Analysis of bibliographic data relating to the international bibliography of rice research

IRRI has published the International Bibliography of Rice Research (IBRR) annually for use in the world rice documentation center. This paper analyzes IBRR bibliographic data by language, research category, publication frequency changes, comparison with rice demand and production factors. Emphasis is on Japan and other Asian countries
