The article features results of studying F1 hybrids of tomato inheriting productivity factors. 21 original hybrid forms and 57 F1 tomato hybrids in green-house have been studied. The efficiency of selecting genotype of valuable plants by genotype is substantiated. | Представлены результаты изучения изменчивости и характера наследования гибридами F1 помидора составляющих элементов продуктивности. Изучено 21 исходную форму и 57 гибридов F1 томата в условиях защищенного ґрунта. Обоснована эффективность отбора генотипов ценных растений по их фенотипу. | Наведено результати вивчення у 2009–2011 рр. характеру успадкування складових елементів продуктивності гібридами F1 помідора. Вивчено 21 вихідну форму та 57 гібридів F1 помідора в умовах скляних зимових теплиць. Обґрунтована ефективність добору генотипово цінних рослин за їх фенотипом.

Breeding of columnar type apple varieties has been carried out at VNIISPK since 1984. The possibility of grow-ing of columnar type apple varieties in the crown of winter hardy semi-dwarf rootstock 3-4-98 by S. N. Stepanov’s   breeding is being studied in different density of planting   in the orchard (3 x 1,0 m; 3 x 1,5; and 3 x 2,0 m). The inves  tigation of winter hardiness, cropping power, fruit mar  ketability and biochemical composition allowed releasing two varieties «Poesia» and «Priokskoye» for state trials. | Селекция колонновидных сортов яблони ведется во ВНИИСПК с 1984 года. Изучается возможность выращивания колонновидных сортов в кроне зимостойкого полукарликового подвоя 3-4-98 селекции С. Н. Степанова при разной плотности размещения в саду (3,0 х 1,0; 3,0 х 1,5 и 3,0 х 2,0). Изучение зимостойкости, урожайности деревьев, товарности и биохимического состава плодов позволило выделить для государственного испытания два сорта Поэзию и Приокское. | Селекція колоноподібних сортів яблуні ведеться у ВНДІСПК з 1984 р. The genotypes of red currant: «Gazel», «Belka», «Jonker van Tets», «Viksne», «Selyanochka», «Niva», «Gollandskaya krasnaya», «1432-29-98» and «1426-21-80» have more xeromorphic structure of leaves, providing of ecological tolerance to drought and high temperature. Varieties «Roza», «Dana» have a low adaptation to drought resistance. | Приведены результаты исследования пигментного комплекса и анатомической структуры листьев смородины красной в связи с засухоустойчивостью. Такие генотипы смородины красной, как Газель, Белка, Йонкер ван Тетс, Красная Виксне, Селяночка, Голландская красная, Нива, 1432-29-98 и 1426-21-80 имеют более ксероморфную структуру листа, обеспечивающую экологическую толерантность к засухе и высокой температуре. Низкая степень приспособленности к засухоустойчивости отмечена у сортов Роза, Дана. | Приведені результати дослідження пігментного комплексу та анатомічної структури листків смородини червоної обумовлені засухостійкістю. Такі генотипи смородини червоної як Газель, Бєлка, Йонкер ван Тетс, Красная Вікснє, Селяночка, Голандская красная, Нива, 1432-29-98 и 1426-21-80 мають більш ксероморфну структуру листка, що забезпечує екологічну толерантність до посухи та високої температури. The article offers short characteristic of Fj hybrid combinations and reveals type of inheritance by the folwiing characteristics: plant height, height of lower bean insertion, quantity of seeds per plant, quantity of seeds per plant, beans per plant, nodes and branches per plant, as well as determines proportion of dominations displaying high heterosis effect. Two superior hybrid populations, namely Amethyst/Miao-ian-Dou and Amethyst/Krasa Podillia, have been selected and are being used to scan for transgressive forms. | Приведена краткая характеристика гибридных комбинаций F^ сои и выявлен тип наследования по признакам: высота растений, высота крепления нижнего боба, количество семян с растения, количество бобов с растения, количество узлов и ветвей на растении. Определена доля комбинаций с высоким гетерозис-ным эффектом. Отобраны две лучшие гибридные популяции Аметист/Мяо-ян-Доу и Аметист/Краса Подилля, в которых ведется поиск трансгрессивных форм. | Наведено коротку характеристику гібридних комбінацій сої та виявлено тип успадкування за ознаками: висота рослин, висота кріплення нижнього бобу, кількість насінин з рослини, кількість бобів з рослини, кількість вузлів та гілок на рослині, визначено частку комбінацій з високим гетерозисним ефектом. Basic breaking grounds, sowing area under crops, nurture spicy aromatic species of plants taking into account with their biological peculiarities. | В статье приведены результаты изучения агротехники выращивания пряноароматических видов растений, адаптированных к экологическим и почвенно-климатическим условиям разных подзон степной и лесостепной зон Украины. Основную, предпосевную обработку почвы, посев, уход за посевами проводили с учетом биологических особенностей видов растений. | У статті наведено результати вивчення агротехніки вирощування пряноароматичних видів рослин, адаптованих до екологічних і ґрунтово-кліматичних умов степової та лісостепової зон України. Основний, передпосівний обробіток ґрунту, посів, догляд за посівами проводили з урахуванням біологічних особливостей видів рослин.

