Purpose. Grapevines (Vitis spp.) are affected by many viral diseases which cause serious pathological problems. GLRaV-3 is among the most widespread leafroll viruses, while Grapevine Fanleaf Virus (GFLV) is a destructive pathogen which reduces the lifespan of grapevine. Considering the impact and the spread of these diseases, our objective was to analyse the presence of these two viruses in several grapevine varieties in grapevine collection at ATTC Vlore. Data gathered from plant pathogens serve to better understand and prevent the spread of pathogens, as a mandatory rule for the quality control of certified plant material during vegetative propagation. Method. The presence of two common viruses were tested using virus specific primers; LC1/LC2 primer pair designed from the hHSP70 gene for detecting Grapevine Leafroll-associated Virus-3 (GLRaV3) and C3390/H2999 primer pair, designed from coat protein coding regions for detecting Grapevine Fanleaf Virus (GFLV), in six varieties; ‘Merlot’, ‘Kallmet’, ‘Shesh i zi’, ‘Shesh i bardhё’, ‘Debinё’, and ‘Pulёz’, provided through a randomised sampling procedure. One Step Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction assay was used to detect the viral presence. Results showed a high (100%) prevalence of GLRaV3 virus in all of analysed samples, as the most frequent among the two pathogens. Analysis for of GFLV virus showed low infection rate, being present in only one sample. Conclusions. We herein show an efficient, fast and reproducible method for detecting grapevine viruses through one step RT-PCR. Our results suggest that sampling of the infected plant material should be avoided due to the presence of viral infections. | Мета. Рослини винограду (Vitis spp.) уражуються багатьма вірусними збудниками, що спричиняють їхні серйозні захворювання. До найпоширеніших належать вірус скручування листя винограду (GLRaV-3) та вірус коротковузля винограду (GFLV), деструктивний патоген, який зменшує тривалість життя виноградної лози. З огляду на важливість і поширення захворювань, що спричиняються згаданими вірусами, нашою метою було проаналізувати їхню присутність у сортах винограду з колекції Центру Трансферу Агарних Технологій (ATTC Vlore). Отримані дані про рослинні патогени потрібні для запобігання їхньому поширенню і є обов’язковими для контролювання якості сертифікованого рослинного матеріалу під час його вегетативного розмноження. Методи. Наявність вірусів перевіряли методом одностадійної ЗТ-ПЛР з використанням вірус-специфічних праймерів: пара праймерів LC1 / LC2, що розроблена для детектування гена hHSP70 вірусу скручування листя винограду-3 (GLRaV3), і пара праймерів C3390 / H2999, для визначення кодувальних послідовностей білка оболонки вірусу коротковузля винограду (GFLV). Аналіз шести сортів культури – ‘Merlot’, ‘Kallmet’, ‘Shesh i zi’, ‘Shesh i bardhё’, ‘Debinё’ і ‘Pulёz’ – здійснювали з використанням процедури рандомізованої вибірки. Результати. Найпоширенішим вірусом для досліджених зразків виявився GLRaV3, який траплявся у 100% проаналізованих рослин. Визначення вірусу GFLV показало низький рівень інфікування, вірус був лише в одному зразку. Висновки. Показана можливість використання одностадійної ЗТ-ПЛР як ефективного, швидкого й відтворюваного методу виявлення вірусів виноградної лози.

