Highpower chromatography was used to test kernel sacharide content of three sweet corn hybrids. It was determined that fructose and glucose percentage in ZPSC 213 su hybrid maturity stage fell to its minimum value, rising again after this phase. Fructose and glucose content changes are accompanied by sacharose content increase wich for this hybrid type reached its highest value 26 days after fertilization, and then started to decline. Share of fructose and glucose in sacharide content of ZPSC 301 su hybrid kernel did not decline uniformly as in the case of ZPSC 213 su hybrid. It was noted that both sugar types increased their share 10 days after fertilization. Optimal harvesting time of this hybrid is 30 days after fertilization. Drop in sacharose share and an increase in glucose share in analysed stages was not recorded. In ZPSC 413 su hybrid decline in fructose and glucose content during maturity stage is the same as in two previously analysed hybrids.
