The changes of microbiological associations in semigley lessive soil type by the influence of liquid manure enriched by waste technological water with disinfectants

The effect of different doses of liquid stable manure, enriched with waste water with disinfectants for dominated microbiological associations in soil of the type grassland luvisol is investigated. The conclusion is: applying the little dose of liquid stable manure (1,0-3,0 1/m ) with disinfectants (RSMD) does not cause the important changes of pH in soil to the depth of 30 cm. The greater doses (6,5 1/m ) increase the soil alkalization. The quality of RSMD in the ploughing stratum of grassland luvisol is very important for the state and activity of different physiological groups of microorganisms. So the small doses (1,0-3,0 1/m ) cause the weaker and relatively shorter decreasing of main physiological groups of microorganisms with exception of actinomycetes. The same is with proteolytic and cellulolytic activity of soil. But the greater dose (6,5 1/m ) of RSMD causes the stronger and relatively longer decreasing of majority of physiological groups of microorganisms (aminoheterotrophs, aminoautotrophs, fungi, free aerobic nitrogen fixing bacterias, nitrifying bacterias). The usage of small doses of RSMD to 3,0 1/m is justified for keeping microbiologic balance in grassland luvisol with obligatory NPK fertilizers as additives in physiologicaly active soil nutrients for silage maize cultivating.
