17%. Вміст олії для досліджуваних сортів сої в середньому за 2017–2018 рр. становив від 19,8 до 24,2% в трьох зонах вирощування. Найвищий вміст олії було відмічено у насінні сорту ‘Адсой’ в зоні Полісся та Лісостепу – 24,2 та 22,6%, відповідно, а також у сорту ‘Азимут’ – 23,8% в степовій зоні. Використання дисперсійного аналізу дозволило встановити, що на вміст олії в насінні сої найбільше впливали фактор зони вирощування – його вплив становив 25%, вклад фактору належності до певного сорту – 21%, взаємодія факторів «сорт» та «зона вирощування» впливала на 21%.Висновки. Найбільший вплив на досліджувані показники чинив фактор зони вирощування. Визначено, що частка впливу фактора зони вирощування сортів сої на показники врожайності, маси 1000 насінин, умісту сирого протеїну та олії, збору білка та олії з гектара становила 25–55%. Визначено, що частка впливу фактору сорту становила 4–25%, умови вегетаційного періоду року впливали на 1–26%.

Purpose. To study the protein content and other economically valuable traits in soybean varieties of various origin, to determine the stability and plasticity indicators of these traits, as well as to identify varieties that are promising for use in breeding programs. Methods. Field, laboratory, biochemical and statistical. Results. In total 22 soybean varieties of various origin in terms of yield, protein and oil content in seeds were investigated. High-yield and high-plasticity varieties are distinguished: ‘Muza’, ‘Mentor’, ‘Asuka’, ‘Valas’, ‘Kofu’, ‘Asuka’, ‘Cardif’, ‘Alligator’, ‘Vyshyvanka’, ‘Suziria’ and varieties of domestic breeding with stable yield ‘Siverka’, ‘Vilshanka’, ‘Ustia’, and also the ‘Lisbon’ variety. High protein content was noted in the variety ‘Opus’ – 45.0% in 2017. This variety on average for three years showed 43.63% of the protein in the seeds, and was second after the ‘Ustia’ variety (44.3%). The highest value of the regression coefficient b = 4.289 was observed in the ‘Lisbon’ varie­ty, which shows its high sensitivity to growing conditions with a fairly low average seed protein content of 38.60%, as well as the variety ‘Silesia’ b = 4.289 with an average protein value of 42,73%. Standard variety ‘Muza’ with a low protein content of 38.60% was quite stable in the expression of this characteristic – S2 = 0.222. A number of high-oil varieties were distinguished: ‘Valas’ – 22.77%, ‘Sigalia’ – 22.7%, ‘Alligator’, ‘Siverka’ – 22.53%, ‘Kofu’ – 22.13%, standard variety ‘Muza’ – 21.77%. Conclusions. In breeding programs aimed at increasing the protein content in seeds, the following varieties should be used: ‘Opus’ – as a carrier of the maximum value of the trait, as well as ‘Ustia’, ‘Asuka’, ‘Silesia’ and ‘Kasidi’ as combining high yield and high protein content. The weather conditions of the year in different ways influenced on the manifestation of the studied traits: in a favorable year for obtaining high yields, the protein content in the seeds decreased, the high protein content accumulated in a drier year, and the oil content in seeds changed insignificantly. | Цель. Изучить сорта сои различного происхождения по содержанию белка и других хозяйственно ценных признаках, определить показатели стабильности и пластичности этих признаков, а также выделить сорта, перспективные для использования в селекционных программах.