Purpose. Analysis of the current state and experience on the loop-mediated amplification (LAMP) use to detect genetically modified plants. Methods. Literature search and analysis. Results. General information on the current state and use of the genetically modified plants is provided. Despite the wide distribution of genetically modified plants, the attitude towards them in society continues to remain somewhat wary. About 50 countries have introduced mandatory labeling of GM feed and products, provided that their content exceeds a certain threshold. In order to meet labeling requirements, effective and sensitive methods for detecting known genetic modifications in a variety of plant materials, food products and animal feed must be developed and standardized. The most common approaches to the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are the determination of specific proteins synthesized in transgenic plants and the detection of new introduced genes. Methods for the determination of GMOs based on the analysis of nucleic acids are more common, since such methods have greater sensitivity and specificity than the analysis of protein composition. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method is the main method of nucleic acid analysis, which is now wide used for the detection of GMOs. Loop-mediated amplification (LAMP), which can occur at a constant temperature and therefore does not require the use of expensive equipment may be an alternative to the PCR. Scientific articles about the use of the loop-mediated amplification (LAMP) for the detection of genetically modified plants were analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of the polymerase chain reaction and loop-mediated amplification are compared. Conclusions. The main criteria for applying a method of GMO detection analysis are as follow: its sensitivity, time of reaction, availability and ease to use, cost of reagents and equipment, and the possibility for simultaneous detection of many samples. | Мета. Проаналізувати світовий досвід застосування реакції ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю (LAMP), для детектування генетично модифікованих рослин. Результати. Наведено загальну інформацію щодо сучасного стан і поширення генетично модифікованих рослин. Попри значне поширення генетично модифікованих рослин, ставлення до них у суспільстві й досі залишається дещо настороженим. Приблизно 50 країн запровадили обов’язкове маркування ГМ кормів та продуктів за умови, що їхній уміст перевищує певне порогове значення. Для того, щоб виконати вимоги до маркування, потрібно розробити та стандартизувати ефективні й чутливі методи визначення відомих генетичних модифікацій у різноманітній рослинній сировині, харчовій продукції та кормах для тварин. Найпоширенішими підходами до детектування генетично модифікованих організмів (ГМО) є визначення специфічних білків, що синтезуються у трансгенних рослинах, та детектування нових привнесених генів. Методи визначення ГМО, засновані на аналізі нуклеїнових кислот, є поширенішими, оскільки мають більшу чутливість та специфічність порівняно з аналізом білкового складу. Основним методом аналізу нуклеїнових кислот, що зараз використовується для детектування ГМО, є метод полімеразної ланцюгової реакції (ПЛР). Альтернативою методу ПЛР убачається реакція ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю (LAMP), яка може відбуватися за постійної температури й тому не потребує використання коштовного обладнання. Проаналізовано наукові публікації, що стосуються використання реакції LAMP для детектування генетично модифікованих рослин. Описано переваги та недоліки методів полімеразної ланцюгової реакції та ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю. Висновки. Основним критерієм для застосування того чи іншого методу аналізу ГМО є, насамперед, його чутливість, тривалість реакції, доступність та простота виконання, вартість реагентів і обладнання, а також можливість здійснювати одночасне детектування якомога більшої кількості зразків.

To create an industrial hemp variety of the Central European ecological and geographical type with a high cannabigerol content and universal application. Methods. Breeding (self-pollination, creation of artificial populations, selection), field, biochemical (thin-layer and gas-liquid chromatography of cannabinoid compounds), instrumental and technological assessment of fibre quality, and statistical methods. Results. Variety ‘Vik 2020’ was obtained as a result of creation of artificial populations. The plants are characterized by higher content of cannabigerol (1.034 ± 0.0323%), and almost zero of other secondary metabolites, such as cannabidivarin, cannabidiol, cannabichromene and psychotropic tetrahydrocannabinol (0.003 ± 0.0011; 0.018 ± 0.0080; 0.012 ± 0.0027, and 0.005 ± 0.0012%, respectively). The t rait of cannabigerol content is quite stable within the population and is not correlated with the trait of tetrahydrocannabinol content (r = -0.23). TLC showed that cannabigerol accumulated mainly in the form of cannabigerolic acid and to a lesser extent as a neutral compound, which is consistent with the theory that this substance is a precursor for the synthesis of other cannabinoids. According to the results of the competitive variety test, when growing to obtain fibre and seeds, the variety features short height, specifically significantly lower total (206.4 cm) and technical stem length (135.6 cm) compared to the standard variety, significantly higher inflorescence length (70.8 cm), which determine the formation of the significant yield of biomass suitable for pharmaceutical use and high seed yield (0.98 t/ha). The yield of total fibre was the same as in the standard variety (29.0%), but its quality and technological value for primary processing were higher. The variety had a homogeneous sex structure, resistance to bioltic and abiotic environmental factors. Plants reached biological maturity in 116 days (BBCH 89). This cultivar is recommended for obtaining seeds, quality fiber and potentially cannabigerol (on condition of changes in legislation). Conclusions. The efficiency of using self-pollinating lines in breeding with their subsequent combining into a synthetic population and improving selection was proved by the case of a new variety of industrial hemp ‘Vik 2020’, characterized by an increased content of cannabigerol and the absence of psychotropic properties

