Water-soluble carbohydrates, cytokinins, ABA, salicylic acid and microelements content's dynamics in wintering underground organs of P.alba and G.nivalis were studied. Correlation between substance's level and air temperature, ground freezing depth, snow layer thickness fluctuations was determined. The role of phytohormons and free sugars in adaptive potential realization are discussed.

Установлено сопряжённое с температурой воздуха и промерзанием почвы изменения изучавшихся веществ. Обсуждается роль фитогормонов и свободных сахаров в реализации адаптационного потенциала растений. | Вивчався гормональний і вуглеводний статус, а також уміст основних макроелементів (азот, фосфор, калій) у підземних органах P. alba и G. Nivalis у процесі зимування 2006-2007 рр. за аномально теплих погодних умов у середній смузі Росії. Встановлено споріднені з температурою повітря і промерзанням ґрунту зміни речовин, що вивчалися. В статті показана можливість ідентифікації сортів сої за допомогою морфобіологічних властивостей, зокрема тривалості міжфазних періодів. Вивчений поліморфізм сортів сої за комплексом господарських ознак: вмістом білка та олії в насінні сої, урожайністю, масою 1000 зерен.

The option of soybean varieties identification by means of morpho-biological characteristics, in particular, the duration of interphase periods, is demonstrated in the article. Soybean varieties polymorphism is  studied by the complex of economic characteristics, namely: protein and oil contain in the seed of soybean, yield, 1000 seeds weight. Three synthetics of Winter Rye were being observed for the quantity of seminal roots (QSR) to study their inheritance. High inheritance coefficients in a restricted sense were established. Genetic improvement of the Rye may be a result of direct breeding and of using heterosis effect. QSR expressed essentially negative genetic correlation with plant height, positive with grain size, productive bushiness and weight of grain in the ear of successors, as well as with grain yield per unit of the area. Genetic correlation coefficients shall be used in the applied breeding.

Установлены высокие коэффициенты наследуемости в узком смысле слова. Генетическое улучшение ржи можно проводить прямым отбором и использованием эффекта гетерозиса. ЧЗК проявило существенную генетическую корреляцию с высотой растений, положительную с крупностью зерна, продуктивной кустистостью и массой зерна с колоса потомков, а также с урожайностью зерна с единицы площади. В практической селекции необходимо использовать генетические коэффициенты корреляции. | Вивчалося успадкування числа зародкових корінців (ЧЗК) у трьох синтетиків жита озимого. Встановлені високі коефіцієнти успадкування у вузькому розумінні. Генетичне покращення жита можна, проводити прямим добором і використанням ефекту гетерозису. ЧЗК проявило істотну негативну генетичну кореляцію з висотою рослин, позитивну з крупністю зерна, продуктивною кущистістю і масою зерна з колоса нащадків, а також з урожайністю зерна з одиниці площі. У практичній селекції необхідно використовувати генетичні коефіцієнти кореляції.

Donors of short-stem resistant to powdery mildew winter rye were bred with erect and drooping shape of leaf blade. In the erect form the apexes of leaf are oriented at the angle drooping form has 45° inrelation to the stem. Incomplete domination of the drooping leaf shape with ratio 1 : 2 : 1 is established. For the first time symbolic designation of dominating genes is offered with drooping leaf blade - StSt, with transitional heterozygote Stst with recessional heterozygote stst. Higher yield of grain in the comparative variety examination was proved to be received for the erect leaf form, which is predetermined by decrease of plant height, increase of kernel weight from ear, as well as of 100 kernels from plant and by quantity of redicles. Drooping leaf blade rye forms are also promising for selection on increased photosynthetic potential.

Созданы доноры с торчащей и поникающей формой листовой пластинки у короткостебельной иммунной к мучнисой росе озимой ржи. У торчащей формы кончики листьев ориентированы под углом 15°, а у поникающей - 45° относительно стебля. Установлено неполное доминирование поникающей формы листа в соотношении - 1 : 2 : 1. Впервые предложена символика доминантных генов с поникающей листовой пластинкой - StSt, промежуточной гетерозиготной - Stst и рецессивной гомозиготной - stst. Более высокий урожай зерна в сравнительном сортоиспытании доказан у формы с торчащим листом, что обусловлено снижением высоты растений, увеличением массы зерна с колоса, растения, 100 зерен с растения и числом зародышевых корней. Формы ржи с поникающей листовой пластинкой также перспективны в селекции на повышенный фотосинтетический потенциал. | Дискутується перспектива селекції на підвищену фотосинтетичну продуктивність рослин озимого жита. Створені донори зі стоячою і пониклою формою листкової пластинки у короткостеблового імунного проти борошнистої роси озимого жита. У стоячої форми кінцівки листка орієнтовані під кутом 15°, а в пониклої - 45° відносно стебла. Встанов-лено неповне домінування пониклої форми листка у співвідношенні -1 : 2 : 1. Вперше запропонована символіка домінантних генів з пониклою листковою пластинкою StSt, з проміжною, гетерозиготою - Stst, і з рецесивною гомозиготною - stst. Вищий урожай зерна в порівняльному сортовипробуванні доведено у форми зі стоячим листком, що зумовлено зниженням висоти рослин, збільшенням маси зерна з колоса, рослини, маси 100 зерен з рослини та числом зародкових корінців. Форми жита з пониклою листковою пластинкою також перспективні в селекції на підвищений фотосинтетичний потенціал.
