Three constant temperatures at 100% RH were used in the experiment to determine which temperature will enhance lesion formation on the leaves of inoculated plants. The results showed that at 15C the number of lesions was minimum with 3.3 spots per plant and highest at 25C with 14.5 lesions per plant. Three weeks after inoculation the number of lesions were counted on the leaves of the plants to ascertain whether or not lesion number will increase. The results revealed that lesion number increased from 3.3 to 5.2 at 15C, 3.6 to 5.3 at 20C and 14.5 to 39.7 at 25C. Of the three temperatures used 25C appeared most favorable for brown spot development