Purpose. Analysis of species and varietal diversity of the genus Salvia L. cultivated flora of the world, including Ukraine; prognostic assessment and determination of the directions of ornamental representatives of the genus introduction to the conditions of the Forest-steppe of Ukraine. Methods. Analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization of information data, introduction forecast. Results. The modern assortment of the genus Salvia is presented in quantitative, taxonomic, arealogical and ecological-cenotic terms. Belonging of the species of the genus to 6 main centers of origin of cultivated plants was determined, and a significant diversity of life forms (nanophanerophytes, microphanerophytes, hamephites, hemicryptophytes, theophytes), naturally formed under the influence of factors determined by different geographical and ecological-phytocenotic conditions of plant growth was reflected. Species assortment of the genus Salvia from the collection fund of the M. M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was analyzed in comparison with the collections of other Ukrainian botanical gardens. The list of decorative species of the collection, found in the natural flora of Ukraine, was given. Three groups of species have been identified by origin, what determines the conditions for plant cultivation in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. In terms of taxonomic structure, introduced sage species belong to eight (according to Bentham, 1833) out of twelve sections, which represent biomorphological diversity and confirm the high introduction potential of these plants. The species and interspecific hybrids most fully used in breeding work and represented by a significant varietal diversity were distinguished, as well as the sage assortment of the collection of ornamental plants of the NBG was presented. Conclusions. It has been revealed that the species and varietal diversity of the genus Salvia of the world cultivated flora has a significant introduction potential for the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine. It was determined that the main base for the introduction of the ornamental species of the genus Salvia in Ukraine is the collection of the M. M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The main directions of further introduction and breeding work with representatives of the genus Salvia in the Forest-Steppe conditions of Ukraine were highlighted.

General information on the current state and use of the genetically modified plants is provided. Despite the wide distribution of genetically modified plants, the attitude towards them in society continues to remain somewhat wary. About 50 countries have introduced mandatory labeling of GM feed and products, provided that their content exceeds a certain threshold. In order to meet labeling requirements, effective and sensitive methods for detecting known genetic modifications in a variety of plant materials, food products and animal feed must be developed and standardized. The most common approaches to the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are the determination of specific proteins synthesized in transgenic plants and the detection of new introduced genes. Methods for the determination of GMOs based on the analysis of nucleic acids are more common, since such methods have greater sensitivity and specificity than the analysis of protein composition. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method is the main method of nucleic acid analysis, which is now wide used for the detection of GMOs. Loop-mediated amplification (LAMP), which can occur at a constant temperature and therefore does not require the use of expensive equipment may be an alternative to the PCR. Scientific articles about the use of the loop-mediated amplification (LAMP) for the detection of genetically modified plants were analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of the polymerase chain reaction and loop-mediated amplification are compared. Conclusions. The main criteria for applying a method of GMO detection analysis are as follow: its sensitivity, time of reaction, availability and ease to use, cost of reagents and equipment, and the possibility for simultaneous detection of many samples.

Проаналізувати світовий досвід застосування реакції ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю (LAMP), для детектування генетично модифікованих рослин.Результати. Наведено загальну інформацію щодо сучасного стан і поширення генетично модифікованих рослин. Попри значне поширення генетично модифікованих рослин, ставлення до них у суспільстві й досі залишається дещо настороженим. Приблизно 50 країн запровадили обов’язкове маркування ГМ кормів та продуктів за умови, що їхній уміст перевищує певне порогове значення. Для того, щоб виконати вимоги до маркування, потрібно розробити та стандартизувати ефективні й чутливі методи визначення відомих генетичних модифікацій у різноманітній рослинній сировині, харчовій продукції та кормах для тварин. Найпоширенішими підходами до детектування генетично модифікованих організмів (ГМО) є визначення специфічних білків, що синтезуються у трансгенних рослинах, та детектування нових привнесених генів. Методи визначення ГМО, засновані на аналізі нуклеїнових кислот, є поширенішими, оскільки мають більшу чутливість та специфічність порівняно з аналізом білкового складу. Основним методом аналізу нуклеїнових кислот, що зараз використовується для детектування ГМО, є метод полімеразної ланцюгової реакції (ПЛР). Альтернативою методу ПЛР убачається реакція ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю (LAMP), яка може відбуватися за постійної температури й тому не потребує використання коштовного обладнання. Проаналізовано наукові публікації, що стосуються використання реакції LAMP для детектування генетично модифікованих рослин. Описано переваги та недоліки методів полімеразної ланцюгової реакції та ампліфікації, що опосередкована через петлю.Висновки. Основним критерієм для застосування того чи іншого методу аналізу ГМО є, насамперед, його чутливість, тривалість реакції, доступність та простота виконання, вартість реагентів і обладнання, а також можливість здійснювати одночасне детектування якомога більшої кількості зразків.

