Effect of population/family planning education for agricultural extension workers on their contraceptive behavior change

This study determined to what degree the three-day long planning education for agricultural extension workers in Korea [R.] had and the effect on their contraceptive behavior and extension service as well. An appraisal survey data for 150 agricultural extension workers was gathered. The statistical methods employed to analyse the data were mainly percentile, chi-square test, paired comparison test, and McNemar test. The population/family planning education enriched their knowledge on female sterization, oral pills, IUD, condom and others. Their attitude toward contraceptive methods changed. They are now more receptive to various family planning techniques.
