This study dealt with the production of ipil-ipil charcoal and the identification of its position in the charcoal industry. The foremost objective of the study was to determine the feasibility of establishing a charcoal producing plant basically using ipil-ipil as its main source of raw material. The plant output is geared to satisfy local demand for household/commercial and industrial consumption in Laguna, Batangas and Cavite as primary targets with Metro Manila as secondary spill over market. The total project cost shall require P3.3 million using 40% as the hundle rate, the project can attain an IRR of 68.4%
