18 páginas. | El presente artículo tiene como propósito analizar el fundamento de la implementación en Colombia de un impuesto por el consumo de las bolsas plástico, ante la preocupación mundial por el acumulo de estos residuos que se vierten a los recursos naturales, específicamente al recurso suelo y agua, con el agravante de esta situación el tiempo en que tardan estos residuos en ser degradados, convirtiéndose en un gran desafío por el aumento de la contaminación de manera global. Para frenar un poco el uso desmedido de este contaminante se da inicio en Colombia con la implementación y regulación del uso racional de las bolsas plásticas, a través de la Resolución 0668 y la ley 1819 dirigida a unos sectores económicos a partir de esto se busca controlar su distribución y al mismo tiempo da alcance a los usuarios generando el cobro adicional a dicho residuo. Bajo la revisión bibliográfica que se realiza, se pretende entender un poco la situación actual que causa el consumo de plásticos y las consecuencias que se generarían por las malas prácticas que se vienen realizando, las cuales podrían acabar con nuestros ecosistemas, con daños irreversibles a los recursos naturales, especialmente la vida marina y alteraciones en el suelo. | The purpose of this article is to analyze the basis of the implementation in Colombia of a tax for the consumption of plastic bags, in view of the worldwide concern for the accumulation of these wastes that are dumped into natural resources, specifically the soil and water resources, with the aggravating circumstance of this situation, the time it takes for these wastes to be degraded, becoming a great challenge due to the increase in pollution in a global manner. To stop a little the excessive use of this pollutant starts in Colombia with the implementation and regulation of the rational use of plastic bags, through Resolution 0668 and the law 1819 directed to some economic sectors from this is to control its distribution and at the same time it reaches the users generating the additional charge to this waste. Under the bibliographic review that is carried out, it is intended to understand a little the current situation that causes the consumption of plastics and the consequences that would be generated by the bad practices that are being carried out, which could end our ecosystems, with irreversible damages to the natural resources, especially marine life and alterations in the soil.