Abstract A Special-purpose Committee on Fungal Names with the Same Epithet was established at the XIX International Botanical Congress (IBC) in Shenzhen, China in 2017, with a mandate to report to the 12th International Mycological Congress (IMC) with recommendations on a preferred course of action with respect to names of pleomorphic fungi sharing the same epithet under the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants. This report provides a synthesis of the deliberations from the Special-purpose Committee. We discuss the arguments for and against the proposed solution to the problems that have arisen regarding the nomenclature of fungi described in multiple morphs using the same epithet. We also propose a gentler method of addressing the problem using existing procedures.

Мета. Виявити фенологічні та морфологічні особливості росту й розвитку арундо очеретяного [Arundo donax var. versicolor (Mill.) Stokes] в умовах Національного ботанічного саду імені М. М. Гришка НАН України (НБС). Методи. Об’єктом досліджень слугували рослини A. donax var. versicolor з колекції декоративних злаків відділу квітниково-декоративних рослин НБС. Рослини вирощували на сонячній відкритій експериментальній ділянці протягом 2014–2020 рр. Оскільки в умовах НБС рослини A. donax var. versicolor не вступали у фазу цвітіння, фіксували початок фаз весняного відростання, розгортання листків та закінчення вегетації. Морфометричні показники та пагоноутворювальну здатність досліджували на 3–5-й роки вирощування. Результати. Установлено строки настання та проходження фаз весняного відростання пагонів і початку розгортання листків рослин A. donax var. versicolor, а також їх залежність від суми ефективних температур за інтродукції в НБС. Зокрема, весняне відростання розпочинається з бруньок поновлення 11 травня ± 5 діб за суми ефективних температур 226,6 ± 19,7 °С. Фаза розгортання листків у рослин наставала 20 травня ± 7 діб. Сума ефективних температур на початку цієї фази становила 309,5 ± 11,7 °С. Визначено пагоноутворювальну здатність арундо в умовах інтродукції – 1,6 ± 0,3 пагона на рослину. Висновки. Рослини A. donax var. versicolor в умовах НБС проходять неповний цикл сезонного розвитку. Вони формують вегетативні екстравагінальні безрозеткові моноциклічні пагони заввишки 240–260 см. Тривалість їхньої вегетації становить 182–189 діб. Належать до пізньої групи вегетації. Оптимальний період для наростання наземної маси рослин припадає на липень–серпень. У цей період відбувається швидке розгортання листків, кількість яких становила 28,8 ± 6,68 шт. на пагін. Зафіксовано залежність між швидкістю накопичення ефективних температур та швидкістю відростання пагонів рослин.

Мета. Аналіз колекційних зразків конопель за вмістом мінорних (малопоширених) непсихотропних канабіноїдів – канабіхромену (КБХ), канабідиварину (КБДВ) та канабінолу (КБН), установлення кореляційних зв’язків між ними та поширеними сполуками, виділення на цій основі цінного селекційного матеріалу. Методи. Польові, біохімічні (газова хроматографія канабіноїдних сполук), статистичні (парна, часткова, множинна лінійна кореляція та детермінація). Результати. У результаті кількісного аналізу 210 колекційних зразків різного еколого-географічного та генетичного походження (місцеві та дикі форми, самозапилені лінії, гібриди, сорти, синтетичні популяції, поліплоїди) з умістом тетрагідроканабінолу (ТГК) менше ніж 0,08% у висушених рослинах виявлено КБХ, КБДВ і КБН від відсутності в межах чутливості газового хроматографа до 0,6838; 0,1719 і 0,3274% відповідно. Між ознаками вмісту КБХ і канабідіолу (КБД) є середній негативний взаємозв’язок (r = –0,53), КБХ і КБДВ – слабкий негативний взаємозв’язок (r = –0,35), а між ознаками вмісту КБХ і ТГК, КБХ і КБН – середній позитивний взаємозв’язок (r становить 0,57 і 0,59 відповідно). Між ознаками вмісту КБДВ і КБД виявлено середній позитивний кореляційний зв’язок (r = 0,57), а КБН має сильний позитивний взаємозв’язок з ТГК (r = 0,82). Ознака вмісту канабігеролу (КБГ) майже не корелює з досліджуваними мінорними канабіноїдами. Біосинтез мінорних канабіноїдних сполук досить складний, експресія ознак їхнього вмісту залежить від багатьох як генетичних, так і зовнішніх чинників, часткові (за елімінації впливу однієї з трьох ознак) та множинні коефіцієнти кореляції (за визначення зв’язку однієї ознаки й сукупністю двох інших) дають підстави стверджувати, що ген КБХК-синтази має вплив на утворення КБД і, особливо, ТГК. Висновки. Тіснота лінійного взаємозв’язку мінорних канабіноїдів між собою й поширеними компонентами дає змогу виділяти для селекції цінні зразки конопель із підвищеним умістом як однієї, так і декількох сполук за одночасної відсутності чи низького вмісту психотропного ТГК.

