The agrobiological characteristics of immune to scab apple varieties developed in VNIISPK are given. The prospects of scab immunity and triploidy unification in one genotype are emphasized. The characteristics of the first immune to scab triploid apple varieties are given.

Methodical approaches to the cutting lettuce new varieties morphological characteristics grouping are found with regard to the botanical classification of the species. New morphological characteristics, used for new varieties of plants grouping and examination for distinctness are defined.

Results of four-years assessment of approximately 90 winter wheat varieties at post- registration research on the background of crops chemical protection and in its absence at Biloczerkivska DSDS (forest- steppe zone) and Borodianska DSDS (subforest zone) are represented in this article. Methods of their immunological assessment and determination of potential productivity have been developed too. Authors are recommending to conduct immunological assessment of varieties on their natural background of diseases development and assess potential productivity in conditions of plants chemical protection as this is the element of crop growing technology.

It is presented the description of garden pea new varieties which are included into the State Register of plant varieties, which are suitable for the dissemination in Ukraine in 2008 year, morphological features of the crop and its value, either food or dietetic plant.

The best cabbage lettuce varieties for seedling and non seedling planting under the conditions of the open soil were defined. The potential productivity of the varieties under research in the conditions of the open soil were grounded from the scientific point of view. The influence of planting methods on plants productivity, produvtivity and quality of fresh lettuce heads was analyzed.

Results of research on application of plant growth regulators in cultivation of Onion Napiform from seeds in non-irrigated grain-vegetable crop rotation of Northeast Forest-steppe of Ukraine. Efficiency of seeds presowing damping was established, in the solutions of preparations Baikal EM and Emistim С and in the solution of preparation Emistim С for double use - of seeds presowing damping and of plants spraying in 5-6 leaves phase.

Firstly in Ukraine as the result of resiprocal interbreedings of autotetraploid (2n=4x=32) / diploid (2n=2x=16) and diploid (2n=2x=16) / autotetraploid (2n=4x=32) four sintetic triploid (2n=3x=24) hybrid forms (611-91, 13-93, 14-93, 18-93) have been obtained. Spontaneous triploid nectarinum 166-80 has been shared out from diploid hybrid seedlings population. Tetraploid and triploid nectarinum forms are valuable sources for directoinal selection and making hybrids with the complex of new signs, which are difficult or impossible to receive on diploid level.

The study results for many years (1972- 2006) of pear gene pool in the All- Russian Research Institute of Horticultural Breeding are given. The cultivars and selections have been singled out for wide dissemination and use in breeding.

Advantages of heterotic hybrids of the winter rape in the competitive and in the production testing proven. While certain advantages in the productivity of cultivar of the Czech selection of Odila above the domestic cultivar of Dangal got in the competitive testing in the production testing confirmed. It is established that the greatest productivity in the production testing was had hybrids Vsesvit F1t Zapalnyj Fb G-3 Fi and G-4 Fi, which are characterized the stable and yearly high productivity and combine the productivity with adaptability to the environmental conditions of area of Forest- steppe of Ukraine.
