Increasing young population and rising unemployment has led to employment and related indicators of serious problems and controversial country. In conjunction with the study and research on employment provinces, a variety of variables and factors involved and It seems that the lack of balance in the distribution of these variables, social inequality, economic, political and cultural between the provinces follow. Indices of employment in the provinces spatial distribution of employment index shows. The main purpose of this study is to clarification social inequalities of employment for equal distribution of possibilities in provinces. In this paper 55 softened are used. Variables dropped to 10 by means of advanced statistics methods such as factor analysis and presented in combination with meaningful factors. The importance of every factor is given too. Then the country provinces were divided into five equal classes by the cluster analysis model. The research results indicate this fact that there are serious imbalances in the country. So that in terms of employment Tehran province is in the first and south Khorasan province in the last place.

Sustained development is achieved an overlapping is created between ecological, economical and social classes. The purpose of this research is to determine and measure the sustainability criteria and indices. An ecological approach has used in order to assess sustainability in watershed of Zeidasht1 to maintain a balance between three economical, social and ecosystem categories. Selected variables were obtained using common assessment and their value. In order to assess sustainability, watershed and range management projects monitoring and evaluation monitoring provided by  president strategically supervising planning assistant and range and watershed management, forest organization(watershed management department, coordination and planning department) for Iran. As a whole, in rangeland ecological section, three criteria, nine indices and fourteen variables were evaluated. Final score for ecological one was 45 fall in to in moderate class and final score dedicated to social and economical issues about 32 that number of 2 is obtained in respect to 16 selective variables that also it categorized into moderate class. Eventually using matrices, score estimation and watershed validation table, watershed sustainability is determined. In respect to total Zeidasht watershed score, this watershed is categorized in too poor sustainability class.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which are affected the functional changes of rural areas in Qom province which was implemented by the descriptive, analytic-measuring methodology. In this project, 145 experts and managers related to planning and rural development were questioned about their views. After this investigation, by the method of factor analyzing, eight key factors as the affective factors on functional changes of the rural areas were extracted and entitled. First factor, limitations in development of agriculture and employment in rural areas have at least 14% of the total variance and identified as the most important factor. Access and interaction of urban and rural areas, the promotion of tourism, the urbanization of the rural environment attractive, the new investment in rural areas the population changes and the facilities and services, respectively, 12.79% ,9/48% ,8/50% ,6/80% ,5/20% ,4/84% and 4.46% of the total variance of the variables explained

It could have access to smart technology can play an important role in improving the living conditions of citizens may buy land.This will involve addressing important issues such as changes in system planning, urban management practices, infrastructure and culture is given.

Financial and commercial centers (i.e. banks and financial and credit institutes) are considered as an important activity of urban spaces and paying attention to their location and installation site is one of the most important parameters in their success and beneficence. In this study, in order to identify the optimal location for installation of financial and commercial centers the RBFLN neural Network which is a transformed model of Radius Based Function neural Network (RBFNN) was used in combine with ORESTE multi-criteria technique. Two and multi-classes data of economic, commercial, educational, cultural, sanitary, therapeutic, recreational, administrative, population, and transition were entered to the neural network as multi-dimensional vectors based on radius of influence. 69 sample branches and 34 un-optimal points were used for network’s learning. The results indicates the two- classes RBFLN network with 800 repetition times with the least learning and classification error as the most appropriate class in identifying the optimal places for installation of financial and commercial centers (Screening Phase).
