The study covers the technical, marketing and financial aspects of the three stages of the local arrowroot industry and the world market. Analysis led to the formulation of a venture's entire strategy in the industry. A five year implementation plan is developed to insure the success of the project. The aspects of risks is also considered thus the study includes sensitivity analysis at different market scenarios. The domestic market is also well established as a fall back marker. With this full perspectives, a contingency plan is developed to ensure the viability of the project
