F. [Fusarium] moniliforme, F. oxysporum, F. semitectum, F. solani, F. camptoceras, Phoma sp., and Ascochyta sp. were found associated with mungbean and soybean seeds while Cephalosporium sp., Colletotrichum graminicola, C. dematium, F. equiseti, Phomopsis sojae and Macrophomina phaseoli were recorded only in soybean. Alternaria raphani was recorded in mustard and pechay while Fusarium moniliforme was recorded on mustard, pechay and radish. Fusarium equiseti was found associated with pechay and cabbage seeds while F. solani, Phoma sp. and Verticillium sp. were found associated with pechay seeds. Fusarium semitectum was present on cabbage seeds while Alternaria brassicicola and Drechslera sp. were present only on mustard seeds with 5.75% infection and/or contamination of the former. In rice, Dreschslera oryzae, D. Rostata, F. semitectum Verticillium sp., Rhynchosporium oryzae and Trichoconiella padwickii were found associated with the seeds while in sorghum several pathogens were recorded. Drechslera rostrata, Phoma sp., Verticillium sp., F. moniliforme, Cephaloporium sp. and F. nigrospora oryzae were observed on cucumber seeds while Phoma sp. and Drechslera sp. were the only fungal pathogens found associated with eggplant seeds