Мета. Удосконалити елементи технології вирощування гібридів помідора методом малооб’ємної гідропоніки у скляних теплицях в умовах IV світлової зони України. Провести господарсько-біологічну оцінку та встановити реакцію на фактори навколишнього середовища нових гібридів F1 помідора; вивчити динаміку плодоношення гібридів F1 помідора і визначити найбільш ранньостиглі та врожайні; вплив продуктивності рослин на динаміку формування урожайності та продуктивність помідора за вирощування методом малооб’ємної гідропоніки у скляних теплицях; дібрати спосіб формування щеплених рослин. Методи. Лабораторно-виробничі досліди проведили впродовж 2015–2017 рр. у скляних зимових теплицях типу «Венло» у Приватному акціонерному товаристві «Комбінат «Тепличний» (с. Калинівка, Броварський р-н, Київська обл.), що знаходиться у IV світловій зоні України. Для аналізу результатів досліджень використовували стандартні статистичні методи. Результати. Проаналізовано динаміку наростання врожаю та щомісячна врожайність під впливом способів формування стебла рослини. Дослідження проводилися упродовж 2015–2017 рр. у блокових гідропонних зимових теплицях типу «Венло». Аналіз показників урожайності виявив перевагу варіанта формування у два стебла після 3-ї китиці на кожній другій рослині в маті та після 9-ї на кожній четвертій рослині в маті. Отримані результати досліджень свідчать про істотне збільшення загальної врожайності за нових способів формування рослин помідора. Формування в рослин двох стебел після 3-ї китиці на кожній другій рослині та після 9-ї на кожній четвертій рослині в маті сприяло збільшенню врожайності на 9,45 кг/м2 (або 16,9%), що істотно підвищить економічний ефект технології вирощування помідора у закритому ґрунті. Аналіз умісту показників біохімічного складу плодів помідора не виявив істотної різниці між варіантами з різними способами формування рослин. Висновки. За вирощування гібрида ‘Мерліс F1’ доцільно застосовувати формування рослин за такою схемою: у два стебла після 3-ї китиці на кожній другій рослині в маті та після 9-ї на кожній четвертій рослині в маті. Це дає змогу максимально навантажити рослину плодами та отримати вищу продуктивність однієї рослини завдяки утворенню більшої кількості плодів, що забезпечує отримання найвищої ранньої врожайності на рівні 31,7 кг/м2. Найвищу загальну врожайність у середньому за роки досліджень (65,3 кг/м2) отримано за формування рослин у два стебла після 3-ї китиці на кожній другій рослині в маті та після 9-ї на кожній четвертій рослині в маті. Мета. Агробіологічне оцінювання сортів сої Glycine max var. Shirofumi за комплексом господарсько-цінних ознак для інтродукції в умовах Лісостепу України. Добір перспективних селекційних форм за морфо-біологічними та фізіолого-біохімічними характеристиками. Методи. Польові, лабораторні, статистичні, розрахунково-аналітичні. Дослідження проводили в умовах навчально-виробничого відділу Уманського національного університету садівництва впродовж 2020–2021 рр., використовували колекційні сорти різного еколого-географічного походження (Україна, Білорусь, Швеція, Японія і Росія). Оцінювання сортів проводили за наступними параметрами: висота рослин, листкова площа, чиста продуктивність фотосинтезу та показники індивідуальної продуктивності (маса бобів з однієї рослини, кількість насінин у бобі та ін.), врожайність зелених бобів та біологічно зрілого насіння і відповідно якісні показники продукції (суха речовина, вміст цукрів і протеїну). Обліки проводили у фазі технічної стиглості