The circulating levels of adrenal, cortical and thyroidal hormones during different seasonal environments were determined in 7 ewes. There were significant seasonal variations due to seasons and between animals in the level of plasma cortisol. The average value of cortisol was significantly higher during winter and rains than during summer and spring. The plasma thyroxine level showed no significant seasonal variation, whereas the plasma tri-iodothyronine concentration revealed significant seasonal variations. The concentration of tri-iodothyronine during winter was significantly higher than during spring, summer and rains
