A contribution to the knowledge of biochemical characteristics of some fungi in vitro

Samples of a number of fungi species very different from one another have been investigated. It has been established that metabolites of various species of fungi change the pH and rH2 values in the liquid substrate. Total and organic nitrogen slightly increases but in some cases it decreases with ageing of organisms. In liquid nutritive, enriched with oxygen the proteolytic activity of fungi appears with different intensities and in different phases of fungi development.
