The article discloses the meaning of botanical semantics, highlights practical appliance of binary scientific botanic nomenclature during plant varieties identification. It is the binary nomenclature of introduced cultivars that requires a scientific approach to structuring and developing the methodological and source learning database of botanical names in Ukrainian and Latin. According to the results of analytic monitoring, research aspects of differentiation of systematic units are shown, as well as certain rules and recommendations concerning theoretically sustained names of botanical taxa in Ukrainian and Latin. The scientific search for harmonization will enable to improve the practical appliance of methodological and linguistic and orthographic requirements and rules of spelling for botanical taxa names during the registration of rights on them. Spelling harmonization by Linnaeus semantic (in Latin) will facilitate a uniform approach to updating methodological and source studying database of binary names of the introduced cultivars of botanical taxa. | Раскрыто значение ботанической систематики, освещено практическое применение бинарной научной ботанической номенклатуры при идентификации сортов растений. Именно бинарная номенклатура интродуцированных культиваров требует научного подхода к структуризации и формированию методико-ключевой базы ботанических названий на украинском и латинском языках. Результатами аналитического мониторинга показаны научные аспекты дифференциации систематических единиц, приведены некоторые правила и рекомендации относительно научно обоснованных названий ботанических таксонов на украинском и латинском языках. Научный поиск гармонизации позволит усовершенствовать практическое применение методико-лингвистических и орфографических требований и правил правописания названий ботанических таксонов в процессе государственной регистрации сортов и прав на них. Гармонизация правописания по систематике Линнея (на латинском языке) будет благоприятствовать единому подходу к актуализации методико-ключевой базы бинарных названий интродуцированных культиваров ботанических таксонов. | Розкрито значення ботанічної систематики та висвітлено практичне застосування бінарної наукової ботанічної номенклатури під час проведення ідентифікації сортів рослин. Саме бінарна номенклатура інтродукованих культиварів вимагає наукового підходу до структуризації і формування методично-джерелознавчої бази ботанічних назв рослин українською і латинською мовами. За результатами аналітичного моніторингу висвітлено наукові аспекти диференціації систематичних одиниць, подано деякі правила та рекомендації стосовно науково обґрунтованих назв ботанічних таксонів українською і латинською мовами. Науковий пошук гармонізації дозволить удосконалити практичне застосування методично-лінгвістичних та орфографічних вимог і правил правопису назв ботанічних таксонів під час державної реєстрації сортів та прав на них. Гармонізація правопису за систематикою Ліннея (латинською мовою) сприятиме єдиному підходу для актуалізації методологічно-джерелознавчої бази бінарних назв інтродукованих культиварів ботанічних таксонів.

Correlation between technological indices and morphometric cha­racteristics of naked and coated grain of oats was determined. Also, essential dependence of hoodness on 1000 seeds weight and the lack of essential correlation with morphometric characteristics of the calliopsis were established. Calliopsis width essentially influenced the weight of 1000 seeds. Metric indices of naked grain oats calliopsis exposed close correlation with kernel size and natural weight. Weight of 1000 seeds exposed essential varietal distinctness and was determined by genetic peculiarities of varieties | Проведен анализ технологических показателей овса. Определены особенности формирования натуры, крупности и пленчатости зерна от условий выращивания. За результатами исследований установлена существенная зависимость между показателем натуры и пленчатости от количества осадков в фазу налива зерна у пленчатых сортов овса. Обеспечение влагой в период налива зерна существенно влияло на процент образования пленчатых зерен и показатель натуры у голозерных сортов. Проведен морфометрический анализ зерновок овса методом «машинного виденья». Определены корреляции между технологическими показателями и морфометрическими признаками зерна у пленчатого и голозерного овса. Установлена существенная зависимость пленчатости от массы 1000 зерен и отсутствие существенной корреляции с морфометрическими признаками зерновки. Ширина зерновки существенно влияла на массу 1000 зерен. Метрические показатели зерновки голозерного овса обнаружили тесную связь с крупностью и натурой зерна. Масса 1000 зерен имела существенное сортовое отличие и обусловливалась генетическими особенностями сортов. | Проведено аналіз технологічних показників вівса. Визначено особливості формування натури, крупності та плівчастості зерна від умов вирощування. За результатами досліджень установлено істотну залежність між показником натури та плівчастості від кількості опадів у фазу наливу зерна в плівчастих сортів вівса. Забезпечення вологою в період наливу зерна істотно впливало на відсоток утворення плівчастих зерен та на показник натури у голозерних сортів. Проведено морфометричний аналіз зернівок вівса методом «машинного бачення». Визначено кореляції між технологічними показниками та морфометричними ознаками зерна у плівчастого та голозерного вівса. Встановлено істотну залежність плівчастості від маси 1000 зерен та відсутність істотної кореляції з морфометричними ознаками зернівки. Ширина зернівки істотно впливала на масу 1000 зерен. Метричні показники зернівки голозерного вівса виявили тісний зв’язок із крупністю та натурою зерна. Маса 1000 зерен виявила істотну сортову відмінність та зумовлювалася генетичними особливостями сортів.

