Milk analyses were conducted monthly on 120 cows in a state farm, and on 128 cows in private farms. The cows with genotype beta-Lg B/beta-Lg B performed better than heterozygotic ones. In the state farm the lowest milk yield, solids, total protein, casein and fat was found in the cows with kappa-Cn AA type. The best yield showed the cows in group beta-Lg BB + kappa-Cn AB. In the private farms the milk of these cows contained the highest level of solids and fat with the high casein number. The highest density showed the milk of cows from the state farm in group beta-Lg BB + kappa-Cn AB
