Nitrogen compound content in pasture forage as related to different fertilization rates

The pasture was divided into three complexes (A, B and C) and for 4 consecutive years was fertilized as follows: A - 200 kg N, 75 kg P2O5 and 100 kg K2O, B - 300, 112.5 and 150 kg; C -400, 150 and 200 kg. Increased fertilization rate significantly increased the content of total N, protein N, digestible N, water insoluble N and N soluble in NaCl solution.