The article unveils the seed potential of fenugreek species to provide routine supply of methi leaf in the conditions of Ukrainian Forest-Steppe. The fenugreek species have have a wide range of morphological and economical characteristics variability that affect their seed production. A high productivity of dry seeds is inherent to fenugreek species at early spring sowing (10.04), as for this date the yield of dry seeds of blue fenugreek amounted to 0.4 t per ha, that of fenugreek hay – 2.0 t / ha, with mass of 1000 seeds, respectively, 0.71 and 9.7 gr. To obtain a spicery called «mushroom grass» the use of fenugreek hay is considered as a promising direction (Greek hay, Shambhala, hay fenugreek) along with scheduling the sowing for early spring (4.10) and late spring (25.04–15.05) , which would enable the development of greatest herbage volume and higher yield of mature seed (0.9–2.0 t / ha). Another prospective line of development is to use blue fenugreek (fenugreek blue) as a green manure and nectar bearing crop, with the sowing scheduled for spring (4.10) and late spring (25.04–15.05). | Показаны семенные потенциальные возможности видов гуньбы для конвейерного поступления пряной продукции «грибной травы» в условиях Лесостепи Украины. Виды гуньбы имеют широкий диапазон изменчивости по морфологическим и хозяйственно-ценным признакам, что влияет на их семенную продуктивность. Высокой продуктивностью сухих семян отличаются виды гуньбы при ранневесенних сроках посева (10.04), которые обеспечивают у гуньбы голубой урожайность сухих семян на 0,4 т/га, у гуньбы сенной – 2,0 т/га с массой 1000 семян соответственно 0,71 и 9,7 г. Для получения пряностей под названием «грибная трава» перспективным является использование гуньбы сенной (греческое сено, шамбала, сенный пажитник). Для конвеерного получения продукции культуры в условиях Лесостепи Украины необходимо использовать ранневесенние (10.04) и поздневесенние (25.04–15.05) сроки посева, при которых формируется более развитая вегетативная масса и установлена высшая урожайность сухих семян (0,9–2,0 т/га). В качестве сидеральной и медоносной культуры перспективным является использование гуньбы голубой (пажитник голубой), посев которой в ранневесенние (10.04) и поздневесенние (25.04–15.05) сроки в условиях Лесостепи Украины обуславливает урожайность сухих семян 0,1–0,4 т/га. | Висвітлені насіннєві потенційні можливості видів гуньби для конвеєрного надходження пряної продукції «грибної трави» в умовах Лісостепу України. Види гуньби мають широкий діапазон мінливості за морфологічними і господарсько-цінними ознаками, що впливає на їхню насіннєву продуктивність. Високою продуктивністю сухого насіння відзначаються види гуньби за ранньовесняних строків сівби (10.04), за яких у гуньби голубої урожайність сухого насіння становила 0,4 т/га, у гуньби сінної – 2,0 т/га з масою 1000 насінин відповідно 0,71 та 9,7 г. Для отримання прянощів під назвою «грибна трава» перспективним є використання гуньби сінної (грецьке сіно, шамбала, сінний пажитник) та для конвеєрного надходження продукції в умовах Лісостепу України застосування ранньовесняних (10.04) і пізньовесняних (25.04–15.05) строків сівби, за яких формується більш розвинена вегетативна маса та встановлена вища урожайність стиглого насіння (0,9–2,0 т/га). В якості сидеральної та медоносної культури перспективним є використання гуньби голубої (пажитник голубий), сівба якої в ранньовесняні (10.04) та пізньовесняні (25.04–15.05) строки в умовах Лісостепу України зумовлює врожайність стиглого насіння 0,1–0,4 т/га.