Методы. Полевые, лабораторные, биохимические и статистические.Результаты. Исследовано 22 сорта сои различного происхождения по урожайности, содержанию белка и масла в семенах. Выделено высокоурожайные высокопластичные сорта: ‘Муза’, ‘Ментор’, ‘Асука’, ‘Валас’, ‘Кофу’, ‘Кардиф’, ‘Аллигатор’, ‘Вышиванка’, ‘Сузирья’ и стабильные по урожайности сорта отечественной селекции ‘Сиверка’, ‘Вильшанка’, ‘Устя’, а также сорт ‘Лиссабон’. Высокое содержание белка отмечено у сорта ‘Опус’ – 45,0% в 2017 году. Этот сорт в среднем за три года показал 43,63% белка в семенах и уступал только сорту ‘Устя’ (44,3%). Однако высокое значение коэффициента регрессии b = 4,289 у сорта ‘Лиссабон’ показало его высокую чувствительность к условиям выращивания при достаточно низком среднем значении содержания белка в семенах (38,60%), как и сорт ‘Силесия’ (b = 4,289) при среднем значении белковости – 42,73%. Сорт-стандарт ‘Муза’ при низкой белковости 38,60% был достаточно стабильным по проявлению этого признака – S2 = 0,222. Выделен ряд высокомасличных сортов: ‘Валас’ – 22,77%, ‘Сигалия’ – 22,7%, ‘Аллигатор’, ‘Сиверка’ – 22,53%, ‘Кофу’ – 22,13%, сорт-стандарт ‘Муза’ – 21,77%.Выводы. В селекционных программах, направленных на повышение содержания белка в семенах, следует использовать сорта: ‘Опус’ – как носитель максимального значения признака, а также ‘Устя’, ‘Асука’, ‘Силесия’ и ‘Касиди’ – как объединяющие высокую урожайность и высокое содержание белка. Погодные условия года по-разному влияли на проявление изучаемых признаков: в благоприятном для получения высоких урожаев году содержание белка в семенах снижалось, высокое содержание белка было в более засушливом году, а содержание масла в семенах менялось в незначительной степени | Мета. Вивчити сорти сої різного походження за вмістом білка та іншими господарськими ознаками, визначити показники стабільності та пластичності цих ознак, а також виділити сорти, перспективні для використання у селекційних програмах.Методи. Польові, лабораторні, біохімічні та статистичні.Результати. Досліджено 22 сорти сої за врожайністю, вмістом білка та олії в насінні. Найвищий уміст білка відмічено у сорту ‘Опус’ – 45,0% у 2017 році. Цей сорт у середньому за три роки показав 43,63% білка в насінні і поступався тільки сорту ‘Устя’ (44,3%). Проте значно вище значення коефіцієнта регресії b = 4,289  у сорту ‘Лісабон’ показало його високу чутливість до умов вирощування при досить низькому середньому значенні вмісту білка в насінні (38,60%), як і сорт ‘Сілесія‘ (b = 4,289) при середньому значенні білковості – 42,73%.  Сорт-стандарт ‘Муза’ при низькій білковості 38,60% був досить стабільним за проявом цієї ознаки – S2 = 0,222.  Виділено низку сортів з високим вмістом олії в насінні: ‘Валас’ – 22,77%, ‘Сігалія’ – 22,7%, ‘Алігатор’,  ‘Сіверка’ – 22,53%, ‘Кофу’ – 22,13%, сорт-стандарт ‘Муза’ – 21,77%.Висновки. У селекційних програмах, спрямованих на підвищення вмісту білка в насінні, слід використовувати  сорти: ‘Опус’ – як носій максимального значення ознаки, ‘Устя’, ‘Асука’, ‘Сілесія’ та ‘Касіді’ – як високоврожайні з високим умістом білка. Погодні умови року неоднаково впливали на прояв  досліджуваних ознак: у сприятливий для отримання високих урожаїв рік вміст білка в насінні знижувався, у посушливіший рік уміст білка був вищим, а вміст олії в насінні змінювався незначно.

