Comparison of milk performance of primiparous heifers, daughters of HF and local [Poland] bulls

The milk and milk fat yields and fat content for the first 100 days of lactation of 54 primiparous heifers - daughters of local Black-and-White dams and HF bulls and that of the 54 contemporaries - daughters of local bulls were compared. Highly significant differences between the both groups of cows with regard to the milk performance and the fat content in milk were found
