The spiders were collected from a very large number of rice-fields in Chittagong and Sylhet, Bangladesh. Fourteen species of spiders, excluding the twelve reported earlier by Chowdhury and Nagari (1981), belonging to nine families are being reported here. Short description of these fourteen species of spiders and some biological notes are included