To determine the content of biochemical compounds in fruits of M. domestica Borkh. varietal samples, select the most promising ones for use in further breeding, and recommend for use in various directions, given the biochemical complex of signs, taste and marketability of the fruit.Methods. We used generally accepted methods for determining the biochemical composition of fruits (soluble so­lids (SSR) according to GOST (State Standard System) 29030-91, total sugars according to GOST 8756-13.87; polyphenol composition according to the method of L. I. Vigorov (1968), vitamin C according to the method of A I. Ermakov (1972); tit­rated acids – according to GOST 25555.0-82).Results. Nine cultivars of apple trees were analyzed for the biochemical composition of fruits, namely the apple tree cultivar ‘Vydubytska Plakucha’ (‘V. p.’) and various hybrids created on its basis from the collection of the fruit plant acclimatization department of the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Gardens of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Selected forms are sources of 1–5 important biochemical characteristics (solids content, glucose, sugars, ascorbic acid, titratable acid) and promising for use in breeding. According to the dry matter content – the lowest rate was found in hybrid ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Symyrenko’ (16.68%), the highest in the hybrid – ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Oranzhevyi Coksa’ (22.87%), rates of ascorbic acid content varied within (6.0–12.25 mg%), total sugars (10.37–18.23), acids (0.74–1,67 respectively). The most interesting for introduction and breeding are hybrids with a high content of biochemical parameters, namely: ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Oranzhevyi Coksa’, ‘V. p.’ × ‘Golden Delicious’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Parmen Zymovyi Zolotyi’.Conclusions. The content of the biochemical composition of the fruits, taste and marketability were characterized, and varietal samples of hybrids of the apple tree ‘Vydubytska Plakucha’ were distributed in the directions of use in order to improve the quality of life of the population. According to the biochemical indicators of the cluster analysis of the studied apple hybrids, close relationships were found between the three groups necessary in the future for breeding when selecting parental forms for an improved biochemical composition of the fruit (including hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Oranzhevyi Coksa’, ‘V. p.’ × ‘Golden Delicious’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Parmen Zymovyi Zolotyi’, titrated acid hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Starkrimson’, ‘V. p.’ × ‘Parmen Zymovyi Zolotyi’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Symyrenko’, tannins hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Slava Peremozhtsiam’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Starkrimson’); and to expand the assortment of apple trees according to the planned commercial signs. Hybrids of the apple-tree cultivar ‘Vydubytska Plakucha’, created in the NBG using old and valuable modern apple-tree cultivars, indicate the promise of producing high-yielding, large-fruited varieties with a high content of biologically active substances | Цель. Определить содержание биохимических соединений в плодах сортообразцов M. domestica Borkh., отоб­рать наиболее перспективные с целью использования в дальнейшей селекции и рекомендовать для применения в различных направлениях, учитывая биохимический комплекс признаков, вкусовые и товарные качества плодов. Методы. Использовали общепринятые методики определения биохимического состава плодов (растворимые сухие вещества (ССР) – по ГОСТ 29030-91; общие сахара – по ГОСТ 8756-13.87; полифенольный состав – по методике Л. И. Вигорова (1968), витамин С – по методике А. И. Ермакова (1972); титрованные кислоты – по ГОСТ 25555.0-82). Результаты. Были проанализированы девять сортообразцов яблони по биохимическому составу плодов, а именно сорт яблони ‘Видубицька плакуча’ и созданные на ее основе различные гибриды из коллекции отдела акклиматизации плодовых растений Национального ботанического сада (НБС) имени Н. Н. Гришко НАН Украины. Отборные формы являются источниками 1–5 важных биохимических признаков (содержание сухих веществ, глюкозы, сахаров, аскорбиновой кислоты, титруемой кислоты) и перспективные для использования в селекции. По содержанию сухого вещества самый низкий показатель обнаружен у гибрида ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет Симиренко’ (16,68%), самый высокий – у гибрида ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет оранжевый Кокса’ (22,87%), показатели содержания аскорбиновой кислоты варьировали в пределах 6,0–12,25 мг%, общие сахара – 10,37–18,23, кислоты – 0,74–1,67, соответственно). Наибольший интерес для интродукции и селекции составляли гибриды с высоким комплексом содержания биохимических показателей, а именно: ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет