This study treats current problems of socialization and association in Yugoslav agriculture. The starting point is the marxistic conception and its application to the agrarian policy in the socialist Yugoslavia. Afterwards, application of the agrarian policy to the situation in SAP Voivodina (SFRY) is examined. Characteristics and characters of the production of individual farmers, the development of the large-scale (socialist) agriculture and food-processing industry, as well as cooperation and association of the individual and large-scale agriculture and food-processing industry are analysed in that respect. The study discusses the genesis and functioning of the agroindustrial complex which is a modern form of organization and a way of socialization and association in agriculture.