Grain of Polis’ka 90 variety was distinguished by considerable variability of grades, however, the grain of Natsional’na variety was exposed to greater number of growth factors. Grain unit index influenced the grain quality grade of Natsional’na 90 determination, gluten quality and protein and fiber content indices influenced that of Polis’ka 90. It was established that the grain of Polis’ka variety in most of the cases had higher grades of quality than Natsional’na variety. The highest grades of quality were registered for the seed harvested after perennial grasses, namely 2d and 3d grades of Natsional’na variety and the 1t and the 2d for Polis’ka 90 variety. Greater grades of quality were registered for the seed grown according to intensive and ecological farming systems (generally, grades 1 to 3), while the lower grades were inherent to biological system (generally, grades 3 to 5). | Изучено влияние сортовых особенностей и факторов выращивания на показатели качества зерна пшеницы озимой сортов Национальная и Полесская 90. Установлено, что зерно сорта Полесская 90 характеризовалось значительной вариабельностью по классам, но большему влиянию факторов выращивания подвергалось зерно сорта Национальная. На опре­ еление класса качества зерна сорта Национальная повлиял показатель натуры, сорта Полесская 90 – показатели качества клейковины и содержания белка и клейковины. Выяснено, что зерно сорта Полесская 90 по большинству вариантов мало высшие классы качества, чем сорта Национальная. Высокие классы качества отмечали у зерна, выращенного после многолетних трав: у сорта Национальная – 2–3-й и сорта Полесская 90 – 1–2-й классы. Установлены наивысшие классы качества в зерна, выращенного за интенсивной и экологической систем земледелия (в основном 1–2–3-й классы) и низшие за биологической системы (в основном 3–4–5-й классы). | Вивчено вплив сортових особливостей і факторів вирощування на показники якості зерна пшениці озимої сортів Національна та Поліська 90. Встановлено, що зерно сорту Поліська 90  характеризувалося значною варіабельністю по класності, але більшому впливу факторів вирощування піддавалося зерно сорту Національна. На визначення класу якості зерна сорту Національна вплинув показник натури, сорту Поліська 90 – показники якості клейковини та вмісту білка й клейковини. З’ясовано, що зерно сорту Поліська 90 за більшості варіантів мало вищі класи якості чим сорту Національна. Найвищі класи якості відмічали в зерна, вирощеного після багаторічних трав: у сорту Національна – 2–3-й та сорту Поліська 90 – 1–2-й класи. Встановлені вищі класи якості в зерна, вирощеного за інтенсивної та екологічної систем землеробства (в основному 1–2–3-й класи) та нижчі за біологічної системи (в основному 3–4–5-й класи).

Since seed breeding events are conducted with every new variety by various persons and in various agroecologic conditions, subjective factors, as well as environmental factors, may interfere with determining parameters of every characteristic considered there. As a consequence, identification and varietal characteristics and properties are subject to change and might not correspond to the breeder’s description; this, of course, affects the quality of variety. For the purpose of leveling the above factors, example of vegetable pea serves as a suggestion of a technique for exeminig parameters of variability of quantitative traits for specific population observing the rule of «golden section». | В оригинальном, элитном и репродукционном семеноводстве гороха овощного важным является выделение (отбор) элитных растений. Выделенные (отобранные) растения должны  соответствовать их авторскому описанию. Поскольку семеноводческие мероприятия с каждым из сортов проводятся разными людьми (семеноводами, апробаторами), в разных агроэкологических условиях, в определении параметров каждого из учитываемых признаков могут накладываться как субъективные факторы, так и факторы внешней среды. Вследствие этого, идентификационные сортовые признаки и свойства могут изменяться и не соответствовать авторскому описанию, что, естественно, ухудшает качество сорта. С целью нивелирования вышеуказанных факторов, на примере гороха овощного, предложен метод исследования параметров изменчивости количественных признаков определённой популяции на основании правила «золотого сечения». | В оригінальному, елітному та репродукційному насінництві гороху овочевого важливим є виділення (добір) елітних рослин. Виділені (відібрані) рослини мають відповідати їх авторському опису. Оскільки, насінницькі заходи з кожним із сортів проводяться різними людьми (насіннярами, апробаторами), в різних агроекологічних умовах, у визначенні параметрів кожної із ознак, які враховуються, можуть накладатись як суб’єктивні фактори, так і фактори зовнішнього середовища. Внаслідок цього, ідентифікаційні сортові ознаки і властивості можуть змінюватись і не відповідати авторському визначенню, що, звичайно, погіршує якості сорту. З метою нівелювання вищенаведених факторів, на прикладі гороху овочевого запропонований метод дослідження параметрів мінливості кількісних ознак певної популяції на підставі правила «золотого перетину».

