No significant differences were observed on the classification of egg produced, and feed consumption of bird required to produce a dozen of eggs. However, birds fed with 20% Ikton fermented manure plus 80% commercial laying mash gave the highest income over feed cost. The mortality rate did not exceed the 0.5% monthly rate. Recycling poultry manure into feed by "Ikton" fermentation is a promising solution to the feed problem
