Correlations and path analysis of soybean genotypes under constant high water table condition
1986
Rahman, L. | Roy, N.C.
An experiment was conducted to study different types of the relationships between agronomically important characters and the direct and indirect effect of different characters on yield, when soybean crops were raised under constant high water table condition. Path analysis was estimated in three sets and indicated that number of pods per plant and number of seeds per plant have had the maximum direct effect on yield per plant, while plant height and fresh weight of nodules, have had maximum effect on seed yield per plant.