The analysis of dynamics entering into the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine, potato varieties during the period of 1991–2013.The magnificent differences in the total numbers of varieties, including foreign and national breeding are determined. The certain period of years with relatively equal number of varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine is revealed. Simultaneously their number has increased 4.7 times for the entire period. The Scientific Institutions have been established, and their share of varieties is considered to be the biggest one in the Register, although the varieties of the most Breeding Institutions performed their competitiveness in recent years. The different ratio between foreign countries varieties and firms on number suitable for distribution in Ukraine has been set. It concerns their total number, having increased during the period of 1991 – 2013 12.3 times. | Проведен анализ динамики занесенных в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных для распространения в Украине, сортов картофеля в период 1991–2013 гг. Установлены значительные различия в общем количестве этих сортов, в том числе отечественной и иностранной селекции. Выделенный определенный интервал лет с относительно одинаковым количеством сортов, пригодных для распространения в Украине. Вместе с тем, за весь период их число увеличилось в 4,7 раза. Определены научные учреждения Украины, доля сортов которых в Реестре наибольшая, хотя в последние годы конкурентоспособными оказались также сорта большинства селекционных учреждений Украины. Установлено различное соотношение между сортами иностранных государств и фирм по количеству пригодных для распространения в Украине. Это же относится к их общему количеству, которое увеличилось за 1991–2013 гг. в 12,3 раза. | Проведено аналіз динаміки занесення сортів картоплі до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні за період 1991–2013 рр. Установлені значні відмінності в загальній кількості цих сортів, у тому числі вітчизняної й іноземної селекції. Виділений певний інтервал років з відносно однаковою кількістю сортів, придатних для поширення в Україні. Водночас, за весь період їхнє число збільшилося в 4,7 раза. Визначені наукові установи України, частка сортів яких у Реєстрі найбільша, хоча в останні роки конкурентоспроможними виявилися також сорти більшості селекційних установ України. Встановлене різне співвідношення між сортами іноземних країн і фірм за кількістю сортів, придатних для поширення в Україні. Це ж стосується їхньої загальної кількості, яка збільшилася за 1991–2013 рр. в 12,3 раза.

The analysis of dynamics entering into the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine, potato varieties during the period of 1991–2013.The magnificent differences in the total numbers of varieties, including foreign and national breeding are determined. The certain period of years with relatively equal number of varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine is revealed. Simultaneously their number has increased 4.7 times for the entire period. The Scientific Institutions have been established, and their share of varieties is considered to be the biggest one in the Register, although the varieties of the most Breeding Institutions performed their competitiveness in recent years. The different ratio between foreign countries varieties and firms on number suitable for distribution in Ukraine has been set. It concerns their total number, having increased during the period of 1991 – 2013 12.3 times.