The article reflects the progress of genetic decrease of Rye F 3k- 10029/ Saratovske (Саратовське) 4 height by means of the shortest stem plants selection during the period from 1974 to 2010. 37 years selection of the shortest- stern genotypes decreased the plants height from 119.33 cm to 22.57cm. Targeted selection into minus direction decreased the plants height in 5,29 times on the background of the dominant HI expression. In average, the height of plants in the course of 27 breeding cycles were decreasing by 2.69 cm, but that was not going gradually. A new donor Gnom 3 had been created for ultra short-stem trait of the Winter Rye, with the marking of alleles HI-3HI-3. Relative influence on the minus selection efficiency has been established by height of plants for the selection differential (38%) and coefficient of inheritance in narrow sense (14,56%). Realized efficiency of selection in decrease of winter rye height in 72,08% of cases corresponded to predicted hit ration of the breeding. Analyzes of genetic and statistical parameters and correlation clusters of 11 utilitarian average characteristics of ultra short- stem rye Gnom 3 for the period of 1974 to 2010 has been performed. | Приведена динамика генетического уменьшения высоты ржи F3K-10028/Саратовская 4 с 1974 по 2010 гг. отбором наиболее короткостебельных растений. За 37 лет отбора наиболее короткостебельных генотипов высота растений уменьшилась с 119,33 см до 22,57 см. Направленным отбором у минус-направлении уменьшено высоту растений у 5,29 раза на фоне проявления доминантного гена HI. В среднем высота растений на протяжении 37 циклов отбора уменшалась на 2,69 см, но происходило это не равномерно. Создан новый донор ультракороткостебельности озимой ржи Гном 3 с символикой генов HI-3HI-3. Определено относительное влияние на эффективность отбора при снижении высоты растений  селекционного дифференциала (38,00%) и коэффициента наследуемости в узком смысле (14,56%). Реализованная эффективность отбора при снижении висоты растений озимой ржи у 72,08% случаев совпадала прогнозированной результативностью селекции. Проведен анализ генетикостатистических параметров и корреляционных плеяд (кластеров) 11 утилитарных средних признаков  ультракороткостебельной ржи Гном 3 за периоде 1974 по 2010 гг. | Наведена динаміка генетичного зниження висоти жита F3k- 10029/Саратовське 4 протягом 1974-2010рр. добором найкороткостебловіших рослин. За 37 років добору найкороткостебловіших генотипів висота рослин зменшилася з 119,33 смдо 22,57 см. Спрямованим добором у мінус напрямку зменшено висоту рослин у 5,29 раза на фоні прояву домінантного гена НІ. У середньому висота рослин протягом 37 циклів добору зменшувалася на 2,69 см, але відбувалося це нерівномірно. Створено новий донор ультракороткостебловості жита озимого Гюм 3 з символікою алелів НІ-ЗНІ-З. Визначено відносний вплив на ефективність мінус добору по висоті рослин селекційного диференціала (38,00%) і коефіцієнта успадковування в вузькому розумінні (14,56%). Реалізована ефективність добору при зниженні висоти рослин жита озимого у 72,08% випадків відповідало прогнозованій результативності селекції. Проведено аналіз генетикостатистичних параметрів і кореляційних плеяд (кластерів) 11 утилітарних середніх ознак ультракороткостеблового жита Гном 3 за 1974-2010 pp.
