У статті представлено результати досліджень і оцінку новозареєстрованих і перспективних сортів ярої пшениці м'якої за генетичним потенціалом, продуктивністю й адаптивністю. Проведено  класифікацію сортів за реакцією на рівні агрофонів і типи вимог до умов вирощування. Підкреслюється необхідність посилення селекції ярої пшениці на стійкість до посухи, хвороб та створення сортів степового екотипу.

This article discusses the main factors of origin and development of analytical selection of winter wheat in Ukraine in late XIX - early XX century .. In particular highlight the role of scientific works of Charles Darwin, W. Rimpau, AL Sempolovskуу, IS Korzhinskуу and research institutions to increase attention to the study of local varieties of winter wheat and their improvement. Especially analyze values of Russia's first benefit from the breeding "Guide to Seed for the Advancement of cultivated plants", in which the author proposes methods for improving and creating new varieties. Since the end of XIX century selection were mainly involved in private owners on their own initiative, already in the beginning of XX century this trend more interested in the agricultural society, local and state authorities. Thanks to their support in the country organized congresses, meetings and conferences, set up research and field stations. It was during this period of transition took place in the national selection analysis.

There provided ways of using valuable protein crop, soybean, as well as its production worldwide growth rates during recent years, possibility and necessity of attaching to the crop a strategic importance in our State and the tasks and outlooks of soybeanrecourses generation. A complete description of new soybean varieties listed in the Register of Varieties Suitable for Dissemination in Ukraine has also been provided.

Outcomes of reciprocal crossings new Rye donor of super-short stem with electroidness Hl-3Hl-3elel and tall Rye Variety Viatka 2 are provided. The firs generation hybrids appeared to have a short stem with regular leaf blade. In the second generation the female parent effect of short stem domination was established, as well as complete domination of tall bushiness, long-spiked plants, increased number or grains in the ear. Weight of 100 grains in the ear made 22,79 і 29, 41% of the heterosis relative to the best parent. According to the results of the research of genetic and statistical parameters of F2 breeding characteristics plants with electoid leaf blade shape were selected.

The author has estimated the effect of the cultivar-rootstock interaction peculiarities on the parameters of the apple winter cvs ‘Ascol`da’ and ‘Spartan’ on the IS series rootstocks. Dwarf and semi – dwarf combinations have been selected which are the most favourable for the establishment of this crop high – densed orchards in the Lisosteppe of Ukraine.

Basic results is resulted multidimen-sional statistical analysis of varieties of pea vegetable as initial material for the breeding of new varieties.

It is explained the essence of the formation of seed production of lettuce Lactuca sativa var. secalina L. depending on the form of the inflorescence habitus, which formed during the different areas of plant nutrition. It is substantiated the mechanism of seed formation on different parts of the inflorescence of female plant with identification of it’s sowing quality. It is developed the agrotehnologcal measures aimed at improving the productivity of lettuce seed by overcoming its matrical heteroquality

A comparative research of qualitative characteristics has been performed on qualitative characteristics of modern varieties and hybrids of Sunflower for the five years of research and technical examination in various soil and climate conditions: Steppe, Forest-Steppe. Regularities have been established of the oil fatty-acid composition variability during examination and varieties and hybrids of improved fatty-acid composition have been detected. High-protein and large-fruit sunflower varieties for confectionary use have  been detected.

Розкрито особливості впровадження у культуру салату стеблового (спаржевого, уйсун) в умовах України. Створено новий сорт салату стеблового Погонич, здійснено комплексну оцінку його морфологічних та господарсько-цінних характеристик.

Asa result of supervisions, estimation, description, and analysis of 13 morphological, biological, biometrycal and economic valuable signs 26 varietis of pea vegetable are set sizes of phenotypical coefficients of correlation between them.