The article mentions that 113 peach hybrid forms resistance to drought, to leaf curl infection Taphrina deformans Tul. and powdery mildew Sphaerotheca pannosa Lev. var. persicae Woronich have been obtained in the result of their studying. One of the most important agronomic sigh is a drought- resistance. Elite forms assessment on this indicator has been carried out in the most drought year during the last50 years. 23 forms with high drought-resistance have been selected.    The leaves curl and false mildew are considered to be the most harmful fungal diseases reducing the plants peach vitality and leading to their lethality. Infection assessment has been carried out according to the average annual dates, and in epidemic (epiphytotic) year with a maximum disease revealing. As a result 14 hybrid forms infected by low leaves curl and 16 – by false mildew have been selected. According to the varieties characteristics complex 15 ones have been selected. Most varieties identified by their drought-resistance have belonged to the North Chinese eco-geographic group (59,1%), by a low leaves curl infection (Taphrina deformans Tul. ) to the Iranian eco-geographic group (64,3%); by the false mildew (Sphaerotheca pannosa Lev. ) to the Northern Chinese eco-geographic group (54,3%). The selected varieties perform the interest as sources of important mentioned economic valuated characteristics and they can be used in breeding. | В результате изучения 113 гибридных форм персика в коллекции Никитского ботанического сада получены данные по устойчивости их к засухе, поражаемости курчавостью листьев (Taphrina deformans Tul.) и мучнистой росой (Sphaerotheca pannosa Lev. Var. Persicae Woronich). Одним из важнейших хозяйственно-ценных признаков является засухоустойчивость. Оценка элитных форм по этому показателю была проведена в наиболее засушливый год за последние 50 лет. Выделено 23 формы с повышенной засухоустойчивостью. Курчавость листьев и мучнистая роса являются наиболее вредоносными грибными заболеваниями, которые снижают жизнеспособность растений персика и могут привести их к гибели. Оценку поражаемости проводили по средним многолетним данным и в эпифитотийный год с максимальным проявлением болезни. В результате было выделено 14 гибридных форм с низкой поражаемостью курчавостью листьев и 16 – мучнистой росой. По комплексу признаков отобрано 15 форм. Большинство форм, выделенных по засухоустойчивости, принадлежало к северо-китайской эколого-геогра­фи­ческой группе (59,1%); по низкой поражаемости курчавостью листьев – к иранской эколого-географической группе (64,3%); мучнистой росой – к северо-китайской эколого-географической группе (54,3%). Полученные формы представляют интерес как источники отмеченных хозяйственно-ценных признаков и могут быть использованы в селекционной работе. | У результаті вивчення 113 гібридних форм персика в колекції Нікітського ботанічного саду отримані дані про їхню стійкість до посухи, ураженості кучерявістю листя (Taphrina deformans Tul.) і борошнистою росою (Sphaerotheca pannosa Lev. var. persicae Woronich). Найважливішою господарсько-цінною ознакою персика є посухостійкість. Оцінка елітних форм за цим показником була проведена в найзасушливіший за останні 50 років. Виділено 23 форми з підвищеною посухостійкістю. Кучерявість листя й борошниста роса – найшкідливіші грибні захворювання, що знижують життєздатність рослин персика та можуть призвести до загибелі. Оцінку пошкодження проводили за середніми багаторічними даними, включаючи епіфітотійний рік з максимальним проявом хвороби. Виділено 14 гібридних форм з низьким ураженням кучерявістю листя і 16 – борошнистою росою. За комплексною стійкістю відібрано 15 форм. Більшість форм, виділених за посухостійкі­стю, належала до північнокитайської еколого-географічної групи (59,1%), з низьким ураженням кучерявістю листя – до іранської еколого-географічної (64,3%), борошнистою росою – до південнокитайської еколого-географічної групи (54,3%). Отримані форми становлять інтерес як джерела господарсько-цінних ознак і можуть бути використані у селекційній роботі.

The article mentions that the special attention is deserved by such persimmon varieties being included into the collection of Garden: Nikita Burgundy – the most famous of the hardiest varieties, widely used in industrial horticulture grade foreign breeding Hana Fuyu and a new, high-yielding variety of domestic breeding Souvenir of Autumn. Plant varieties included into the studying, grow in the same conditions at the collection site, which is located 200 meters from the coast at a height of 20-40 m above its level. Trees are 15 years old, planting scheme is 6x6 meters. The selected varieties belong to the group of constant tart on their quality whose fruits are edible only when fully ripe Varieties are characterized by high winter hardiness and disease resistance, which allows minimizing the chemicals using for plants treating and creates the conditions for organic food. The chemical composition fruits studying of three oriental persimmons varieties have performed high content of potassium, so it affords their using as a general tonic. The obtained results have revealed that according to the content of essential elements the leading fruit of variety Souvenir Autumn is considered to be, the less valuable are fruits of Nikita Burgundy, and Hana Fuyu fruits on this indicator are