Discussed problems of planetary changes of climate, through that it is necessary to revise the terms of sowing of winter crops, and also structure of sowing of agricultural cultures. The brought transpiration coefficients over of basic agricultural cultures, that must be taken into account for forming of structure of their sowing. On the example of wheat winter-annual the done attempt to be determined with priority directions in the selection of agricultural cultures.

Адаптировано руководство полевого обследования сортов овощных на контрольных участках во время проведения полевого инспектирования, а также почвенного и лабораторного сортового контроля. | Обговорені проблеми планетарних змін клімату, через які необхідно переглянути строки сівби озимих культур, а також структуру посівів сільськогосподарських культур. Наведені транспіраційні коефіцієнти основних сільськогосподарських культур, які необхідно враховувати за формування структури їхньої сівби. На прикладі пшениці озимої зроблена спроба визначитись з пріоритетними напрямами в селекції сільськогосподарських культур.

Установлено, что из комплекса многих из них, характеризующих фенотип сорта, целесообразно использовать для его идентификации только признаки, в меньшей степени подпадающие под влияние условий окружающей среды. | Досліджено методологію визначення відповідності сортів пшениці м'якої критеріям відмінності, однорідності та стабільності, ґрунтуючись на вивченні особливостей прояву морфологічних ознак. Встановлено, що у комплексі багатьох з них, які характеризують фенотип сорту, використовувати для його ідентифікації доцільно лише ознаки, що меншою мірою піддаються впливу умов довкілля.

The main reasons hindering expansion of assortment of horticultural crops and negatively affecting the provision of Ukraine’s population with horticultural production were discussed. The trend towards global unification of genotypes with parallel reduction of potential to andropoadaptability of chief horticultural crops is recognized as one of the main causes for instability in domestic horticulture crops production. Appropriate measures are proposed, including intensification of zonal specialization and intensification of the state protectionism over both domestic fruit farming and research developments, first of all in breeding and genetics, aimed at the ability to meet various requirements of producers, processors and consumers of fruits and berries to new cultivars.

Тенденция глобальной унификации генотипов с параллельным уменьшением антропоадаптивного потенциала ведущих плодовых и ягодных культур признается одной из главных причин нестабильности отечественного плодоягодного производства. Предлагаются соответствующие меры, в частности касающиеся углубления зональной специализации и усиления государственного протекционизма как отечественного плодоводства, так и научных, прежде всего селекционно-енетических, разработок, ориентированных на способность удовлетворять разнообразные требования производителя, переработчика и потребителя плодов и ягод к новым сортам. | Обговорено основні причини, що гальмують розширення сортименту плодових і ягідних культур і негативно впливають на стан забезпечення населення України садівничою продукцією. Тенденція до глобальної уніфікації генотипів з рівнобіжним зменшенням антропоадаптивного потенціалу провідних плодових і ягідних культур визнається однією з головних причин нестабільності вітчизняного плодоягідного виробництва. Пропонуються відповідні заходи, зокрема щодо поглиблення зональної спеціалізації та посилення державного протекціонізму як вітчизняного плодівництва, так і наукових, насамперед селекційно-генетичних, розробок, зорієнтованих на спроможність задовольняти різноманітні вимоги виробника, переробника і споживача плодів і ягід до нових сортів.

Определены проблемные вопросы, а именно: проблемы согласования законодательства, фактического отсутствия в Украине специального законодательства в сфере обеспечения биобезопасности при обращении с ГМО, отсутствия четкой процедуры регистрации ГМО и др. | Наведено огляд нормативно-правого регулювання державної апробації, реєстрації сортів рослин, створених на основі генетично модифікованих організмів, в Україні та країнах Європейського Союзу Визначено проблемні питання, а саме: проблеми узгодження законодавства, фактичної відсутності в Україні спеціального законодавства у сфері забезпечення біобезпеки за поводження з ГМО, відсутності чіткої процедури реєстрації ГМО та ін.
