It was found that the equations developed for White Italian geese can be used for estimation of meatiness and fattiness of carcasses of White Italian geese, Cuban geese, and their crossbreds. The bone content in carcasses of White Italian geese can be estimated using equations developed for this group, and in carcasses of Cuban geese and crossbreds it can be estimated using equations developed for Cuban geese