бобів. Результати. Мінливість ознаки «висота рослини» досліджуваних сортів мала середню варіацію – коефіцієнт варіювання складав 22%. Результати вказали, що сорт-стандарт ‘Романтика’ та колекційні сорти ‘Karikachi’ та ‘Астра’ відносяться до напівдетермінантного типу росту (97–109 см), сорти ‘Fiskeby V’, ‘Л 380-2-13’, ‘Fiskeby V-E5’, ‘СибНИИСОХ 6’, ‘Sac’, ‘Веста’ належать до детермінантного типу росту. За кількістю насінин у стручку досліджувані сорти чітко розділилися на дві групи: з двонасінними бобами (сорти ‘Karikachi’, ‘Астра’, ‘Л 380-2-13’) та тринасінними бобами (сорти ‘Романтика’ (St), ‘Fiskeby V’, ‘Веста’, ‘СибНИИСОХ 6’, ‘Sac’, ‘Fiskeby V-E5’). Максимальну врожайність бобів едамаме формували рослини сорту ‘Л 380-2-13’ (17,3 т/га), ‘Веста’ (18,8 т/га), ‘Sac’ (19,6 т/га), ‘Fiskeby V’ (21,4 т/га), ‘Fiskeby V-E5’ (22,4 т/га). Виявлено істотну диференціацію сортів сої овочевої за показниками біохімічного складу недозрілих бобів. Сухий залишок становив 22,70–31,70%. Частка протеїну у зелених бобах едамаме становила 28,2–38,6%, у біологічно зрілому насінні його частка зростала до 36,1–42,8%. Серед розчинних цукрів найбільшу концентрацію відзначено для сахарози – 7,70–9,38 мг/100 г сухого насіння, що в середньому складало 81,6–86,2% усіх цукрів. Наведені результати забезпечують комплексну оцінку для селекційної роботи над сортами сої овочевої з низьким вмістом олігосахаридів. Висновки. Оцінювання колекційних сортів сої овочевого напряму використання за варіабельністю морфологічних ознак та продуктивністю дозволило виділити серед інтродукованих колекційних сортів за комплексом цінних ознак для використання у селекційному процесі сорт ‘Sac’ для створення нових сортів сої овочевого напряму, адаптованих до умов Лісостепу України.

Мета. Установити адаптивний потенціал сортів салату стеблового (Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana Irish) за параметрами врожайності, екологічної пластичності, стабільності та адаптивності в умовах Західного Лісостепу України. Методи. Стабільність і пластичність урожайності салату стеблового оцінювали за методикою S. A. Eberhart та W. A. Rassel. Ґрунтово-кліматичні умови зони проведення досліджень в цілому були сприятливими для росту й розвитку салату посівного. Методи дослідження: польовий, лабораторний та статистичний. Результати. Сорти салату стеблового забезпечили різну тривалість міжфазного періоду сходи–технічна стиглість: сорт ‘Погонич’ – 35 діб, що на 6 діб раніше забезпечив збирання товарної продукції порівняно з контролем. Найбільшу площу листкової поверхні забезпечив сорт ‘Кобра’ (13 109,12 м2). Облік урожайності розетки листків і стебел свідчить, що величина показника за роки досліджень знаходилась у діапазоні 53,2–57,0 т/га. Сорт ‘Погонич’ забезпечив найвищі показники Уп.м. і Ус. – 74,0 і 7,8 т/га відповідно. Сорти салату стеблового мали високий коефіцієнт агрономічної стабільності > 70%. Найвище значення індексу умов середовища забезпечив сорт ‘Целтус’ (bi = 1,07), що свідчить його про високу чутливість в умовах Західного Лісостепу України. Екологічно пластичним виявився сорт ‘Погонич’. Висновки. Сорт салату стеблового ‘Погонич’ зарекомендував себе екологічно пластичним, стабільним і толерантним до стресових умов середовища в Західному Лісостепу України, але менш адаптивним за сталих лімітів ґрунтово-кліматичних параметрів чинників довкілля. Висока гомеостатичність була притаманна всім досліджуваним сортам, у яких спостерігали вищий за 70% коефіцієнт агрономічної стабільності, а саме: ‘Погонич’, ‘Кобра’ і ‘Целтус’.