оранжевый Кокса’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Голден Делишес’ и ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимний золотой’. Выводы. Охарактеризованы содержание биохимического состава плодов, вкусовые и товарные качества и распределены сортообразцы гибридов яблони ‘Видубицька плакуча’ по направлениям использования для улучшения качества жизни населения. По биохимическим показателям в результате кластерного анализа исследованных гибридов яблони обнаружены плотные взаимосвязи трех групп, необходимых в будущем для селекции при отборе родительских форм на улучшенный биохимический состав плодов (в частности, по высокому содержанию сухого вещества выделено гибриды ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет оранжевый Кокса’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Голден Делишес’ и ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимний золотой’, по содержанию тит­руемых кислот – гибриды ‘В. п.’ × ‘Старкримсон’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимний золотой’ и ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет Симиренко’ по содержанию дубильных веществ – гибриды ‘В. п.’ × ‘Слава Победителям’ и ‘В. п.’ × ‘Старкримсон’) и для расширения сортимента яблонь по запланированным коммерческим признакам. Созданные в НБС гибриды сорта яблони ‘Видубицька плакуча’ с использованием старых и ценных современных сортов яблони свидетельствуют о перспективности получения высокоурожайных, крупноплодных сортов с высоким содержанием биологически активных веществ. | Мета. Визначити вміст біохімічних сполук у плодах сорто-зразків M. domestica Borkh., відібрати найперспективніші для використання у подальшій селекції та рекомендувати для застосування у різних напрямках, враховуючи комплекс біохімічних ознак, смакові і товарні якості плодів.Методи. Плоди збирали за їхньої комерційної зрілості. Добрані форми є джерелами 1–5 важливих біохімічних ознак (вміст сухих речовин, глюкози, цукрів, аскорбінової кислоти, титрованої кислоти) і перспективні для використання у селекції. За вмістом сухої речовини найнижчий показник було виявлено у гібрида ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет Симиренка’ (16,68%), найвищий – у гібрида ‘В. п. ’ × ‘Ренет оранжевий Кокса’ (22,87%), показники вмісту аскорбінової кислоти варіювали в межах 6,0–12,25 мг%, загальні цукри – 10,37–18,23, кислоти – 0,74–1,67, відповідно. Найцікавішими для інтродукції та селекції були гібриди із найвищим комплексом вмісту біохімічних показників, а саме: ‘В. п. ’ × ‘Ренет оранжевий Кокса’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Голден Делішес’ та ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимовий золотий’.Висновки. Охарактеризовано вміст біохімічного складу плодів, їхні смакові і товарні якості і розподілено сортозразки гібридів яблуні ‘Видубицька плакуча’ за напрямами використання для покращення якості життя населення. За біохімічними показниками у результаті кластерного аналізу досліджених гібридів яблуні було виявлено щільні взаємозв’язки, які необхідні у майбутньому для селекції під час відбору батьківських форм на поліпшений біохімічний склад плодів (зокрема, за високим умістом сухої речовини виділено гібриди ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет оранжевий Кокса’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Голден Делішес’ та ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимовий золотий’; за вмістом титрованих кислот – гібриди ‘В. п.’ × ‘Старкримсон’, ‘В. п.’ × ‘Пармен зимовий золотий’ та ‘В. п.’ × ‘Ренет Симиренка’; за вмістом дубильних речовин – гібриди ‘В. п.’ × ‘Слава Переможцям’ та ‘В. п.’ × ‘Старкримсон’) та для розширення сор­тименту яблунь за запланованими комерційними ознаками. Створені у НБС гібриди сорту яблуні ‘Видубицька плакуча’ з використанням старих та цінних сучасних сортів яблуні свідчать про перспективність отримання високоврожайних, великоплідних сортів з високим умістом біологічно активних речовин.

According to the biochemical indicators of the cluster analysis of the studied apple hybrids, close relationships were found between the three groups necessary in the future for breeding when selecting parental forms for an improved biochemical composition of the fruit (including hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Oranzhevyi Coksa’, ‘V. p.’ × ‘Golden Delicious’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Parmen Zymovyi Zolotyi’, titrated acid hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Starkrimson’, ‘V. p.’ × ‘Parmen Zymovyi Zolotyi’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Renet Symyrenko’, tannins hybrids ‘V. p.’ × ‘Slava Peremozhtsiam’ and ‘V. p.’ × ‘Starkrimson’); and to expand the assortment of apple trees according to the planned commercial signs. Hybrids of the apple-tree cultivar ‘Vydubytska Plakucha’, created in the NBG using old and valuable modern apple-tree cultivars, indicate the promise of producing high-yielding, large-fruited varieties with a high content of biologically active substances
