Two trials with 48 goats each, were carried out to study the effect of HGG in connection with progesterone and PMS on ovulation rate and other reproductive parameters. The results were as follows: There was strong oestrus appearance 24 hours after sponges extraction and hormone treatment. The goat's fertility was very satisfactory. The PMS in the level of 750 I.U. increased the fertility and kidding rate was for the treatments: (750 I.U. PMS) 225 %. (500 I.U. PMS) 208 % (500 I.U. PMS and 0.1 mg Estradiol) 175 % (500 I.U. PMS and 250 I.U. HGG) 183 %. Essential is the role of the weather conditions during the period of the orgasm as low temperatures, rains, cold wind influence unfavourably and suspend the appearance of orgasm.
