Business possibilities of savings bank workers

It is presented in the research, that business possibilities of workers of savings banks are not sufficient. They are evaluated in 152.7 scale points. In ideal case they can be avaluated in 230 scale points. Factors, that influence business possibilities, are distributed into external and internal. External factors are the following: changes in goods demand and prices, market competition, spreading degree of pseudobusiness and anti-business and degree of expenses during a period of business orientation. Internal factors are: business observation, ability to react quickly into the changing situation in business, ability to foresee business changes and to use the situation properly, ability to create useful market, ability to avoid negative influence of pseudobusiness, ability to withstand negative influence of various forms of pseidobusiness, ability to generate and realise actual ideas of business.