intermediate. | Среди сортов хурмы, входящих в коллекцию Сада, особого внимания заслуживают: Никитская бордовая – самый известный из морозостойких сортов, широко распространенный в промышленном садоводстве сорт зарубежной селекции Hana Fuyu и новый, высокоурожайный сорт отечественной селекции Сувенир осени. Растения сортов, включенных в изучение, растут в одинаковых условиях на коллекционном участке, который расположен в 200 м от берега моря на высоте 20-40 м над его уровнем. Деревьям по 15 лет, схема посадки 6 х 6 метров. По качеству плодов выбранные сорта относятся к группе константных терпких, у которых плоды становятся съедобными только при полном созревании. Сорта отличаются повышенной зимостойкостью, а устойчивость к болезням позволяет минимизировать использование ядохимикатов для обработки растений, что в свою очередь создает условия для получения экологически чистых продуктов питания. Изучение химического состава плодов трех сортов хурмы восточной показало высокое содержание в них калия, что позволяет использовать их как общеукрепляющее средство. Результаты исследований показали, что по содержанию эссенциальных элементов лидируют плоды сорта Сувенир осени, менее ценными являются плоды сорта Никитская бордовая, а плоды сорта Hana Fuyu по этому показателю занимают промежуточное положение. | Серед сортів хурми, що входять до колекції Саду, на особливу увагу заслуговують: Нікітська бордова – найвідоміший із морозостійких сортів, широко поширений у промисловому садівництві зарубіжної селекції Hana Fuyu, новий, високоврожайний сорт вітчизняної селекції Сувенір осені. Рослини сортів, включених у вивчення, ростуть в однакових умовах на колекційній ділянці, розташованій у 200 м від берега моря на висоті 20–40 м над його рівнем. Деревам по 15 років, схема посадки 6 х 6 метрів. За якістю плодів вибрані сорти відносяться до групи константних терпких, у яких плоди стають їстівними тільки за повного дозрівання. Сорти відрізняються підвищеною зимостійкістю, а стійкість до хвороб дає можливість мінімізувати використання отрутохімікатів для обробки, що, в свою чергу, створює умови для отримання екологічно чистих продуктів харчування. Вивчення хімічного складу плодів трьох сортів хурми східної показало високий уміст у них калію, що дає можливість використовувати їх як загальнозміцнюючий засіб. Отримані результати досліджень показали, що за вмістом есенціальних елементів кращими будуть плоди сорту Сувенір осені, менш цінними – плоди сорту Нікітська бордова, а плоди сорту Hana Fuyu за цим показником займають проміжне положення.

For the purpose of extending plant variety collection with example characteristics the studies shall have ongoing constant nature thus contributing to the collections with new morphological characteristics of newly registered or common knowledge varieties that could be carriers of certain characteristics expression as long as these are no included into the Institute database. This will enable scientists, experts and specialists of plant variety examination facilities and breeders to conduct examination and provide them with auxiliary working material for determination of the state of expression of morphological characteristics when describing and identifying plant varieties and apply in the wild characteristics ad properties which are correlated with VCU parameters. | Изложены результаты исследований с формированием коллекций сортов пшеницы озимой мягкой с эталонными признаками. Установлено, что они являются важным и обязательным условием при распознавании, описании, а также идентификации сортов по качеству квалификационной экспертизы на ООС и решения вопроса обеспечения сортов правовой охраной. С целью пополнения коллекций сортов с эталонными признаками исследования должны иметь постоянный характер, пополняя их новыми морфологическими признаками вновь зарегистрированных или общеизвестных сортов, которые могут быть носителями проявлений определенных признаков, и которых нет в базе института. Это позволит ученым, экспертам и специалистам учреждений экспертизы сортов растений и селекционерам исследовать и получать дополнительный практический материал для установления кода проявления морфологических признаков при проведении описания и идентификации сортов, а также использования в практической деятельности признака и свойств, которые корреляционно увязаны с ценными агрономическими и хозяйственными свойствами. | Викладено результати досліджень із формування колекцій сортів з еталонними ознаками пшениці озимої. Встановлено, що вони є важливою і неодмінною умовою при розпізнаванні, описі та ідентифікації сортів за якісної кваліфікаційної експертизи на ВОС і вирішенні питання про надання сортам правової охорони. Встановлено, що для поповнення колекцій сортів з еталонними ознаками дослідження мають бути постійно діючими, доповнюючи їх новими морфологічними ознаками новозареєстрованих чи загальновідомих сортів, що можуть бути носіями виявлення певних ознак, які не вивчені і відсутні в базі даних Інституту. Це дасть можливість науковцям, експертам і спеціалістам закладів експертизи сортів рослин, селекціонерам досліджувати та мати допоміжний практичний матеріал для встановлення коду виявлення морфологічних ознак за проведення опису, ідентифікації сортів і використовувати у практичній діяльності ознаки та властивості, які корелятивно пов’язані з цінними агрономічно-господарськими властивостями.
