1986
Jalal, T.K.
The aim of this study was to find out the effects of various levels of N and K on the leaf spot disease, caused by Helminthosporium sativum. Some of the results were: High levels of N and K decreased significantly the number of leaf spots caused by H. sativum in the two cultivars. At high level of N significant differences were found in the percentages of barley seed germination and in the lengths of radicals, and high levels of N and K significantly decreased the mycelial growth of the fungus, spore germination and length of the germ tubes
