Dynamics of technological and sowing indexes of grain of wheat winter-annual kinds of Natsionalna, Stolichna, Artemis in the course of long-term storage is studied. It is positioned that the best sowing indexes throughout all shelf-life the kind of Stolichna, and technological had a kind of Natsionalna. The optimum shelf-life of grain of investigated kinds has compounded six months.

The article offers results of research on morphological characteristics and biological properties of blackberry, their inheritance, as well as stability and variability under the influence of agro-ecological conditions and stress factors of the environment with a view of recognizing, describing and identifying varieties undergoing official research and technical examination on DUS, which also could be used in the breeding process.

The results of studies on the major agronomic traits of the best com hybrids of different maturity groups on their suitability to grow in south-western part of the forest- steppe. Genetic and statistical analyzes of ten quantitative characteristics inheritance of reciprocal populations F2 of three-hybrid crossing by plant height, leaf blade electroidy and absence of glaucosity on the plants of Winter Rye in three breeding institutions – Nosivskiy Variety Testing Station (VTS), Verhnianskiy VTS and Volynskiy Institute APV. Major portion of phenotype variation has been determined by environmental factors. Genotype variability of those characteristics is predetermined by effects of domination and epitasis, so the breeding aimed at acquirement of heterosis effect when ZKZ (ЗКЗ) and SKZ (СКЗ) are applied is expected to be promising.

The testing of resistances of some varieties of spring oilseed rape to Alternaria has done. The article also shows the results of spread and progression of disease in conditions of different disinfectants and fungicides use. According to the research has identified the best varieties and preparations, which limit the spread and progression of the disease.
